Family-friendly holiday rentals in Lince

Ivette’s apartment was exactly what we needed—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect: tucked away in a quiet residential area but still very close to a lovely park, which was great for morning walks and fresh air. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly, and Ivette was a responsive and welcoming host. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax while still being close to everything you need!

Even though wasn't the place I rented because of an issue... the place was real nice but had some issues like the bathroom light didn't work or the gas was out for the pool ,things that they fixed while I was there that should of being fix before a guess comes ,coffee machine also broken so place was very nice and elegant but still some issues .great anyways

Great place, highly recommend. Only two things to consider: Parking in the area is very expensive and the street is a bit noisy. A part of this I passed amazing time with my partner

El lugar es mejor que en fotos, es acogedor y super ordenado. El anfitrión respondió rápido cualquier duda, me volvería a quedar ahí, ya que todo quedaba cerca.

This place is beautiful with an amazing view! The host was very helpful from the time I booked all the way until my last night. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Lima/Mira Flores. Especially any visitors not from Peru as the location is safe and convenient.

Excelente sitio para quedarse, muy cerca a la Universidad del Pacífico y la UPC. igualmente cerca al real plaza de salaverry y otros sitios para visitar. Está ubicado en una zona segura. El departamento bastante cómodo, bien equipado. Totalmente recomendable.

Excelente apartamento, muito limpo e bem equipado com tudo de que se precisa pra passar poucos ou até muitos dias hospedado. O local é excelente e foi perfeito para os meus objetivos! Embora não esteja sob a gestão do proprietário, a rua próxima é bem movimentada e barulhenta! Ademais, foi tudo ótimo!

Great place! We were 10 - two family groups plus other adult friends - and the space was perfect! Large enough to accommodate different groupings in the common areas, etc. Great location with fantastic nearby restaurants, shopping, activities. Fantastic host who was very responsive!

It was a relief to stay in Brenda's clean and modern place after moving from a dirty and old place elsewhere. Great access to everything we needed in the apartment and the neighborhood. Front desk people were very friendly and helpful. And, the place held up in the 6.1 earthquake, which was great considering we were on the 23rd floor!!!

Estancia publicada tal cual como en las fotos. Lily fue súper amable desde que tuvimos contacto con ella, flexible en el ingreso y salida, y siempre atenta a nuestras consultas. Nos recomendó lugares y a donde podíamos ir a comer. El termo alcanza para dos duchas completas, si son tres personas el último debe esperar para poder ducharse. Lo demás estuvo muy bien, el departamento tenía de todo, y bastante acogedor.

Large apartment with a beautiful view and a personal touch. The building has good amenities, 24-hour security and a parking lot that is very easy to drive around. It is located in one of Lima’s top residential areas.

1. El departamento muy seguro y cerca de casas de cambio y lugares para comprar lo básico por ejemplo agua, etc. (Existe una pequeña tienda a 1 cuadra) 2. Al momento del check out nos permitieron quedarnos un poco más ya que nuestro vuelo era de madrugada. 3. La comunicación excelente. 4. La vista espectacular. 5. La Piscina una maravilla, un poco fría pero muy bien. Debes reservar con 24 horas de anticipación para usarla. 6. Se podría mejorar más, si se coloca un secador adicional en la cocina y quizas un poco de azúcar, café o té. Tambien, hacer el cambio de toallas a los 3 días. 7. Finalmente, MUY RECOMENDADO, SI VOLVEMOS A LIMA, NOS VOLVERÍAMOS A HOSPEDAR.

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, cercano a todo y muy bonito y con todos los enseres necesarios. Además un anfitrión estupendo que está preocupado al 1000 % de tu estadía.
