Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Little Italy, San Diego

Dan and Britt’s place was amazing! Very well decorated, clean, and Britt was super fast about getting back to me on a question I had! The only thing is that this is not a super quiet spot, but that is no fault of the hosts, that is what you get for being in the city, and they did have very large dividers in the backyard so even though you could hear your neighbors, you could not see them. Overall a great deal for the price, would definitely stay again!

Perfect weekend stay. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the walkability of the neighborhood and surrounding area. We planned to see more of SD while in town but we couldn’t get ourselves to leave the neighborhood! Superb location and really cute tiny house. Hosts were responsive and helpful and the house was felt clean and safe. Just what we needed.

Very comfortable place with a lot of character and such a great location. Very convenient if you were taking kids to the famous San Diego Zoo and nearby parks. Lots of storage drawers and closets. Hosts were great, very responsive to any questions we had.

Adorable town. Very comfortable beds and chairs. Lots of seating options in the back yard too. Laundry on site. Close to good restaurants. Good measure restaurant was a super quick walk and had a DELICIOUS breakfast. Would highly recommend.

The place is so cute and enough space for 4 adults and one child. Very clean and homey. The yard was adorable. We grilled and had the fire going. We felt so comfortable and safe in the area. Close to everything we did. Host was very responsive when I had questions. Clear and easy instructions laid out in the home manual. Thank you for letting us stay!

Had a great stay with my kids while visiting San Diego- the house is set up very well for families. Very easy check-in, location is convenient to everything, hosts even had snacks and waters for us. It does sit in a hill above the airport- so you do get a little noise from that… but also enjoyable to watch the planes take off/ land too. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Kaitlin was SO responsive! The space was in a really cute neighborhood with lots of fun things and restaurants within walkable distance. No loud neighbors or anything to distract from sleeping. The space was immaculate and had tons of extra towels, which was awesome. The bathroom had been renovated, and the shower was great. It was perfect for what we needed, and we are so appreciative of her hospitality!

The location is great; Balboa Park is right across the street, great restaurants and a market extremely close, and an easy walk down to the waterfront. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Tucker was extremely accommodating and flexible with check-in for us, which was greatly appreciated. I will say, however, that currently it’s not equipped for long stays, there is no cookware, although there are glasses and cutlery. Also, there is no independent lighting in either the living room or the bedroom; a couple of bedside lamps and a standing lamp in the living room would be great improvements. These issues didn’t take away from all the great features of the place, however, and I would absolutely recommend Tucker’s place for short term stays.

*5/5 Stars!* I absolutely LOVED my stay at Josh’s ocean-view paradise in Little Italy! The location is absolute perfection - just a stroll to the best eats & treats, and a quick zip to the airport. The condo is immaculately clean & thoughtfully appointed, with sweet surprises like extra towels. And that view? Breathtaking doesn't even cover it! The sunset views from the balcony are pure magic. I felt like I was waking up in a dream every morning, with the sound of the waves gently rolling in. Thanks for sharing your slice of heaven Josh! Your attention to detail and welcoming vibe made my stay truly unforgettable. I will be planning another stay soon! I will definitely refer my friends and family who are looking for an amazing getaway and a piece of private paradise. The proximity to the water, restaurants, and shops made it not only convenient but maximized my short stay to the fullest!

A beautiful airbnb — the host thought of everything. It was suuuuper cute and I would go back in a heartbeat. Loved the gated back porch, the full kitchen, and how helpful the host was.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Tamara’s Airbnb. The property was exactly as described—beautifully decorated touches, and best of all, it included access to a private beach that felt like our own hidden getaway. We had originally planned to stay at the Gaylord Hotel but stumbled upon this listing—and we’re so glad we did. Choosing Tamara’s place turned out to be the best decision. The spacious layout, multiple comfortable beds, and well-appointed bathrooms offered a level of comfort and privacy that far exceeded what a hotel could provide. When we weren’t relaxing on the private beach, we explored the charming local town and rented electric bikes from IB Bikes, which was a perfect way to take in the area’s attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish, and well-located retreat!

Pretty much perfect. Location is just stupid perfect. Walk right over to the Del Coronado, right to the beach, right to coffee. The place is perfect for a couples romantic stay. I plan on going back each year. I would suggest using their parking at the B of A right next door. Totally worth it. I really have zero bad things to say. Value A+. Easy A+ Clean A+. Safety A+++++. Lobster rolls across the street A+. Buzzed coffee around the corner A++++. I’ll be back.

This was my first Airbnb stay. The place was so easy to find. The location was perfect, it was walkable to downtown and Balboa Park. The yard has high fences for added privacy. Jay had a recommendation book for local sights and restaurants we ate at a couple of the recommended places and they were all so good. The yard was gorgeous and Jay was kind and helpful. They had laundry machines on sight for us to use and beach chairs. Umbrella, and toys to use. This was such a wonderful trip, all the better by staying at this BnB. I hope I can reserve this location again next time ❤️❤️❤️
