Cabin holiday rentals in Lindås Municipality

Our five-day stay in this beautiful, large house on the island was wonderful. It was a great adventure to travel to the island by motorboat. The house is located on a hill with magnificent views in all directions and offers both plenty of space and comfort. The hot tub was surprisingly no longer available, but that didn't bother us much given the manageable length of stay and the very changeable weather anyway. Elisabeth was a wonderful hostess. The information was very precise and helpful. She always responded to questions super quickly and kindly. We highly recommend everyone to experience this island adventure and enjoy this luxurious property.

Very beautiful chalet in an exceptional setting. Meets the expectations we had with the equipment mentioned with. Clear instruction from Andreas for the arrival, and good responsiveness in communication. The chalet is located 1 hour from Bergen and 1 hour 30 minutes from Voss, leaving many possibilities to get around. If you were planning to stay in the area, this chalet is the right one!

Rolf and Lena's cabin is beautiful and nothing is missing. The location is unique! Hosts are very friendly. Lena had left us a coffee, Easter pastries and fresh flowers to welcome us. We had a great week here and even saw aurora lights.

Although we only spent one night at the accommodation, we took a lovely walk to explore the beautiful surroundings. Sunniva welcomed us with a warm and cozy home — the fireplace was already crackling when we arrived, filled with freshly added firewood. She even showed us a newborn lamb, which was such a special experience. The place has a very charming and inviting atmosphere.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. A rustic cabin on the fjord quiet, peaceful, and cozy. Lots to do if you enjoy the outdoors.

Great stay and beautiful place.

The House is extremely beautiful with an amazing view over the fjord and the Mountainside. There are amazing hikes within a short drive as well as in Odda. Loved it.

The place is in a perfect location if you are going to a wedding in Blomvåg church. It is spacious, clean and well equipped, and is located in serene surroundings. Would be happy to recommend it to others.

Mountains on three sides and a fjord on the other. If you're looking for solitude at the end of the world, this is it. A piece of advice, it's a single lane road in with blind corners and hills, so be ready to stop on a dime for on coming traffic. Also, the local market will have essentially anything you'd need, but they have eccentric hours so I'd recommend bringing along a day's worth of food to be safe.

Host is very responsive and receptive. The house is beautiful and one with its surroundings. You stare right onto the water. No complaints. I would definitely come back again.

Really enjoyed at Monica's place! The kids had a great time with a trampoline and playhouse, the dog warmed in front of the fireplace after long walks in the forest around, and we adults enjoyed the tranquility and silence. It was nice to also get to know the bush trolls ☺️

The stay in Laila's hut was indescribably beautiful and relaxing. We had a rather mixed weather during our stay with a lot of storm and rain. Due to the very tasteful and cozy furnishings, the wood-burning stove with already existing wood and the huge window fronts with a great view of the fjord, we made it really cozy in the cottage. In addition, fishing for mackerel from the shore was already child's play. We will be happy to come back.

The accommodation was a perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet. The view was a dream! Kjersti is a friendly hostess. In advance, she gave us ideas for activities on request, described the directions to the house well and sent us important information. In addition, she responded very quickly.

We were looking to experience a little of a Norwegian hytte and enjoyed our stay tremendously. What a thoughtfully planned and beautifully designed place. Thank you for sharing this amazing space for others to enjoy. We took a dip in the Fjord, enjoyed the stillness of the forest, and took in the unforgettable views of the water and hills. It was sufficiently far from major town centers while still having a small town center ( Eikelandsosen) 10 minutes away by car with supermarket and amenities. A wonderful location.

We had a wonderful trip and stay. The house is an absolute dream and just as beautiful as in the pictures. We felt very comfortable, like at home. The location is perfect, quiet and beautiful. Our host Linda is very attentive and friendly, we will be back very soon. That was my best Norway experience so far :)

Really a very beautiful chalet that is really in an extraordinary place, and it is sure that you have to calculate a good 45 minutes between the city of Voss and the chalet, but I tell you it's worth it. No one would show you this magnificent road, it is for those who love the mountains a lot. Very well equipped with all amenities. I highly recommend this place. We were very well received by the Host.

I can only repeat my review of our stay in May 2023: ...it is the best holiday cottage we have discovered so far on our travels. The great location with a magnificent view, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a great bed and very tasteful furnishings, warm and cozy and everything tiptop clean. I can't say enough about this wonderful place! The pictures are lovely, but pictures just can't capture how beautiful this place is. This was our first trip to Norway and staying in this place was a real highlight. While in Balestrand, we also rented bikes (highly recommended). Terrific host; very communicative and helpful!

We had a great stay and would come back anytime. The accommodation is super equipped and we immediately felt comfortable. The hosts were super nice and always easy to reach. Price/performance is top!
