Most incredible stay I've had- thank you François and the team! I've never stayed somewhere which has exceeded my expectations like this apartment. It was truly beautiful- from the smell of the honeysuckle tree below the balcony, to the incredible view, to the little details like a jar of sweets in the apartment, and the incredible communication from the team and amenities! The apartment is a short walk from some amazing restaurants, just round the corner from the cité and near to local shops in a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood! It was the perfect base to explore Carcasssone and the surrounding wine regions! The apartment was spotless, the appliances were all modern, there was a really great shower, and incredibly comfy beds with crisp white linen. It truly made our holiday special, and I'll never forget our time here! I'd recommend this property again and again and again and would not hesitate to return as soon as we can!

Lovely apartment, everything you need for a short stay. 10 minute walk to the city centre. Parking with the apartment was a bonus. Would highly recommend.

I stayed at Chris’s place with my dad for 3 nights after heading up from Perpignan. The apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the train station and also a couple of minutes away from the main square, where there are ample restaurants. It wasn’t peak season so they weren’t always open but we still managed to get some great meals. The apartment is also about a 20 minute walk to the medieval city, which is great if you love a bit of history. The apartment itself is immaculate and very comfortable. The balcony was great to sit out on and you can hear the organs playing from the church opposite. The apartment is on the street and cars going by can be loud, but Chris kindly left earplugs in the bedrooms to resolve this. We would definitely recommend Chris’s apartment and would love to stay again.

Emplacement parfait au centre de Limoux et idéal pour profiter de son carnaval. L’appartement est propre et correspond à l’annonce. Deux chambres de bonnes tailles, et grande salle de bain. Le salon-cuisine est petit pour 3/4 personnes, mais ok pour 2. Nous n’avons pas rencontré Nicole en personne mais le check-in était facile. Parking gratuit à 5/10 minutes à pieds, difficile de se garer proche du logement en période de carnaval.

Claire et Peter sont extrêmement accueillants, tout à la fois discrets, mais attentifs et réactifs aux besoins éventuels. L'emplacement est paradisiaque pour qui aime la beauté de la nature, le silence, la tranquillité et la simplicité. Idéal pour parcourir les sites cathares en tous sens. La pièce principale est spacieuse, confortable et agréable à vivre. De plus, la vue depuis cette pièce et depuis la terrasse attenante est vraiment splendide. Dommage que nous soyons venus sans nos guitares, car nous avons appris que Peter était un bon guitariste et nous aurions pu partager quelques notes. L’appartement est très agréable avec sa terrasse très privative. Il a été très bien aménagé. En arrivant en voiture j’ai mis un peu de temps à trouver la rue et surtout une place de stationnement, mais par la suite ça a été plus facile. J’ai beaucoup apprécié le calme la nuit et l’absence de nuisance.

Nous avons ete tres bien accueillies par la tante de Katell. Hotes reactifs, environnement tres calme et jolie vue a quelques metres !

This was an absolutely amazing find. It was a beautiful place in a brilliant location. Carcassone did not disappoint. Coming back to sit on the terrace at the end of the day was a real treat. Loads of lovely little restaurants nearby and a 5 minute walk up to the Medieval City. A real gem of a place.

De ruimte is handig ingedeeld en heeft een mooi interieur. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is aanwezig. Prettig ruim balkon. En natuurlijk het grote pluspunt: op loopafstand van de burcht en het oude centrum. Verderop in de straat zitten leuke eettentjes. Wij vonden het verkeer voor het appartement wat druk, maar binnen hoor je dat nauwelijks.

We loved the central location. It was easy to jump on the shuttle to the apartment. Loads of good restaurants, very responsive and patient host. One of the few apartments on Airbnb with a terrace with a panoramic view. Always nice to receive a complimentary bottle of fizz and the extension of check out time very much appreciated.

Had a lovely short break at Manuel's. The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated. The location is superb if you want to be in the centre of things. So many restaurants in the square below and the Carrefour is fantastically convenient. We would definitely come again.

Voici un commentaire possible, professionnel et chaleureux : ⸻ Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Carcassonne. Le studio était propre, bien équipé, avec une baignoire, une douche et une cuisine fonctionnelle. Il est situé au rez-de-chaussée, donc il y avait un peu de bruit de la rue, mais rien d’anormal pour ce type d’emplacement. Le propriétaire a d’ailleurs eu la délicate attention de nous fournir des bouchons d’oreilles, ce qui nous a permis de passer une nuit tranquille. Merci encore pour l’accueil !

Logement et environnement très agréable pour des personnes souhaitant se reposer et visiter Carcassonne et ses alentours. Les hôtes sont très agréables et respectent notre intimité alors que nous sommes sur leur propriété. La piscine est super, un vrai plus pendant les grosses chaleurs !! Je recommande vivement !

We absolutely loved this place. It's spacious, tastefully decorated, and immediately feels like home. The old city is just up the hill, maybe a 10-15 minute walk. The parking spot and working laundry were a plus as well. We would happily stay here again.

Bonjour, nous avons avons passé un agréable sejour. Le logement est spacieux , propore et bien situé. Garcia est accueillant et bienvaillant. Sa soeur, nous a bien reçu avec le sourire.

Nous avons passés un très bon moment et le bain nordique est un plus. Nous avons également mangé à la table d'hôte un très bon cassoulet.

Super logement. Très spacieux un lit extra confortable et une salle de bain spa juste parfait pour se détendre. Si j’en ai l’occasion je reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Je recommande sans hésitation

Lovely apartment, beautifully presented with every amenity one could possibly need. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening, and loved the luxury of the rooftop jacuzzi after a long day exploring the ancient city of Carcassonne. A lot of stairs to climb, but well worth it. The penthouse suite is always the best!!

Franchement, RAS ! Beaucoup de petites attentions en plus des services / prestations mentionnées dans l'annonce, Val et Phil sont hyper sympas, extrêmement serviables et réactifs, de très bon conseil pour les activités/ sorties disponibles à proximité... Et leurs chiens sont tout mignon. Bref, un WE trop court mais génial en ce qui nous concerne 👌 !

Tres contente de ce gîte , très beaux matériaux, très belle déco, épuré chic, de l’espace pour se garer dans la cour. Tout est très propre et la literie impeccable, confortable, pétales de rose sur le lit. On entend un peu les pas des habitants au dessus, on sent une présence légère, mais ne pose pas de problème. Hôte très réactive et agréable. Entrée autonome, Boite à clés sécurisé très pratique. A retenir ! Merci

Die Kommunikation mit Jérôme war einfach und unkompliziert. Er hat immer schnell reagiert. Er hat uns die Wohnung persönlich gezeigt. Alles war wie beschrieben. Unser 5-jähriger Sohn hat sich in dem Kinderzimmer mit Lego und Comics sofort zuhause gefühlt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Vielen Dank, Jérôme!

Très bon séjour à Carcassonne avec un logement propice pour découvrir la ville ! Tout y est, la location, le calme, les équipements, la propreté et la gentillesse des hôtes ! Appartement conforme à l'annonce dans une ruelle calme . Jardin agréable . La clim était la bienvenue par ce chaud weekend de juin . Le jacuzzi est un plus bien apprécié .
