Beachfront holiday rentals in Livadi Beach

I can't say enough positive things - it was exactly as advertized! Amazing location - quiet part of Sidari within 10 minutes of all the shops, excellent local restaurants, grocery store, water sport amenities, and a 5-minute walk to a quiet beach. Lovely bungalow - clean, comfortable, spacious, bedrooms air conditioned, wonderful outdoor space. Wonderful host! Georgia greeted us as we arrived, had some fruit, wine and water ready for us, and was available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. We created memories that will last a lifetime - thank you Georgia!

We absolutely loved our stay! The large balcony with the bean bags, and the proximity to the small beach (which is small and rocky but beautiful!) was absolutely perfect for us. The walk to the promenade was supposedly 30-45 minutes according to Maps, but it never felt that long as it was completely flat. And there was always restaurants/bars/shops, or cats (!) to look at on the way. We really appreciated having a washing machine which meant we could freshen up our beach towels etc. and the kitchen was well equipped to make all your meals there if you wanted to. There was also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and a handful of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend and return.

Would definitely rebook here when possible. This is a great location overall and the host was super accommodating and responsive. The villa was very nice, spacious and perfectly situated in the road to Ksamil. Front row seats to the beautiful Ionian sea and Corfu island. 5 stars!

Accommodation very well located in Saranda with a lovely balcony and view of the sea. Flat was clean and was perfect for a few days.

Very comfortable apartment, the terrace has an exceptional view of the sea and being on the eighth floor makes you dominate everything. Located next to a hotel so it is also an excellent reference for setting up a car navigator. Restaurants and markets nearby and Adeida always available via messages. Excellent holiday and starting point for the beaches of the south thanks to a convenient road. Close to the starting point for a boat trip that is absolutely a must.

We were there for Easter. Enjoyed the time very much, as Socrates was always only talking to us, otherwise kept in the background. He lives in the immediate neighborhood. Contact always super nice. The location is pleasantly quiet, well away from the larger holiday complexes, so even in summer you probably have a very little visited beach section directly behind the house (phenomenally direct view of the sea/ sunsets), or with us it was only via the small Street directly accessible across its further property. Located directly on CorfuTrail. You should have a rental vehicle to be able to shop and especially eat out. The north offers so much variety to discover. Googles or ask Socrates🙂. You should definitely use the location. Just been wonderful. Very happy to come back! His dog and the cats in the area came to visit us-super lovely animals. See you soon.

Really beautiful condo with stunning views of the sea and sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed and a lot of great restaurants within walking distance!

Fantastic apartment in a great location amongst bars and restaurants. Host was super helpful and responsive to any queries about Sarande. Highly recommend staying here. Views and sunsets are sublime.

The villa looks just like the photos. The view is absolutely breathtaking and the pool is great. The host was very helpful with queries before and during our stay. The only disappointment was that it was a longer walk into the village than I had expected (about 25 mins along the road). There is a quicker route (just on from dimitri's) but it's a very steep climb and we didn't brave it. We didn't have a car and managed but it would be difficult to get around with young children or elderly. There is a bus stop not far from the villa which takes about 10 mins to cassiopi which has a lot more shops and restaurants and you can take boat trips from there. Highly recommend taking one of these. You can book George's boat to Corfu town and get on at Kalami. Lovely way to travel there along the coastline and only EUR 25 return. Kalami is really beautiful with restaurants facing out to sea. The supermarket has everything you need and will deliver if you email an order the night before.

Loved our stay here! Absolutely beautiful view, a small shop located just opposite, lovely pool and spacious apartment. Bledi was quick to respond to messages and made us feel welcome, would recommend to anyone!

I loved staying at Festina’s place. It was very clean and tidy, and I was eternally grateful for the AC. The neighbourhood is very touristy and the apartment looks out on the pool, where very loud music was played until 8 at night. This is out of Festina’s hands of course, but it did impact my stay. Festina herself is wonderful, always at your service and replying quickly.

We struck gold with this accomodation. Great location, clean and ideal apartment for what we needed. We are a married couple with a 2yr old so we needed somewhere with 2 bedrooms, good amenities, ideal location next to the pool. Would highly recommend. Petraq was a fantastic host! Answered messages and queries very quickly. We want to come back next year. Recommend having a car as it can be a bit of a walk into town with a child. Recommend May as the weather was nice but not too hot and not too busy yet. Thank you for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

The villa is situated within Monica's Apartments. The review needs to be written in 2 parts. The Villa. only 2 negatives I can say is the water issue & Air Con. The shower is just to difficult to get warm water from, we had cold showers 90% of the time. the water in the bathroom is yellow. if you fill the sink for a wash or shave, you see the colour. There is only one Aircon unit in the whole building. it's not enough to keep the whole Villa cool. the Villa itself is superb. lovely, clean tidy, spacious. we loved it. The Complex - it's in Monica's Apartments which has a small hotel. it's busy round the pool and sunbedss are very uncomfortable. it's noisy. We went to other places and used their pools, there is one 100m away at the bottom of the drive, you just need to buy something from them to use the facilities, ice cream, a drink, breakfast. location is walking distance to the main strip. Everything is on hand.

We had a great time! Would recommend to anyone. Really liked the balcony and was good to be able to use the hotel pool and beach. Close to bakeries, restaurants, and bars. Overall, a great place to stay!

I had a delightful stay at Villa Yiannitsis - starting with the perfect location right on the water with views of the sunset and the Albanian mountains. It was hard to ever want to leave the porch and lounge chairs because of the view! The house is very comfortable, and wonderful to hear the sound of the sea. Lots of restaurants nearby if you walk along the shore, and for me, the hiking nearby was good. I was sad to leave and hope to be back in Corfu. Also, the homemade 🍷 my hosts left for me was wonderful.

My friends and I loved our stay here! The area and surrounding beach is beautiful and definitely has a resort feel. The place was very nice and well taken care of and the hosts were very responsive. Everything about staying here was easy. The only issue we had was with the jacuzzi, however the hosts were very responsive and accommodating in resolving this. Another thing to note is that the prices for food/ groceries is more expensive than other areas so best to do shopping further from the resort. Overall a great and relaxing stay though!

The apartment was great. Good location and amazing view. All shops and restaurants are in walkable distance. It has a private garage under the building which was great. Clean and large space with modern design. The host, Arli was always helpful and flexible and responded in minutes. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic stay with everything you need for a great vacation! Close to an amazing beach, views of the mountains and the hosts even gave us vegetables from the garden. Highly recommended this stay!

First, the views are stunning, watching this beautiful beach from the balcony and sipping on coffee is what we asked for. Second, the host were super nice and responsive their reccomendations were fantastic. Third, The apartment was spacious, clean and equipped with everything. Fourth, swimming and volleyball every morning was absolutely a wonderful experience. Overall I loved this is apartment and their hosts, I just wish they had another week available so we could book .

Our stay with Ana was super relaxed. The house is really fantastic and the view from the balcony to the sea is priceless. Just like the cool wind that blows through the apartment and acts as a natural air conditioner. Ana is a great host, always helpful, open but never intrusive. We had a nice conversation a few times and she gave us helpful tips (beaches, taverns, delivery service) so that our vacation was just perfect. The only downside is the hotel complex in the neighborhood, but it can easily be ignored. It is recommended to arrive by car to explore more great corners of Corfu! Who knows, maybe we'll come back someday!

The location was amazing, stunning views, you could walk to local beaches/coves and restaurants. Kalami had everything you needed too. Swimming off the jetty and from the very small beach was special and the snorkelling was excellent! .The garden was full of beautiful views and spots to relax. The bedrooms are not accessible to each other or the main indoor area, they have separate doors from the courtyard and on separate levels, which is a consideration if you have young children. Also the jetty and lower gardens are shared with adjacent properties, which wasn’t a problem for us at all. (There was a water sports jetty moored nearby which could get a little busy but it was half term. ) Overall a very authentic, rustic, beautiful place to stay. The host messaged lots and was very helpful.

This apartment is truly exceptional. Beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and set in one of the best locations in Sarandë, it offers stunning views that are simply unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area — it’s easily one of the finest accommodations in town and made my stay incredibly comfortable and memorable.
