Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Lince

Our experience with Desirée was excellent from the moment she met us at the entrance of the building until we completed our stay. Desirée is a fluent bilingual in English and Spanish, and in delightfully conversant regarding locales to visit in the area, including a host of culinary and cultural spots. The apartment is filled with light and there are two layers of curtains to use whenever the guest feels the need. The kitchen is very well equipped, including two coffee machines, a blender, electric kettle, etc., as are all the rooms. The washer and dry work superbly. The residence is home-like, with books and artifacts, and there are two smart TVs. Desirée is highly professional and knowledgeable, and we enjoyed our stay and interacting with her immensely.

We had a wonderful stay! Excellent location, lovely apartment with comfortable beds, great bathrooms, perfect size kitchen and the best balcony with a view of the ocean. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful stay with Carla! Extremely friendly and nice host in a really nice secure building. 24/7 staff, with a really nice rooftop pool area where you can have your morning coffee or watch the sunset at night. Perfectly situated between Barranco and Miraflores and a 10 minute walk to the Malecon. Large grocery store just 2 blocks away. Carla's home has everything you need for a long term stay. The office workspace was really nice and the WIFI was great for remote work. Perfect stay and an amazing host. We have been traveling for 3 years now and this experience ranks right at the top. Excelente ubicación, zona muy tranquila, tiendas cerca y el departamento cuenta con lo indicado en la publicación. También el anfitrión se mantuvo atento a cualquier consulta.

un hospedaje magnífico, siempre viajo por trabajo y este departamento me parecio super cómodo de los mejores en donde me haya hospedado, limpieza impecable, el anfitrión muy atento y en la zona se encuentra de todo a pocos metros caminando. es prácticamente un solo ambiente pero bien distribuido

Me sentí muy cómodo durante mi estadía. El lugar es tal como se muestra en las fotos: limpio, bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Sin duda, lo recomendaría y volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Cesar is so sweet and helpful! The location is great and a quieter peaceful neighborhood with lots of birds and parks. You do have to walk through a shared space to get there but it’s no biggie and the space at the top that you have is completely private with everything you need. All the windows and outdoor light / space is great. Thank you so much!!

Reservé el piso por 1 semana. El piso estuvo limpio cuando entré. En cuanto al espacio y ubicación del piso, es perfecto para moverse en Lima y alrededores. En resumen, estadía agradable. Recomiendo totalmente ! Silvia, quien coordino personalmente mi llegada y salida del piso, se mostró siempre comprensiva.

En verdad no venía bien con lugares en que me había quedado pero este es un espacio que lo tiene todo y en buenas condiciones. No te sientes tampoco asfixiado porque aunque es pequeño tiene divisiones de las zonas y un balcón. El internet muy bien y es algo que se sufre en los alojamientos en Perú. Recomendado 100%

10/10 Excelente para estadios cortas y largas. Acogedor, organizado y limpio. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estadio comoda. Recomendado.

We absolutely loved Judith and Hernan’s place. It was centrally located in San Isidro and walkable to so many things, but offered incredible privacy. The decor, comfort and spaciousness accommodated my family very much. The kitchen is modern and very well stocked, the rooms were cozy and came along with large smart TVs, and was an artful combination of classic Lima architecture with a modern flair. My favorite part was the back courtyard, where we able to use to both work out and relax. We hope we can stay here again!

Buenas atención por parte del Anfitrión, buena ubicación

me sentí muy satisfecha en el alojamiento.. Elvia fue muy atenta, nos daba recomendaciones para ir a diferentes lugares. El departamento muy ordenado, limpio, un ambiente cálido,era como estar en casa..todo lindo.. muchas gracias Elvia por la atención. La zona muy tranquila, ideal para los que vamos a conciertos en Costa 21. lo recomiendo mucho y espero volver pronto.

Es una casa ubicada en la zona habitacional de barranco, la casa es muy amplia y tiene acceso autónomo, el anfitrión súper comunicativo y dispuesto a ayudar.

El lugar es maravilloso, realmente está en la mejor ubicación. Todo está a distancias muy cortas y se puede disfrutar de parques muy lindos a los alrededores. Recomendado!

No hay mas que yo pueda decir, me encanta este lugar, la sensacion de paz y seguridad que siento dentro del dpto no tiene precio y las personas que se encargan de cuidar el edificio son muy profesionales y amables, espero siempre volver.

Yuly’s place is unique and comfortable. She was such a sweet and responsive host! She gave plenty of recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try! She always made sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay! Her place is special and has all the necessary amenities plus more! We had plenty of water and juice, soda, beer, and champagne waiting for us. Also snacks! The jacuzzi is a great bonus, and the patio is peaceful. I would love to book with her again.

Very nice flat, well stuff in the kitchen, laundry in the basement of the building, well deserved by public transport but due to the strategic point on the Avenue, it’s very noisy even from the 8th floor.
