Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Limpopo

The house is absolutely beautiful! We felt right at home. It had everything we needed and more. Very thoughtful. The views were breathtaking with some animals coming right to the doorstep. We loved this place and enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommend.

Our stay was very nice. The house is well set-up and everything was working. We had a waterleak on the farm during our stay and luckily backup provision for water came in very handy. The game viewer made our trip very special.

I was worried that the house wouldn’t look as nice as it did in the pictures, but wow, it was even better in person. It is a stunning place. Open plan and beautiful, it brought the outside in. It was peaceful and animals happily wandered past. The stars at night were just insane!! It’s in a really great spot, but also close to amenities. Will definitely be back!!

We had the most wonderful stay surrounded by nature, with animals coming up to the house to say hello. An absolutely beautiful, quiet spot to be with family and recharge, we will definitely be going back and will recommend to all of our friends and family 😊😊😊

Fine house, thoughtful and very helpful hosts. Decent kitchen and braii, good wine glasses - these are the things that matter! The wildlife visiting the deck was a treat - feeding kudu from a bucket, zebra from the hand - carefully… For those who don’t know Marloth Park, it’s a large, secure, gated estate. Walking after dark is discouraged because there’s a small risk from predators, not crime…. Two supermarkets, butchers and the pub are a minute’s drive away. Hope to make a repeat visit soon.

A pefect retreat in a magic place!

My partner and I stayed here for a “long weekend” and everything was amazing. Jeandra is an amazing host. Check-in was so easy with simple instructions. She also gave us a guide around Hoedspruit (restaurants to try, stores for different supplies and an activity guide). The home is beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. It has everything you need and more. We had friendly visitors including a giraffe. Everything was amazing. Like I told Jeandra, this isn’t goodbye but rather see you soon.

We have just come back from spending nine unforgettable nights at Penzhorn Rest Cottage and it exceeded all of our expectations - even better than the photos! Zonja, our host, welcomed us warmly on arrival and was so accommodating to make sure we were happy throughout our stay. Her hospitality has honestly blown us away! The highlight of our stay was the daily sight and sound of the river with nightly hippo visitors which added such a magical touch to our stay, immersing us in the beauty and awe of the African bush. Whether enjoying a coffee while reading by the river or relaxing in the ‘bosbad’ every moment felt really special to us! Zonja’s meticulous eye for detail was evident in the small touches around the cottage which made us feel right at home. This is a haven for nature lovers seeking a luxurious yet authentic escape. If you decide to book this listing you won’t be disappointed! We left feeling rejuvenated and are already looking forward to returning!

My partner and I had a wonderful one-night stay at Alan's place. We arrived later in the evening, but were warmly welcomed and guided through the gate without any issues. That night, we enjoyed a cozy bonfire in the beautiful courtyard. The kitchen and pantry were well-stocked with essentials, everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Although we had to leave early the next morning, we were able to enjoy a coffee on the porch, soaking in the peaceful surroundings. We only wish we had had more time to stay longer!

We enjoyed our stay at Elephant Cottage. The privacy, peacefulness, and beauty of the area was memorable. We also enjoyed the cottage, which was well designed and had everything one needed. The bed was super comfy, and we slept very well. Excellent overall, good value for money, highly recommended.

Tayla's Airbnb is located in a safe area close to Pilanesberg National Park. It is well-equipped with everything one might need during their stay. Tayla is friendly and very welcoming, personally greeting us at check-in and giving all instructions.

Fantastic spot, this is really a hidden gem if you are planning a trip to Pilansberg and/or Sun City for a day. Such a lovely place, friendly host, and fantastic atmosphere. Kitchen had all the amenities, and the space has a lot of small touches that make it special. Well worth a visit.

Amazing place. Ahh. In the middle of nature, amazing hosts, kept seeing giraffes, safe feeling and such a wonderful place! We sat around the fire every evening listening to the nature and my husband playing guitar. Our souls really rested. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bed is comfy. Had a swim in the river in the morning and then a hot shower on an outdoorsy feeling bathroom- is there anything better than that. Also: hosts are amazing. We had such fun conversation and the feeling is very homie. The road is gravel road but easy to drive even with a low car. Can't wait to come here again for a longer time! Also, the welcoming committee, named Maxie (the little dog) is the best welcoming ever.

Michael and Adri were such wonderful hosts. They gave good recommendations and were accommodating towards what we needed. Although it rained for our entire stay there, the surroundings are beautiful and the water hole , with its animals should be a great treat on a sunny day.

Absolutely loved my stay at Klaus and Ridwaan's cabin. Cozy and fully-equipped cabin nestled up on a hill with beautiful views. Easy access to multiple nearby gate entrances to the park. And Ridwaan & Klaus were delightful hosts and it was a pleasure to get to meet them, made the stay even better 😊 I'd love to come back someday. Highly recommend!!

If nature, peace and quiet is what you are looking for, this is the place. We loved the large windows, great views, fireplace and the fact that hot water was always avaliable. Watching the animals grazing from our stoep were also a highlight! Please take note: You'll need a high ground clearance vehicle to reach the cottage!! Blankets are old, rather take your own.

Aske Bush Retreat was everything we hoped for and more! Nestled deep in nature, it offered the perfect mix of tranquility and comfort. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the fresh scent of nature. The cabin was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully designed to blend into the natural surroundings. We loved the walking trails nearby and the peaceful evenings by the fire pit under the stars. The hosts were friendly and responsive. If you're looking to disconnect and recharge, this is the place. Would absolutely stay again!

My husband and I loved every minute in this Gorgeous place, it was very clean and had everything one needs for the entire stay. We cannot wait for summer to come so that we can swim and bask in the sun 🫶🏾

Beautiful place to stay. Private and peaceful. Amazing to watch the animals whilst having your morning coffee. Didn’t use the fire pit but I’m sure it would make for a wonderful evening sipping wine and watching the sunset.

This was the perfect escape from the big city and the cabin is so gorgeous! This place is beautiful , clean , safe and Albie is such a friendly guy. We would definitely go back to visit again 🥰
