Our 30 sqm new apartment is located in Braunsfeld with direct tram line to the city center 200 m away. Nearby are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants and yet it is in a very quiet location. Nespresso coffee maker and capsule are included, as well as towels, shampoo, shower gel, washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi, TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
