Cabin holiday rentals in Lismore

It's our second time staying here and both times have been exceptional. Our favourite AirBnb if you want somewhere in the forest and surrounded by tranquil nature. The amenities and facilities are also 10/10 and everything is very comfortable. Could not recommend more highly!

This cabin was in a lovely isolated area of the Byron hinterlands. Around 8 min drive from local shop and easy to get to. Along with the lovely furnished kitchen and amenities matthew provided some awesome basics as well as a few local treats as well. The cabin felt the perfect size for a couple with fireplace and bathroom and would definitely recommend. A relaxing getaway!

Beautiful rainforest location, swam in the creek, spa under the stars.

The trailler had all I needed to focus, to get centred and rest during my stay in Byron Bay. It is cool when it has to be and cozy during chill nights. Very comfortable and it fits a couple just perfectly. The whole Village is peaceful and organic. The amenities are easy to find and enough for what I needed. Matty is a good host and always respond my messages since booking to check out! I'll certainly come back when passing by Byron Bay.

It was such a special experience to stay here!! A super cute little cabin atop a hill surrounded by lush gum trees and nature- oh the serenity! 🌳✨🌄 My parents built this home and I grew up enjoying this property thoroughly, creating many memories with my family, especially my late father, Gerry. It was a surreal but genuinely wonderful experience to return here to enjoy a stay in the cute little cabin Thea and Justin have built here, and relax with a delicious soak in the magnesium hot tub! ✨ Thea and Justin were so very accommodating, hosting me for a delicious dinner and allowing me to walk through their home, as I reminisced the days I called it home myself. What Thea and Justin have done with the place since it became their family home - is heartwarming to see. It's comforting to know the place I grew up watching my father care for and put his sweat and tears into building, is being looked after and appreciated so greatly by Justin and Thea with the same creative passion. 💚

We had a great stay, loved the farm tour and recommendation of where to watch the sunrise. Beautiful spot with so many animals.

Glen and Caroline were extremely friendly hosts who made us feel like family. They genuinely cared and helped us out, when needed. their cabin is beautifully peaceful amongst their back yard garden. We loved our stay. We could hear the beach from the cabin, which was a short walk away. Similarly, great restaurants and bakery were only 200m down the road. Wonderful stay! Thank you!

We had a truly lovely and relaxing stay at this beautiful retreat – the perfect escape from the city. Kerry and Barry have created an idyllic place for guests to unwind and reconnect with nature.The property is teeming with wildlife – we spotted wallabies, water hens, ducks, and even caught a 45cm catfish in the lake! The serenity here is incredible. Amy discovered the lake sits at a crisp 20°C after falling in during a paddle-boarding attempt, but fortunately, the 37°C spa was the perfect way to warm up afterwards.Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We’re already looking forward to returning and can’t recommend this retreat highly enough!Thank you again, Kerry and Barry! We loved our stay here. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Very close to town and a lovely quiet neighbourhood, which, considering it was the Easter long-weekend was amazing. We would love to come back and stay here again. Thanks so much for having us.

We loved our stay at Tony's airbnb. Positives: - AMAZING location - Property feels nice and private with separate gate. - Comfortable bed - Fast wifi - Great host - Tony was friendly and responsive to messages. He was happy to respond to our additional request to check in a little earlier. Negatives: - Shower pressure is a bit low - No laundry facilities (this is accurate to the property description) Overall, this airbnb is well worth the pricepoint, and we would love to stay again.

the stay was beautiful and we had a great time, so happy we were able to bring our dog and he loved it. Bonnie left very clear instructions for how to get in to the property (however i wasn't able to see the byron built signs mentioned), and how to checkout. check in and out process was smooth. the airbnb was immaculately clean and beautifully styled, perfect for a couples getaway. also props as it is very disability friendly. really great amenities available with a really well stocked kitchen, BBQ, and utensils. the surrounds and property were beautiful and backed onto a beautiful creek which wouldve been perfect for swimming if it had been sunny. only note is that it was described to be private/secluded. although we had no issues with it, the next closest unit was only around 50m away and when the people staying in the unit returned they were able to see into the lounge room of our unit quite well. very minor criticism as this didn't bother us at all.

My wife and I (and our 2 dogs) loved our stay at Joff's cottage. The place was clean, well laid out, with a comfy bed and couch. The location was quiet and secluded, with a beautiful view. We enjoyed having a wine on the patio, while watching the sun set over the rolling green hills. And waking up in the morning to see the mist in the valley below was a real treat. Thank you very much Joff! We wish we had more than one night and are definitely keen to return soon!

all in all this was a great place to wind down and spend time with your loved one/s in a cosy environment

This place was absolutely amazing! From the moment you drive up the driveway you know you’re in for a good time. Perched upon the rolling greens hills of Byron Bay the first things you notice are the exceptional views. As you enter the property you immediately feel like you are home. It has everything you need to be self contained and was warm and cosy, not to mention the amazing smells of the hand made soaps that radiate through the house. Our host was simply amazing, very kind, friendly & welcoming. If you are looking for accommodation in the region you can’t go past it. Less than 5 mins to Bangalow for your morning coffee, 15 mins to The Pass for a surf and when you are done for the day you come back to the little sanctuary where you get to share the sunset with the cows as it sets behind the hills. We didn’t want to leave this place and neither did our dog but will most definitely be back.

Lovely and peaceful spot! The place was clean, well-maintained, and just as described. The host was very responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

A lovely quiet spot, and there was lots of great attention to detail withing the actual accom, it was interesting and quirky! Justine was super helpful with every aspect.

Greeted with fresh milk, eggs, jam and scones and a beautiful scented candle? We couldn't have asked for better. Beautiful stay and has made us fall in love even more with the Clunes area. Can't wait to be back soon.

Loved our stay in this quaint and cosy cabin. Had all the essentials plus a few little extras, especially in the kitchen. Beautiful surrounding gardens both edible and ornamental. Walking distance into the main town centre. Too many positives to mention. Had a visit from the cows too. We had an awesome weekend away. Thank you ☺️

Had the pleasure of staying at Rongotai. Such a beautiful cosy place perfect for a getaway weekend for 2 people. Two beautiful decks to choose from to sit around and enjoy the wilderness and the birds. We had the pleasure of meeting their furr babies also. Margie and Rueben were wonderful hosts, the cabin was clean and very comfortable with all amenities plus extras! Would highly recommend close to everything and will certainly go back again. We LOVED our stay at Alison’s place. My husband and I stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed every minute. We were a little taken aback upon arrival at how close the cabin was to the main house. We’d expected a bit more room. However, after a beautiful, friendly introduction, Alison gave us our space and privacy and we did feel that we had our own private little oasis. We enjoyed the morning sun and the countless species of birds that frequented the vast, manicured lawn. The cabin itself is beautifully designed and there are thoughtful touches in every inch - from fresh flowers to bathrobes to make use of the luxurious outdoor bath. The amenities were fantastic and every need was taken into consideration and catered for - and then some. The finishing touches were of high quality. Alison included lovely bed linen and crockery. Great value for money. We would definitely go again.

Funky, but comfy peaceful spot, Kerrie was lovely woman, left us alone but was there when needed. Different, unique, not your "laminated" environment. Fairly eco friendly. Very nurturing. Would stay again.

Linda is an awesome person!!! She is 10/10!!! Super friendly and relax!!! The communication was super easy and she gave us the most important tips !!! Robin, her husband was awesome person too!!! Both of them were an incredible person!!! The place was and is magnificent!!!! If you are looking for relax and getaway from city I highly recommend this place!!! In to the bush and listening the birds was incredible experience!!! We can’t wait to ge back there!!! We really enjoyed the time over there and all the places around there!!! Beautiful place to come and relax. We were welcomed so nicely by Benjamin and made to feel totally at home. I couldn’t recommend staying here enough, it was perfect.
