Very nice apartment, everything new and modern, I would just like the pillows to be higher, the rest is excellent, I recommend it.

The place is close to the Catholic University of the Maule which was where I was going, so I was very practical for the stay, the apartment had everything I needed for the days I was there. In addition to mentioning that Jaime was an excellent host. I will definitely be back next time.

Very good stay, the area was very quiet and safe, the apartment was fully equipped and Ximena was an excellent host always very attentive and even allowed us to flexibly enter and exit. Definitely if we have to go back to Talca we would stay here. Thank you so much for everything Ximena.

Communication with the host is prompt and clear. The heating worked great. The spacious bedrooms have enough space to set up a crib, and the beds are well made. The water in the shower is delicious, warm and with good power.

We had a great stay. The house is as shown in the photos. It is a very quiet and very comfortable place, ideal for family or group rest. It is a large house and it is well equipped, only the coffee machine did not work and I would say that the pool needs maintenance, but nothing that affected our comfort and rest. Joaquín is very nice and was attentive at all times, from the time of booking. Communication with him was easy and despite being in another city, he even helped us solve some inconveniences we had on the first day. The caretaker is a very friendly man as well. She greeted us, explained everything to us and was on the lookout for us throughout the stay. I would clearly go back to this house.

An excellent place to rest and disconnect from the noise and hustle and bustle of the city. The house is very comfortable, with everything you need and more to have a pleasant stay. It is very well equipped, absolutely nothing is needed and the best thing is that everything is in very good condition. Marcia, who welcomed us, was very friendly and was available in case we needed anything during our stay. It's definitely a place we'd love to go back to. 100% recommended.

Ricardo drove to our dropped pin location when we were unable to find his location of his home. He is an exceptionally kind person. We would stay at his home again. His home was beautiful and very comfortable. Ricardo is a fantastic host. The property was very secure and accommodated our large van .

Excellent place. The apartment is new as well as everything in the. It's very cozy, very comfortable for these cold days (I assume in summer too). Good location, easily connects to downtown; there are also supermarkets nearby and stores just around the corner. Juan Carlos was very friendly: he waited for us to meet us and let us know how everything worked.

Everything was perfect and according to the description. This will definitely be my new stop in Linares.
