A beautiful red brick and stone house, recently constructed in the serene, green coastal Konkan village of Thal, 20 minutes drive from Alibaug. The Thal beach is just a 10 minute walk away. The house is surrounded by coconut groves, mature mango trees and a lovely lawn. The home, built in traditional Konkan style has used teak wood from a 100 year old bungalow and all materials and labour have been sourced locally. Our guests will enjoy a tranquil stay with locally cooked meals on request.

This has been our family second home for over two decades and one we've watched come alive from nothing. Set in a rustic 5 acre farm with a rivulet that runs by the property (unfortunately only in the monsoon), Rashmi Farms is a great place to disconnect from the city (though we have wifi if you must work). You can enjoy walks around the farm and nearby villages, a dip in the pool, or just put up your feet with a book. All this just 2.5 hours drive from Mumbai.

One of the best properties to stay in Alibaug. It is a gated building and so security is well maintained. Everything from the interiors to the amenities were well kept. The host, Nishant was very cooperative and available at all times. He made sure to accommodate our requests and made the stay a really comfortable one. Even the society amenities on the ground floor are ones to visit if you are a larger group. The connectivity on Zomato was quite good for Alibaug with multiple restaurants available. So, if you're juggling between places to stay for a getaway, go ahead and book this one.

We were three family and wanted a home feel away from home. This is one of the best, awsome, amazing and beautiful Villa for family and friends. Clean, All amenities top notch, friendly caretakers and the best part "pool". Sangeeta was very helpful, heared all queries and supported for every need. I would recommend this place to all the visitors. The Varsoli and Alibaug beaches are 15-20 mins away from this place and very convenient for ordering food as well.

It was a great villa with spacious living room, clean and a lovely yard and pool for activities like playing a sport. Table tennis table that has been shown in the photos was missing so note that. Outdoor porch seating was also nice.
