Ao entrar na propriedade você se depara e se delicia com as laranjeiras do jardim, tudo muito bem equipado . Amália é amável, corresponde rápido as dúvidas, tivemos uma ótima estada a Lipari. Super recomendo.

At the risk of replicating so many of the other wonderful reviews I must unequivocally say that Beatrice’s home was absolutely stellar. Every single aspect was superb: the design, location, conveniences/equipment/furnishings were all incomparable! BUT most importantly the care, attention, and genuine and authentic hospitality were the most remarkable. Beatrice and her mother could not have made us feel more like family and not simply renter-guests. We are only one day removed from the tender sea breeze embrace of Salina and already feeling the pull to return. I cannot imagine an Aeolian stay anywhere else as glorious as Appartmento Maria Teritza. If AirBnB gave lifetime achievement awards to hosts, Beatrice and her family should be at the very, very top of the list. So many heartfelt thanks from myself, Kirsten, and of course Dinky!

De locatie is ideaal, om zowel Lipari te verkennen, om de pond te nemen naar een van de andere eilanden of om 's avonds een wandeling te maken naar de vele restaurantjes en barretjes. Alles is in het appartement aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf en ondanks dat het aan de weg ligt stoort het verkeer niet, maar hoor je 's nachts wel het geluid van de zee.

Notre séjour fut court mais nous avons passé un bon moment dans le logement de Giuseppe. Il est très bien situé dans Lipari, dans une ruelle calme et agréable. Notre hôte a été sympathique et flexible sur nos horaires par rapport aux bateaux. Nous recommandons.

The appartement is original given its multi level design and the shared roof top terrace. It is perfectly located between a beach (Spiaggia di Portinente) as well as the marina (where the tour boats leave) and the main street with all its restaurants, bars, and cafes. We got a lot of very good tips for eating out and the best arancini in town. Very much recommended!

Sono andata a fine settembre per la prima volta a Lipari,isola stupenda! L'appartamento è in una posizione meravigliosa, a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro. L'appartamento era pulitissimo, ampio,con tutto l'occorrente per una vacanza rilassante. Il sig. Luigi e i suoi familiari gentilissimi,sia nel venirci a prendere al porto,anche se siamo arrivati molto tardi alla sera,sia nel darci informazioni . Quindi vi consiglio di andare a Villa Hermes per la vostra vacanza a Lipari.

LIPARIE 18 au 22 mai Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement est petit mais très mignon et il possède toutes les commodités nécessaires pour notre séjour. Ce qui fut très apprécié est que nous avions un repas de pâte et une bouteille de vin qui nous attendaient pour notre premier diner. Nous avons été accueillis par Rébecca qui nous a aidé à porter nos bagages jusqu’à l’appartement. Une petite plage se trouve à deux pas de l’appartement et si on se lève assez tôt nous pouvons admirer le lever du soleil. C’était magnifique. Patrizia la propriétaire a bien répondu à toutes nos questions et nous a offert le taxi gratuitement du port à l’appartement à notre arrivée. Épicerie à deux pas et de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

This was a lovely 6 night stay. The property is very well maintained, beautiful flower gardens everywhere, the pool area was lovely too. Luca was helpful with recommendations for beaches, lidos, restaurants and boat hire. Thanks so much Luca

Siamo stati benissimo in questa casa, la vista e la posizione erano perfette. Cristiana è stata gentilissima e ci ha fornito delle indicazioni che abbiamo sfruttato alla grande. Solo un piccolo neo negativo almeno per noi: se riesci a dotare la cucina di più attrezzi per cucinare e qualche contenitore in più, allora la casa acquista più valore. Grazie comunque per la bella vacanza trascorsa.

Muy buen departamento fuera de los ruidos de las calles principales. Giuseppe proveyó todo y muy rápido. Lo recomiendo altamente. Me quedaría allí otra vez.

Nando is a wonderful man and host. You will likely be met by him at the ferry dock, and he is extremely kind and helpful. His house is beautiful, with exceptional views. The guest rooms on the lower level are comfortable but very basic. Please note there is no AC, and the August heatwave made the room pretty hot indeed, but there is a powerful and quiet ceiling fan. Staying at Nando’s would not be so practical without transport of some kind. We loved Nando and Lipari and really highly recommend staying here.

Vue exceptionnelle ! Accès à la plage facile à la descente, pénible à la remontée… difficile de séjourner sans louer une voiture ou un scooter. Les activités sont plutôt sur Lipari à 6 km de la maison. La maison est propre, petite mais suffisante en été. Literie un peu cata. Sinon Mary est accueillante, disponible et toujours prête à aider si nécessaire ! Nous avons fait plusieurs excursions dans l’Ile et en bateau vers Panarea et Stromboli : Top !

C'è chi fa l'host e chi lo è. Adriana lo è. È stato come andare a trovare un'amica che ti mette a disposizione la casa e tutte le sue conoscenze del luogo. Ha risposto sempre in pochi minuti interessandosi lei stessa spontaneamente e non solo in risposta alle nostre domande. Ci ha risolto diversi problemi, ha voluto accoglierci personalmente (anche se c'era il self check-in) e poi anche per il check-out è venuta a salutare. Ci ha consigliato le spiagge differenziandole in base alle loro caratteristiche cosicché potessimo scegliere la più appropriata. Ci ha dato consigli pure su Salina pur essendo lei di Lipari. Ci ha consigliato un posto dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo (anche il piatto da prendere) e dove ci hanno fatto anche lo sconto a nome suo. Ha aggiunto un quinto letto facendoci scegliere anche se preferivamo il divano letto o un letto gonfiabile (comodissimo). In questi casi esiste una sola frase per descrivere la nostra esperienza: Simply the best! Grazie mille di tutto Adri!

Both the location is the flat were great! We had a rooftop terrace with a view on the sea and the flat was exactly as described (better looking even than on the pictures). Francesco welcomed us straight at the ferry port in Lipari and helped us to find the bus to Canetto (which by the way is a very convenient service with frequent shuttles back and forth). He showed us around the flat, informed us about the neighborhood and offered to show us around the island if we'd wanted to. Best feature of the place is probably that it's 50 meters from the beach literally! Also there's a supermarket very close which makes it convenient to cook when we did not want to eat out. All in all a great experience in the aeolian islands!

Viaggio di famiglia con due bambini! la casa di Paolo è un' ottima soluzione! grande, comoda, pulita e la posizione è fantastica. Paolo è stato gentilissimo, nonostante il nostro ritardo nel check in ( per via dell' aliscafo pieno) ci ha aspettati al porto e ci ha accompagnati fino a casa. Ottimi i suoi consigli su dove mangiare ( da seguire assolutamente). Lipari fantastica! 🤩

sehr charmante Wohnung, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. fantastische Terrasse, gutes Cafe nebenan. jeden Morgen Blick aufs Meer, was will man mehr.

Deuxième séjour et qu’une envie c’est d’y revenir. L’appartement et Stephano sont parfaits et j’aime beaucoup l’emplacement proche de tout. Grazie Stephano e arrivederci alla prossima 👋.

Absolutely amazing host! And I’d definitely recommend it and would stay again. Eleonora was a great host and very friendly. The place is clean and tidy within g walkable distance to the city centre. It was perfect for me.

Die Villa von Federica ist die schönste Ferienwohnung, in der wir je waren. Die Ausstattung ist wunderschön und hochwertig und es ist wirklich ALLES da, was man brauchen könnte. Es ist absolut sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es ist schön ruhig nachts. Man braucht ein Auto vor Ort, denn die Villa liegt wunderschön am Berg, der sich zu Fuß aber nur schwer erklimmen lässt, weil es sehr steil ist. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool und der Außenküche, den man sich mit den anderen Gästen in den beiden anderen Wohnungen teilt, ist der absolute Hammer. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Auch die Außenküche ist super ausgestattet. Federica hat uns gebeten, einen Tag vorher Bescheid zu sagen, wenn wir sie nutzen wollen, sodass es nicht zu Überschneidungen mit den anderen Gästen kommt. Wir hatten Glück und es waren nur an 4 Tagen andere Gäste da, sodass wir diesen tollen Bereich fast die ganze Zeit für uns alleine hatten.

Alloggio bellissimo, spazi grandi e pulitissimi. Giulio molto gentile e disponibile. Tutto perfetto, un’alloggio così bello è una persona come Giulio è difficile da trovare. Esperienza bellissima. Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente.

Dire che mi sono innamorata è poco. L’appartamento è molto accogliente, pulito e luminoso. La zona esterna è bellissima, piena di verde e di luce. Era tutto molto pulito e in ordine. La posizione dell’alloggio è ideale per chi è alla ricerca della tranquillità, la zona è molto pacifica e sembra anche abbastanza sicura. Facendo qualche passo a piedi dentro il residence è possibile ammirare tramonti mozzafiato. Come posizione può essere un po’ scomoda se raggiunta a piedi, ma basta affittare un mezzo per raggiungerla molto facilmente, dista poco dal centro. Stefania è stata sempre gentile e disponibile per tutto. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento, che ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole! Torneremo al 100%
