Holiday rentals with a patio in Little Italy, Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie

Sandie was extremely helpful and kind. She walked to our car with us and helped carry our luggage back to the apartment. Sandie was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the area. Would definitely stay there again

Picturesque riverside vacation spot outside of Montreal! We loved this spacious and modern apartment with a fully equipped kitchen so I could easily make breakfast and dinner throughout our stay. Géraldine and Benoit are very welcoming and accommodating. Some highlights of our trip were kayaking on the river right from the property, and taking day trips into Montreal to visit museums.

Very comfortable stay in a well-equipped apartment. Easy and clear communication with Yves. The sunny terrace and parking are a plus.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location is really close to a Metro station which makes getting around super easy. The decorations and balcony were great additions. It does get a bit hot in here, but the fan helps cool you down. Our only complaint was we found the lock quite difficult to open each time. Fortunately, Patrick was very helpful and responded quickly!

Had a great stay. The apartment was spotless, as advertised. Surprisingly quiet for a city location. Mary (the host) was extremely responsive and helpful. Detailed instructions on how to access the apartment were extremely clear. This was my first Airbnb stay and Mary set a very high bar for the future. Thank you for a great visit, Mary!

Wonderful place to stay! The house was clean and children friendly. Two great size bedrooms and a big bathroom. The house is right across from the water and down the street from a great park. The whole family (including 15 month old) loved our stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Minh’s place! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room and thoughtful touches that made traveling with a family so much easier. The location was great, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Check-in was simple, and the host was responsive and kind throughout. We especially appreciated the small touches that were added such as towels, kitchen items, etc. I highly recommend this spot for families. I would stay here again!

The location is perfect—right in the city center, which made it super easy to explore different places. Everything was within walking distance, from public transport to shops and restaurants. The space was clean, cozy, and had a real homey feel to it. We felt very comfortable during our stay. The host was also friendly and responsive. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends!

Our first visit to Montreal - this home was in the perfect location for using the metro. Home owner was very friendly and easy to work with. The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Would definitely come back for another stay!

Great apartment near Sherbrooke Street. The back deck worked out beautifully with summer weather. As described by owner, 3 bedrooms and a good sized living room. Kitchen worked out well. There is a bunk room for kids. The unit is upstairs and has a good railing to use. Parking outside on site. Pepper the cat was around on back deck. Very friendly cat. Restaurants, grocery store and SAQ walking distance. Fabulous kids playground in Westmount park. Perfect for our family.

The location was super convenient to all the great restaurants in Old Montreal, easy walk to McGill and convenient metro stop nearby. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Gabrielle was lovely and responded quickly to questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in the city and hope to be back soon! Highlights… botanical gardens, hike up Mont Royal and light show at Notre Dame. Great restaurants… Mélisse for brunch, Wolf & Workman for pot pie and fish pie, Pub St Pierre for drinks, Fiorellino for pizza, Café Nocturne for coffee & pastries and Ripples for the best ice cream! Fun bookstores… Bertrand, Drawn & Quarterly, Maktaba Bookshop. Thank you, Gabrielle!

Jonathan is a perfect host. Everything is done in his home to make you feel at home and his hospitality is great. The apartment is very clean, very well equipped and very pleasant. Ideal for 4. It is very well located, in a quiet environment, close to all types of shops, halfway between Old Montreal and the Plateau Mont Royal and close to the metro. Street parking is free but not allowed everywhere, Jonathan is available to indicate which place to use We were able to leave our luggage a few hours after returning the accommodation to enjoy Montreal before taking the plane Highly recommended!

Overall, my stay was great in Francesco’s place. He was very responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy. Easy access to the metro and very close to the 747 bus stop coming in and going to the airport. The only one slight thing I’ll mention which is not in Francesco’s control at all is that because of the secluded nature of the building (a plus), I did encounter occasional people who were using drugs outside (just from the area) but once security comes (around the late afternoon), it’s all clear. Again rarely happened but something for folks to just keep in mind. Honestly did not bother me otherwise. Just kept my distance to be safe. The unit was wonderful and my overall experience was great and Francesco was a wonderful host.

Chloe was an incredible host and her airbnb made us feel right at home. It was spacious for a group of 7 of us, with enough beds for all of us, AC in each room and 2 bathrooms. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Location was convenient - The metro was less than a 5 min walk away and one stop away from Old Montreal. Chloe was responsive throughout and accommodated an early check-in since we were flying in early. We appreciated her friendliness and willingness to ensure we were comfortable before and during our stay. Thanks so much Chloe! I recommend booking this airbnb with Chloe. I would highly recommend staying here when traveling to Montreal with a large group. There were more than enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate 9 of us without the fear of feeling too cramped. The amenities were top-notch, and we also enjoyed the private patio. The location was within a short walk of numerous cafes, and a large park was directly across the street. The hosts were also very flexible and responsive—a fantastic experience all around!

Good place to stay on a beautiful street and great host. About a 10min walk to the metro station. Clean residence and AC in all the bedrooms. The relatively thin walls made us a bit wary of our noise, especially with kids, but turned out not to be a problem after all. Would stay here again as it is really a great place to stay, and next to ChefMak which had great food!!!!!! Eric was easy to talk to and very responsive and helpful.

Dominique was extremely responsive and the place was extremely clean. Everything in Montréal was relatively close, and we enjoyed our stay a lot.
