This property is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable! We loved our stay. There was plenty of room and having so many bathrooms was definitely a plus. This was a great home base for our Cornwall adventures!

Lovely little cottage with fantastic hot tub and outdoor space. Walking distance to Polperro village and easy access to the coastal path too.

Very lovely place, me and my girlfriend stayed here for a weekend and had no complaints. The host responded quickly and the property looked exactly like the photos. All the extra little touches like the fire wood, slippers, eggs and etc really made us feel welcome. Overall we really enjoyed our stayed and would happily stay here again.

We had the most wonderful time.The location of the property is great for exploring and the setting so peaceful! The pictures perhaps did not do it full justice as it was even better!being in a bath over looking the countryside was next level! Clare was very clear on the whole process of how to get to the property,check in,ideas for places to visit and things to do.The personalised written message and goodies are special touches that mean a lot so thank you!cannot praise everything about our stay enough!we hope to be back!X

We had a beautiful week at The Cart Barn, beautiful location with beautiful views and a private garden which was perfect for our pooch! we spent most of our evenings watching the beautiful cows out the garden! the hot tub was a lovely addition and the barn had everything we needed to make ourselves and our dog feel at home! Some great recommendations in the welcome book and from the owners of local things to do! Will definitely be returning in the future! :)

Lower Marsh Farm is brilliant. Wonderful location, excellent facilities, peaceful and calm. Due to the rural location, you do need a car to get there and navigate the area. Olivia the host is incredibly attentive, the instructions for getting there are clear, the optional services are excellent, and the setting is idyllic. We visited with two young children who were captivated by the wildlife and farm animals. Enjoy!

Tranquil, beautifully converted barn. Extremely comfortable and very welcoming. Perfect for a break away from the rat race!! And Davina’s gluten-free lemon drizzle cake is amazing!! Thank you for a second very enjoyable stay!

Wonderful place to stay. The coastal walks in both directions are fabulous. The destinations and the walks. You can spend a day in the coves. The house had everything we needed for a walking holiday. It is perfect for 1 or 2 people and a dog.

A perfect apartment for a short stay in beautiful Looe. The apartment is well equipped with everything you would need for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Its location is great with a wonderful view down over Looe harbour. If you're planning to walk, it might be a rather steep climb to come back up to the apartment. All in all we had a great time. Highly recommended!

Charming property and a charming host. Very comfortable 3 night stay in peaceful Latchley in the beautiful Tamar Valley. The property was spacious, clean and tidy with a private courtyard cottage garden and the convenience of car parking on site. A really peaceful location just a stones throw from riverside walks alongside the Tamar and beyond. We'd stay again without hesitation.

This was our second stay at Sharon's barn and we will definitely come back again. It's in a great location, has all the bits and pieces you need for a week's holiday and is incredibly comfortable. the bed is very comfy and we slept soundly, waking ready for a walk to the beach for a swim.

We stayed in the cottage for 5 days. The garden was like a small, beautiful paradise, someone has very green fingers. The tub and views were amazing. Inside the cottage was exceptionally clean, with all the amenities you would ever need, of a high quality. Great comfy bed too. Excellent location for exploration. Had a wonderful stay and Deborah was very lovely and helpful. There was everything there we needed plus more with thoughtful touches like eggs from her hens, bacon,bread, fruit, milk. She helped with walks and local tips. A lovely stay and spotlessly clean.

Don't hesitate to book here! Barbara is a perfect host. She is responsive, with clear, concise, and friendly communication. Once you're there, she's there if you need her, but will leave you too it otherwise. The home is clean and cosy. It's in a cluster of farm homes, in the middle of a lovely farm. Unspoiled country views from your private garden. There's public byways immediately outside the home (both are across active farmland, leads are needed!). Barbara very thoughtfully had a bowl of clean water waiting for my dog inside, and cream scones for me. The supplied waterproofs came in handy. There's plenty of household supplies to last during your stay, and you'll have all the usual cooking utensils. The location is perfect if you want to explore all of Cornwall - it's central and within a stones throw of the A30. You're no more than an hour from anywhere in Cornwall. Its near a large town with plenty of food/shops.

Bonnie and David made us feel very welcome from the start. The place was lovely and the garden was spectacular. They added lots of little things that made a big difference to making us feel at home. We were supposed to be visiting my grandparents but wanted to spend more time at our lovely Airbnb. It's a very old building with thick walls so you don't get any road noise inside as well for a very good sleep on a big comfortable bed. Definitely stay if you can.

A beautiful place which was perfect for my family to celebrate a birthday. Loads of space and a beautiful property, it was really well presented. Kate was always super helpful and was really quick responsive with any questions we had and was so helpful with early check in as we had our young son. Beautiful place set in a really peaceful village, perfect for getting away from our busy lifestyles. I couldn’t recommend this place more, a definite 5 star!

We loved Steven’s cottage. It’s small but comfortable. The kitchen is small but it has anything you need to prep simple meals. It’s in a great location. Not too far from beautiful beaches and other places to hike and visit. Steven is a great host with lots of helpful ideas about things to do and places to go.

Just returned home after our stay at Leah’s delightful one bedroom cottage. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and was perfectly placed for exploring Cornwall. Leah had provided us with little extras including dog bowls,blankets and even dog treats for our two small furrbabies. Leah was very helpful but not intrusive and always on hand if you needed anything. The accommodation was roomy for one bedroom and had a cosy feel to it. A beautiful tiny bathroom with lovely towels and endless hot water. The kitchen was beautifully equipped with everything you needed at hand .A great place to stay! My only regret is we only had a weeks stay booked! I would have happily stayed longer. Thanks for a fabulous week Leah. We will definitely be back… but for longer next time, Jane

Gorgeous cottage , beautifully renovated . Cosy but functional . Hot tub was lovely to come back to after a long walk . Peaceful location but within easy drive of Fowey . Would definitely come again.

Absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect for attending a nearby family wedding, and the peaceful rural setting offered much-needed solace. The house itself is beautiful and cozy, with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. We also had a blast playing table tennis – a fun bonus! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy both tranquility and a touch of fun. Will definitely be back! Tony and family
