Holiday rentals with a patio in Lisburn and Castlereagh

Very pleased with our visit, vikki was very responsive to messages and Tom was there to greet us on arrival, the welcome basket was a lovely touch. The apartment was very clean and spacious, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely choose Belfast Base as our place to stay in our next visit.

We stayed here as we were doing the Belfast Marathon that weekend. It was the perfect location and walking distance to the start line at Stormont. The apartment was beautiful, felt very new, really nicely decorated and extremely clean. Hugo was also really informative, responsive and friendly to deal with - a great host. Would highly recommend and will look to stay again if we do it again next year!

We felt right at home at this lovely apartment! The neighborhood was really pretty and not far from the town center. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean, with everything that we needed for our stay. We would highly recommended Robert’s flat and would come back any time!!!!

Flat is on top floor - very peaceful location overlooking the river. Didn't want for anything over the two nights we were there. Could have easily walked into the city if the weather had behaved! Hosts were totally on the ball and very quick to respond - had an excellent time 😍

Excellent location for getting around Belfast. Short walk to Botanic station which was a couple of stops up to Titanic. An equally short walk into city centre the other direction. Tesco express just round the corner and plenty of places to eat/pubs in very close proximity. Would stay again.

Ours was a longer stay than most - three weeks in all. Although the Summer House was a little hard to find (down a lane and behind a house set well back in its property), the surroundings were delightful. Emma and her family were very friendly, without being intrusive in any way. Our only concern was that access from the car parking location to the front door of the property was unexpectedly difficult for my disabled wife to negotiate. The property felt so peacefully rural, yet it was within a five-minute drive of shops and one or two eating places. A very enjoyable experience!

From the moment we walked in we knew this would be a great place to stay! Fresh complimentary bread, great location, helpful instructions and a fun vibe. shanti was helpful and proactive. Highly recommend - good value, great location.

We stayed here for several months after moving across the ocean to be back in Belfast, and this home was the perfect transitional home for us while we waited and searched (and searched!) to buy a home in Belfast. Overall the home really fits a niche in the market that's greatly missing in the Belfast rental market right now - great value for money in a fantastic location. Laura was incredibly flexible and understanding when we were having aforementioned trouble with house hunting, and any problems that arose were quickly repaired and dealt with by a local handyman who was also an excellent person to deal with. There's a bus stop that'll get you into the city centre and/or Ormeau area, and a Mace (convenience store) a minute or two walk away that is just great for quick grocery pickups, with a Post Office in there too if you need one. Overall, this is a fantastic place and can't recommend the experience enough for small families or those needing a long term stay.

Just checked out of Tema’s beautiful Airbnb, had a fab stay, house is exactly as described - lovely deco, very comfortable beds, lovely & warm with very precise instructions given on the use of all appliances. Tema’s communication was first class - location perfect distance from city centre - highly recommended

Back from a second lovely girls night and stay at Neil’s home. Still as great as the first time we stayed! The house is very cosy, spotless clean and Neil is an extremely communicative host. The house is in a wonderful location and easy to find. There’s lots of restaurants and coffee in the surrounding area. We hope to stay at Neil’s home again in the future.

I highly recommend Ana’s beautiful home for your stay. It’s in a great location close to the City Centre, I was over for a business meeting, it’s well connected, 15 mins by car. The home was super clean, cosy and well maintained. The space was very comfortable and we had everything we needed even down to an espresso with fresh coffee beans. The beds were extremely comfortable and made for a great nights sleep. Ana was very accommodating when I needed my stay changed and got back to me very promptly. Hidden gem... I look forward to coming back.

We had an amazing three night stay at Paula’s place while on a self driving trip around Ireland (myself and my mum). Paula was friendly and helpful in all her communication and her place was just beautiful - our jaws dropped when we saw the interior decorating inside and even though it was nice looking in the listing’s photos, in real life l, it was even more lush and gorgeous. Comfortable beds and pillows, thick and soft towels, great water pressure in the shower as well as basic provisions (bread, milk, butter, two jams in the fridge and some other pantry items) made our stay enjoyable. We really enjoyed our stay at Jane’s house. Great location if you’re travelling by car and prefer to stay a little outside but not far from the city - very peaceful and quiet area. We occupied the entire ground floor of the house and were in complete privacy from the tenants upstairs. This apartment was probably the most beautiful Airbnb we’ve stayed at so far - a full-fledged design house, which turned out to be cosier and more spacious than it appeared on the photos. The host was attentive to our requests and always responded. When we arrived, the kitchen was well equipped to prepare a light breakfast but lacked kitchenware for cooking main dishes for a company of 4 adults, which was resolved by Jane by next day. So, if you’re planning to cook a lot during your stay, it’s worth letting Jane know what you may need so that the required utensils could be provided beforehand. The bedrooms and bathroom had everything we needed and more! Great stay overall that we can only recommend :)

We stayed in Ian’s apartment over the weekend; his instructions for accessing were detailed but still easy to follow. The apartment was spotless on arrival, and was nicely furnished and well equipped. The apartment is only a short walk from the arena and titanic museums, and is maybe 25/30 minutes walk from the commercial court and other bar areas of the city. I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering a stay in Belfast, and if I return in future I will be staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Stables in Dromara. Zara's instructions were very clear and the accommodation was absolutely impeccable. The kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped and Zara had gone above and beyond expectations to make us feel welcome. This was our first visit to Northern Ireland and she provided a wonderful base from which we could explore the beautiful countryside. We definitely recommend staying here - we use AirBnB a lot and it is one of the loveliest places we have stayed.

Had a lovely stay Rebecca's. it's a beautiful, huge duplex house. Only a walking distance for ormeau if you're planning to go to belsonic. would recommend staying.
