Un padrone di casa gentile e premuroso. Sempre presente e disponibile. La casa in un posto strategico e centrale. La disposizione e l'organizzazione della casa sono migliori di quanto mostrato sul sito (consiglierei ad Alberto di fare foto diverse). Siamo stati meravigliosamente bene. Grazie

This house is in central part of Malfa, easily accessible from Santa Marina Salina port. The garden is so pretty! We had everything we needed, the place is very spacious, beds are comfortable, Caterina was usper responsive and gave us advice on everything. Punta scario beach is 10 min walk from the house. I highly recommend this place, we had such a good time there! We rented scooters and went around the island - Pollara beach is not to be missed. I m in love with Aeolian islands. Caterinas place was perfect for our family with everything in walking distance. The only thing was that there were constructions in the neighborhood but there is nothing Catarina could do about that.

Logement très agréable, parfaitement situé à Salina. Très belle vue depuis la grande terrasse. Emplacement très calme dans une petite rue montante. Commerces et restaurants à proximité immédiate. Très bonne communication avec l’hôte.

Chiaras place is in a good walking distance from Malfa, and traveling on the island is super easy with the local buses. The place was quiet in March, Malfa is a small pittoresque village overlooking the sea. Chiara is very proactive in communicating and always there if one needs recommendations for hikes or restaurants. Mille grazie!

la casa storica di famiglia di Paola e Marcello corrisponde alle descrizioni. Si trova in pieno centro storico a Lipari in zona tranquilla, a 5 minuti dal porto e vicina a locali e servizi. è accessoriata, un nido comodo e informale. La nostra vacanza è stata speciale grazie all'accoglienza di Marcello, che ci è venuto a prendere in porto, ci ha accompagnati in luoghi spettacolari e offerto esperienze e racconti con Paola con attenzione e disponibilità rare.

Dieses Apartment hat zwar zwei Tische im Freien, dafür keinen im Inneren. in der Küche, wo dieser Platz hätte, steht leider ein Zusatzbett. Schlaf- und Badezimmer wurden vor kurzem sehr schön modernisiert. Aufgrund eines kleinen Malheurs bot mir die Gastgeberin an, in ein anderes, noch attraktiveres Apartment um. Das war natürlich ausgesprochen nett von ihr. Überhaupt ist Denise die best denkbare Gastgeberin. Stets gut gelaunt und freundlich, immer erreichbar, überaus großzügig und hilfsbereit, kurz, ein Schatz. Danke Denise und bis hoffentlich bald!

Soggiorno perfetto, la casina è meravigliosa con un stradina privata per arrivarci comodamente. Noi abbiamo prenotato un motorino che credo sia la scelta migliore, ma si arriva bene a malfa a piedi, anche in bus. La terrazza è il pezzo forte, c’era l’ombra a qualsiasi ora del giorno, tranne al tramonto ma dura poco. Abbiamo cenato diverse sere in totale relax dopo una giornata di mare, abbiamo anche usato qualche verdurina del piccolo orto a disposizione. Il letto era comodissimo abbiamo dormito benissimo, c’è anche l’aria condizionata in camera, e c’era bisogno perché in quella settimana ha fatto tanto caldo, ora che ha piovuto probabilmente si dorme bene anche senza. Malfa è la più carina a nostro parere dei tre comuni di salina, tranquilla ma con tutto quello che serve comunque per una serata estiva. Quando tornerò a salina alloggerò nuovamente a cugnimuzzi senza ombra di dubbio.

L’appartement de Patrizia est vraiment super ! Il est très lumineux avec sa grande baie vitrée qui permet d’avoir une vue au dessus des toits sur la mer. La salle de bain est récente et très propre, ainsi que le reste du logement. Patrizia a été très arrangeante et la communication a été facile. Il faut savoir qu’en période hivernale, de novembre à mars, la zone commune du logement est fermée, mais ce n’a pas été un problème car la nuit tombe vite et se retrouver le soir dans l’appartement à été agréable car bien équipé. De manière général, en hiver il n’y a pas grand chose d’ouvert sur l’île de Lipari. Néanmoins, nous avons quand même trouvé des bars et restaurants d’ouvert, et fait de nombreuses randonnées, sous le soleil ☀️

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Villa, der wunderschöne Garten und der Pool waren perfekt für uns. Die Betreuung durch den Hausmeister und seine Empfehlungen waren super. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Cinque stelle sono poche per stare in Paradiso. La casetta è comoda e ben tenuta ma il vero punto di forza è il patio con una delle viste più belle che potreste mai desiderare. Strastrastraconsigliato!

la dimora (non si può chiamare semplicemente casa) è non solo rispondente alle foto pubblicate sul sito ma ancora più bella. per chi come me è innamorata di altre isole (Stromboli e Filicudi) la posizione, impareggiabile è stata il vero valore aggiunto insieme agli esterni e anche agli arredamenti, estremamente funzionali.

Esperienza ottima! Si trova in un contesto tranquillo, lontano dal caos del centro di Lipari. L’appartamento corrispondeva alla descrizione , pulito e ordinato. Il servizio navetta è rapidissimo. Il personale cordiale e disponibile. Super!

This was a lovely 6 night stay. The property is very well maintained, beautiful flower gardens everywhere, the pool area was lovely too. Luca was helpful with recommendations for beaches, lidos, restaurants and boat hire. Thanks so much Luca

Appartamento situato all'interno di un residence delizioso e molto curato, il patio da su un vialetto interno poco transitato e quindi rimane sufficientemente riservato, piacevole la vista su verde. L'appartamento è luminoso, con mattonelle dai colori rilassanti. Cucina funzionale ed attrezzata, l'host ci ha fatto trovare macchina del caffè e capsule. Letti comodi, anche quelli a scomparsa in cucina. Il bagno non è moderno ma ha tutto ciò che serve ed un lucernario molto funzionale che lo rende luminoso. Panorama mozzafiato sia sui tornanti per raggiungere il residence sia dai vialetti o dal campo da tennis. Piscina bella e pulita. Rapporto qualità prezzo senza confronti.

Andrea war sehr freundlich und hat uns Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. der Check-in und Check Out war sehr flexibel was mir gefallen hat. Wärmstens zu empfehlen :)

Cristiana è stata molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni esigenza. La casa è in pieno centro, a due passi dal porto; super pulita e spaziosa, non manca nulla. Istruzioni ben precise, ottimi consigli per come spostarci e per le attività da non perdere. Torneremo sicuramente quando organizzeremo il prossimo soggiorno a Lipari!

Giuseppina is a great host — super available, kind and friendly! The house is wonderful and it has a stunning view over Lipari’s port and it’s located in a very peaceful neighbourhood, Monterosa. Having breakfast from the veranda, right after the sunrise, it was an amazing experience. We fully recommend it.

Casa splendida, un po’ lontana dal centro ma niente che una macchina a noleggio non possa risolvere. Vista mozzafiato sulla città e sullo splendido mare dell’isola. Martina è stata super disponibile e ci ha trattati nel migliore dei modi. Consiglio vivamente!

Wir waren für 3 Tage zu Gast bei Christiana. Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Christiana war immer gut erreichbar. Der Fön war defekt, eine kurze Info an Christiana und wir haben Ersatz erhalten. Einzig was uns gefehlt hat, waren ein paar Grundlebensmittel, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig, zumindest haben wir es nicht gefunden, die Terrasse ist einfach zu schön, um nicht mal dort zu essen. Aber das hat unsere Begeisterung nicht geschmälert. Wir würden wieder kommen. Danke Christiana für deine Gastfreundschaft.

Brand new spotless clean house in a peaceful location with a great view. You can walk to the city centre in 5-10 minutes but note the ascent is pretty steep. The parking is on the street but we didn't have any troubles finding a space. Silvia was very helpful with local recommendations! But be careful in colder months ( we visited end of April) as there is no heating in the house, which is clearly stated in the description! It was pretty cold during the first few evenings bu then the weather warmed up and it was no longer a problem. In general we really enjoyed our stay and can recommend it to everyone visiting Lipari!

Detta är ett paradis. Ett oslagbart läge med tillgång till eget bad (vi badade trots att det var i början på januari men en solig dag med närmare 20 grader och friska 15 i vattnet gjorde det till ett härligt dopp). Casa Luna är litet men mycket funktionsdugligt med allt man behöver och lite till. Carlo och Mariagrazia är väldigt trevliga och servicen utmärkt. Svarar snabbt på frågor. Man behöver bil eller scooter för att ta sig till stan och det är en liten bit kuperad väg till huset från bilvägen men det är det värt alla dagar i veckan. En underbar plats med tillgång till en massa fina vandringar runt Lipari. Du har soluppgång rakt framför huset och går man uppför backen till Observatoriet (ca 30 min promenad) så är det en oslagbar solnedgång.
