Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Limousin

Everything you hope for in a AirBNB/ Gite in France! We stayed one week with our teenage kids this October. The house is old but has every comfort needed including a large fire place and a washing machine. The atmosphere is right and every room is decorated in a unique way. The garden is large with lots of places to sit, lounge and a table to have breakfast, lunch and even a bbq for dinner. We spend lots of time in the hot tub and at the very nice heated pool. Pascale is a wonderful host, she waited for our late arrival, she had snacks and even breakfast for us to get started, she provided nice bathrobes and towels for the pool, had great local recommendations and was always available for a chat. The place is a little secluded but that was just right for us. Lot’s of fields and forests with plenty of wildlife, we did lots of long hikes with the dog. And for a visit to the market, a restaurant, castles, etc most places are less than 30 minute drive. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely time at Claudine’s. It’s a beautiful setting and the rooms are arty and unique. The grounds are really beautiful and Claudine is friendly and welcoming. My kids loved the dogs and the donkeys and were sad to leave.

Nadine and Daniel are warm, welcoming hosts. A guided tour of the estate was given to us upon our arrival, telling us the story of this family cottage. Breakfast was perfect! Our stay was punctuated by Nadine's recommendations advising us on restaurants and activities to do in the area. A real favorite for this bucolic haven of peace and a big thank you for these moments of authenticity.

It was a first for my son and me on Airbnb, and I am extremely delighted. A warm and friendly welcome, a quiet and beautiful place and a great room. I highly recommend it.

A great place for total rest in the middle of nature and horses. 🐎 ❤️ A well thought out place with all the comforts and beautiful quality. We loved chilling in this treehouse. The bedding is great and the place really peaceful. We'll be back. 🥰

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s charming and historic home. We loved wandering in the beautiful garden and feeding the donkeys. The scenery around Autoire is gorgeous and there are lovely walks/hikes nearby. We also enjoyed visiting a neighboring village and castle. Sarah and Glenn went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at home. They cooked us a delicious dinner one night and offered us use of the kitchen on other nights. They always made sure we had everything we needed. She and Glenn were warm, friendly and gracious hosts. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay in the castle. It was so unique and beautiful. Collette welcomed us with warm beverages on a chilly, rainy day. If the weather had been nicer, I would have enjoyed walking the grounds. We reserved dinner and thoroughly enjoyed that generous and delicious meal as well as breakfast which included lots of options. Collette and Nora were very attentive to our every need. Highly recommend

Albert is a responsive and warm host. Pleasant room, quiet area, hearty and delicious breakfast, a little attention with a good dessert in the evening... I would recommend it without hesitating

Thanks to Laurence and her husband for the exceptional quality of their welcome and their incredibly well-located accommodation close to the majority of tourist places in the region. We had a pleasant stay. As for breakfast, it was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at Julien and Aurelias beautiful 15th century home located in the Medieval town of Autoire. Our room was nice and cozy with a nice breeze from window, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom . We enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and their delightful playful Border Collies. Aurelia booked us dinner reservations in nearby towns and we enjoyed hiking at the nearby cascade falls and our stay in the beautiful picturesque medieval town of Autoire.

Amazing people, amazingly peaceful place and amazing food. We had a beautiful 3 nights with Magali and Fabian and their cuddly dog Tess. We were treated like family and loved the whole experience. Magali is a great cook and we ate on the peaceful terrace every night. The accommodation has a beautifully rustic but quality feel and it feels special. The pool is a delight and we had all we needed, we just had to ask. Merci Magali and Fabian x

Very very quiet environment, very good for escaping the hustle and bustle of big cities. Catherine is very welcoming and cheerful. Activities are between 10 and 20 minutes away. Excellent, thanks again

There are not enough words to describe the experience of staying at Laurence's. The place is a real gem in the countryside, it really allows you to disconnect from the world in peace. We recommend it and will surely come back.

Manuela and Manu are naturally charming hosts who know how to welcome guests in the best possible way. their accommodation is a small cocoon in a warm Corrèze, a very good starting point to visit the area or to rest in this oasis, they know the area by heart and are excellent advisors,

Our 1 night stay with Gaby and Werner was just wonderful! We could have easily have stayed a few nights longer if time would have permitted. The B and B is located in a beautiful location, the house is nothing short of stunning, we really appreciated the history of the home and the fact Gaby and Werner were happy to explain the history of the home. The house is so warm, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We opted to enjoy the 3 course meal, wow, the quality of the food and wine was first class. We loved meeting Kiki the dog and the four cats, makes it so homely. The absolute best part for us was the conversations we enjoyed with Gaby and Werner, such kind and friendly people. We recommend this B and B, try to stay more than one night!

We tried to come up with a bad review so we could keep the place our little secret... but we just really loved our stay with Keith and Anita. We went to stay at this lovely and charming chateau for a week and it was all that we hoped for. It is a great place to relax and unwind. We felt very welcome with such friendly hosts, who were always there to give tips for local restaurants, etc. We would love to come back there one day. Tip: we could recommend their homemade afternoon tea.

Tony & SAS are really very nice people, who are interested in others. Their house is a real haven of peace where you can recharge your batteries. We warmly thank them for the welcome we received!

We went there in mid-June, beautifully flowered hamlet and very peaceful. To get to the pool you have to go through a very enchanting labyrinth of plants and fruit trees. you feel good there and it is cool in the house with very thick old walls. Sylvain and Marie were very warm.
