Het huis ligt op loop afstand van hartje Sittard waar aan de Markt allerlei gastronomische eettenten en bistro's met gezellige terrasjes te vinden zijn. Loopt u het pieterspad of bent u op fiets-toer door het mooie Limburgse heuvelland, dan is dit de uitgelezen plek om een tussenstop te maken. Ook voor het bijwonen van optredens die in zaal Volta gehouden worden, is dit adres op loopafstand. Wielerwedstrijden bijwonen in het Du Moulin park/uitrusten na een enerverende Kennedy mars deelname.

Garden area with seating area and pavilion. Both living rooms and 2 bedrooms have air conditioning for cooling and heating. The house has 3 floors with 2 stairs. A maximum of 10 minutes walk to the historic city center of Sittard with many cafes and restaurants.

West 26, 12 people

West 26 is located in a small village of about 125 inhabitants on a cul-de-sac where tranquility is more the rule than the exception. The accommodation (approx. 160 m2) consists of 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV. Because we are together and coziness is of paramount importance, there is NO TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. The garden (about 350m2) is freely accessible

Colorful Comfortable Caravan

Cozy and comfortable Our Caravan has been transformed into a colorful paradise. Wonderful beds, a built-in real toilet, a gas stove, a veranda... With a lot of attention and love, we have renovated and furnished the space, so that a pleasant accommodation space has been created. You have the option to book our wellness separately in the afternoon, between 2 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. The cost for this is €60.

We speak several languages : German, Dutch and English. Our apartment is located in a beautiful rural environment. Relax with us. Or you can spend your time with cyclists, hiking or splashing. The bike and hiking area Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide and Shopping Center Maastricht, Roermond are all in the immediate vicinity. ( about 20 min.)

Immediately after entering this monumental cottage, you will feel at home and enjoy the warm decor of this uniquely located property on the Maasberg in the characteristic Oud Elsloo. From the house, the Bunderbos and Kasteelpark are within walking distance, and the city of Maastricht is 20 minutes away by car.

The spacious vacation home has its own entrance and is located on the first floor. The house is decorated in a country style and has a beautiful view over our garden and Belgium, across the Meuse. The vacation home is excellent for vacations but also as a stay for business trips.
