I really liked the space , the room was cozy and clean and the location very good The only problem is that the pool that should be heated as well as jacuzzi and ofurô the water was not hot and at no time was it informing the staff that it was having trouble in this pool

Option with very good price, great ideal location for those who want to go walking to the main points of the city, a city also very good for car riding with lots of parking spaces. We stayed three days and walked all over the city and didn't see any beggars/ beggars, so there's another super positive point. Flat apartment with bedding, towels, pillows, dishes, cutlery glasses. The outdoor pool of the condominium is very large and beautiful and I believe that it is not heated, inside the spa there is a sauna and another heated pool but as this space was under renovation we could not use it. An alert point is about the parking, at the entrance of the condominium there is an access ramp in which the vehicles are parked, but there are certainly not enough spaces for all units of the building, in the busiest times the drivers who arrive later will have to park on the street in front, which I also believe do not have enough vacancies for everyone.

Super beautiful place, safe, no bureaucratic excesses to go out or get in. Covered garage with easy access to the elevator with panoramic view. Large space in the Pool. We had a common maintenance issue with the shower in which the host resolved very quickly.

I loved the place, everything was organized and clean. The Hosts responded super fast, that was really cool. I liked everything, I'll be back for sure.

Great site, about 15min drive from the parks, Gruta do Anjo and 25min de serra negra. The house is exactly the same as the photos, full of birds and surrounding nature, kitchen and full barbecue area. I will definitely rent more often.

We've been in the farm for 3 incredible days with my son and a friend, and we just have to thank you! The place is wonderful, perfect for those who need to rest. The location is great,close by on an avenue with everything nearby. The Chácara is super-equipped: there is everything in the kitchen you need , TV with all the movie channels, internet of great quality (my son even managed to work from there!), and the structure is excellent. Mr. Luiz Dono, responsible and for the venue, is an extremely friendly, kind and helpful gentleman — he made us super comfortable throughout the stay. The nights with a bonfire were a separate show, and the pool is great! We love every moment and we will definitely be back. We recommend with eyes closed

Wonderful accommodation! We made the trip with 6 people, everyone loved the accommodation, the house is well equipped with quality utensils and enough quantity for 6 people, extremely clean and organized house. The host always responds quickly with clear instructions, not to mention the breathtaking landscape of the place. It was a great choice to spend the weekend in this accommodation.

Great stay, since I closed the reservation and asked questions about the region Rodrigo has always been very helpful. His father, Mr. Nizo received me at the Check-in, Mr. very polite and kind. I recommend the site and I intend to return more often.

The place is gorgeous, surroundings that make you gazing with taste and enjoying peace. The house is excellent, it has everything a house needs to have and it's very cozy. Everything is very well arranged and decorated with affection. The tap water is potable, the showers are good, the mattresses too. Ana Paula is a very nice person, interacts well and is quite quiet. We very much like the stay there, we will be back for sure.

I spent 4 days with my family at Deivid and his wife's house. Deivid welcomed us, showed us the house. I asked several questions in the group they created, and they responded promptly. The experience was incredible! The house is wonderful, cozy and super fragrant! We intend to come back more often! I highly recommend it!

These were wonderful days! We enjoyed the house and the pool a lot! Everything is exactly the same as listed. Township of mesh fairs and a park with space for sports activities. Mr. Toyomi was extremely kind and friendly. He sent us a cake!!!! We love everything!!! We'll be back for sure!!!!

Our stay was fantastic! The condominium is very close to the main street and, as it has a private garage, we were able to do everything on foot. Close to bars, restaurants and the city's main square. The apartment is impeccable! Very well equipped, we didn't miss anything else. Cozy, with very new and fragrant towels and bedding, it felt like we were in our own home. A great place to rest after a long day in the city. Maricy is very attentive and welcomed us with great affection, always very concerned with the smallest details. I hope to return soon!

Stanley's apartment is completely renovated, impeccably clean, bright and full of charm. The kitchen is fully equipped, making the space ideal for long stays. The location in Extrema-MG is excellent, both for those who go to work and leisure, with easy access to the main points of the city by car or by app. It was a great experience!
