We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

Wir waren zu zweit in dieser schönen Wohnung. Die strategische Lage der Wohnung ist super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und der Strand sind zu Fuss in unmittelbarer Nähe (max. 5 Minuten). Super Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Die Treppe hat kein Geländer, sieht zwar cool aus aber für Kleinkinder evtl. gefährlich… Im Ganzen war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt und die Wohnung war sauber gehalten. Im Oktober sind nicht mehr alle Restaurants jeden Tag geöffnet, macht aber nichts. Vielen Dank Giorgio

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Wir waren als Familie mit unseren beiden Kindern (12 und 17) zum ersten Mal auf Sardinien und auch zum ersten Mal auf Airbnb. Ich hatte lange nach einer für uns geeigneten Unterkunft gesucht, aber nirgends das "Richtige" gefunden. Dann spontan hier gestöbert und auf diese bezaubernde Wohnung gestoßen ... und sofort darin verliebt. Wir legen Wert auf 2 Bäder und 2 separate Schlafzimmer, damit unsere pubertären Kids etwas separat sind. Uns ist es wichtig, ein schönes Ambiente zu haben und einen herrlichen Ausblick. Wir wollen zentral wohnen. Und vor allem, soll es sauber sein. Die Wohnung hat alle Anforderungen erfüllt bzw. übertroffen. Schon alleine der Ausblick, wenn man zu diesem gepflegten Villagio fährt, dann dort ist und die Vorhänge öffnet und diesen atemberaubenden Blick der Costa Smeralda vor sich hat, unbeschreiblich schön! Wir haben auf der Terrasse gewohnt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Waschmaschine ist gold wert. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen wieder🤍

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen und die Lage einfach traumhaft. Marcello und seine Brüder sind tolle Gastgeber und die Führung durch s‘abba frisca war richtig gut. Das Highlight waren die Besuche bei den Tieren, die für unsere Kids jeden Tag auf dem Programm standen ;)

We loved staying in this beautiful little beach apartment. Had all the amenities, close to the centre and great BBQ and outdoor shower. We really appreciated the late checkout!

Un havre de paix à proximité immédiate de San Teodoro, le logement bien équipé se situe dans un écrin de verdure magnifiquement décoré par Barbara. La douche extérieur au milieu des figuiers, avec vue sur la baie est un pur bonheur. Petit potager avec herbes aromatiques, salades, oignons, et de délicieux citrons 🍋 Barbara est une hôte attentive, prévenante, discrète, de très bon conseil, elle nous a aidé pour toutes nos réservations, et elle est un vrai soleil, un concentré de gentillesse et d’humour. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

Très joli village, avec un petit supermarché tenu par des personnes adorables, et avec un petit café-bar très sympathique dans le village. Proches de très belles plages à Budoni, petite ville plus animée (15 min en voiture ).

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

Prachtige locatie. Perfect voor ons met een baby van 5 maanden. Je loopt zo de deur uit en 50 meter verderop sta je op het strand. Goed uitgeruste appartement met kinderstoeltje, babybedje en een plek waar je makkelijk luiers kunt verwisselen. De kamers bleven cool, zelfs zonder airco te gebruiken

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Enricas Wohnung und wurden sehr herzlich von Federico empfangen. Einchecken konnten wir netterweise schon etwas eher, was uns das Ankommen mit Kleinkind und Baby sehr erleichtert hat, lieben Dank nochmal dafür! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und wir haben den kleinen Garten sehr genossen. Der Strand ist in nur 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch perfekt für kleinere Kinder. Am letzten Abschnitt des Strandes hatten wir auch unseren Hund dabei, was dort anscheinend kein Problem ist. Oft waren wir dort sogar alleine. Lieben Dank nochmal an Enrica, Rosa und Federico, wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Porto Istana!

Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft. Uns gefiel vor allem, dass vieles in Gehdistanz erreichbar ist - sogar Ende Oktober. Leider war es regnerisch, so dass wir nie auf der Lounge oder im Garten waren. Sehr nahe am Meer! In der kleinen Küche fanden wir fast alles, beim Olivenöl half uns Nicola weiter😊. Vielen Dank

It was amazing waking up to the beautiful view each morning 🤩 Sara was the most wonderful host, she sourced a beautiful vegan cake (not the easiest thing to do in Sardinia) for my daughters birthday and insisted it was complimentary. It was so lovely of her! We all loved this accommodation, it was one of our favourites in Sardinia 😃 I highly recommend it to everyone!!

If I could give this apartment more than 5 stars I would. The pictures will not do it justice for the balcony view that greets you upon arrival. The location is so stunning, the hosts are very helpful and informative and one of the prettiest places we have ever stayed. The apartment has everything you need and just a few steps from the beach. We can’t wait to return in future! Thankyou! 🩵

Our stay at Paolo's place was fantastic. As they say, location, location, location. Waterfront was 100 steps from the front door, so easy to pop back for drinks, snacks etc whilst enjoying one of the most amazing beaches on the planet. Paolo is great host, responsive, friendly and respectful of privacy. He kindly let us use his paddle boards which really made the trip. If you're a beach lover this is the place for you.

Wir waren 9 Nächte bei Andrea. Was soll man sagen. Es ist Perfekt so wie man es sich wünscht. Sehr einfache Kommunikation, Check In konnten wir schon wesentlich früher machen, da wir schon um 8.00 Uhr gelandet waren und es nur 13 min vom Flughafen entfernt ist. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und toll hergerichtet. Man ist an sehr schönen Stränden innerhalb von 15- 30 min. Man hat alles was man sonst braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag zuhause gefühlt. Einfach perfekt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für alles.

L’appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, ben centrale e con tutto a disposizione. Ci ha consentito di godere del paese della Maddalena appieno. L’impianto di aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo (molto importante). L’arredamento completo ed essenziale, pentole e stoviglie in abbondanza, stanze da letto spaziose e arredate funzionalmente. La terrazza è molto grande con parziale vista del porto (ma che per noi non era importante) con grande tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare all’aperto. Si affaccia su una strada con traffico moderato. Non c’è parcheggio ma abbiamo potuto utilizzare i parcheggi pubblici gratuiti quasi sempre, con passeggiata di ritorno attraverso il paese sempre molto piacevole. In alternativa parcheggio a pagamento per 1 euro all’ora. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata ottima e veloce, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le risposte ai nostri quesiti tutti di ordinaria amministrazione. Raccomando anche le gite in barca a vela !

Elena's apartment was really lovely -- super modern, spacious, and clean. She provided tons of amenities (towels, beach towels, beach bags, cooking utensils, etc). She was also very responsive and helped us out with finding a late night taxi for a night out. Overall, a really nice stay. Some things to note: - The pool has a swimming cap policy for when you are fully in the water (swimming caps were also provided for all guests). This was a bit annoying conceptually but it ended up being totally fine and kind of funny, so it shouldn't be an issue unless you want to do a hair flip photoshoot in the pool. - The free street parking was not immediately outside of the property (was around 3-5 mins walking) so keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage to unload.

Bel appartement spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances parfaites, grande terrasse, piscine. Luigi est hyper-reactif et toujours disponible. Emplacement parfait. Nous recommandons fortement!

rustige ligging maar toch op loopafstand van prachtige strandjes, de haven en diverse restaurants. heerlijk terras waar je privé zit met mooie bloemen en grote woonkamer. In de woonkamer staat ook een opklapbed die prima staat. Verder een grote badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Altijd wel een parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Op loopafstand zit een Despar, nog geen 10 minuten lopen. absoluut een aanrader!

Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard vers 22h, Patrizia et son mari ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont même proposé de nous emmener dans un restaurant car nous n’avions pas dîné vraiment très gentil de leur part. L’appartement était très propre, rien à dire. Je vous le recommande .

Excellent séjour en Sardaigne dans cette résidence idéalement située a une quarantaine de kilomètres de l'aéroport d'Olbia Placée a proximité d'un supermarché et a quelques kilomètres de magnifiques plages, nous avons été accueilli tardivement le premier soir retenu par un retard d'avion. Malgré cela nos hôtes nous ont bien accueilli . Appartement très propre ,machine a laver, résidence calme avec possibilité de faire des barbecues. Le seul point a améliorer concernerait la piscine , non chauffée et aux températures un peu juste en ce début Mai. Excellent rapport qualité prix et accueil remarquable. A conseiller vivement

Excellent, le coin est parfait, la vue est parfaite, tout ce qui est inclus avec la chambre est incroyable ( sauna, piscine,spa etc), le lit, la cuisine tout étais parfait. Claudio est un excellent co-hôte, il nous a offert des oeufs frais un matin, il est un bon vivant et nous recommandons ce logement!
