Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Livadia

Was a great place for taking a break and just relaxing, pool is nice and gets a lot of sun so is a great place to spend time. Is a walkable distance to places, but getting a ride with bolt etc only takes a few mins and is very cheap so its easy to get around from.

The host was very responsive and was able to meet specific requests we had. The place is specious, short walking distance from the beach, has a very large swimming pool and well equipped kitchen. the place is clean and comfortable (although not everyone liked the spring mattresses, but that's a personal preference). The kitchen includes silverware, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and various pots and pans. Multiple EU-->UK power adapters are available, which is a very nice touch. Perfect place for a family. Will definitely recommend and will stay again when we are in the area.

This is a great place for a large family, or a group of families or a group of friends. It’s spacious and offers a lot of independence due to the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is great in terms of main attractions (beach, main walking strip, center). It’s close to a 24/7 Minimarket, 24/7 bakery (zorbas, not to be missed). Patrick is super quick with dealing with queries and super flexible to accommodate reasonable requests.

Totally enjoyed the place. Planning to return soon.

What a great place, nicely designed and big, with a shared pool, beatiful view and everything you need. they even left us some toys for our kid. The village is wonderfull, walkable with lots of charm. We loved this airbnb. Just don't open windows and sliding doors in the afternoon. We had lots of mosquitis the first night because of that. Next nights when we kept everything tightly closed it was great - no mosquitos.

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

Gerard was very responsive and kind, the place , you feel like home , specially with the 2 gardens. quite area, much better if have a car but if you don't taxi is both cheap and fast. to be able to cook food in the kitchen with everything that you need was really nice ☺️ Also there is a truck couple times in the week that drives in area and sell fresh fruits and vegetables from farmers.

Nice remote part of the island. You would need car or call taxi. But could do nice walks around. Shops not near. Great place with garden. How was extremely helpful which made the stay pleasant . Thanks Alex

We felt very comfortable in the villa with the beautiful pool. The beach is not far at all. Otherwise, it is advantageous to have a rental car, which we always do anyway. Also, to our delight, some fruits, milk, bread, and eggs were available upon our late arrival. Claire is a good host and very helpful. We were allowed to stay until 6pm on the day of departure as we had a late flight. It was great that we could shower after another day at the beach before the trip.

It was, in one word, amazing. Really enjoyed the week at Terri's house!

Good place to stay, kitchen decently well equipped, good value for the price, also has a pool

A fantastic value for money place - we were a big group of friends and stayed at the entire place - the outside is gorgeous. Great communication with the team, and the place is very private - easy to get to from the airport. The place/rooms are basic, but have everything you need and were clean - the outdoor space is particularly well set up for a big group with enough space at the big table for everyone to sit down (15 of us) by the BBQ, enough loungers for everyone to relax, and spend time together. We spent a whole month in the apartment with a family of 5. The kitchen is well-equipped, even for long-term stay. There is air conditioning throughout the flat (except the kitchen) and it made our stay in Cyprus very easy. Upon arrival everything was beautifully clean and tidy, the laundry in the bedroom was washed and aligned. We had multiple items of towels available and also dedicated towels for the beach. All amenities were plentiful. The bathroom is very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The entire apartment is chemically treated for cockroaches that are commonly found in Cyprus. However, they were not in the apartment. It happened that when we ventilated, the cockroach got into the apartment, but it died within 15 minutes due to a chemical treatment. The internet was seamless and fast. Veronika is very accommodating, fair, and the communication with her was great, she gave us a lot of helpful tips. Thank you for a lovely and seamless place to stay!
