Beachfront holiday rentals in Liloan

I hade the opportunity to staying in the apartment during 1 week. The beach is clean and nice the pool are the same. Can recommend to trying the buffet it wort the money. The area around is friendly and it easy to get taxis etc. Big plus from the host is the fast reply if I had any questions. I will definitely going back for a visiting.

Excellent host, great service, perfect place for family gathering with well maintained landscape, open area concept, air conditioned rooms, modern kitchen, clean and spacious bathrooms, close to town center and can accommodate lots of guests. Will definitely be coming back.

The stay was absolutely perfect! The accommodation was exactly as described – clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. Especially worth mentioning are the small details like fast Wi-Fi. The place was lovely, the view was relaxing seeing the pool area and glass house from the living room. Although we encountered a little hiccup regarding the malfunctioning microwave, which our host let me know on the day of the check in. I would have appreciated it if I was told beforehand because we brought microwave popcorn. Although, the caretaker Ms. Neria was clear with her instructions and tour of the Airbnb. She even offered to let us borrow her rice cooker as the previous guests misused the old rice cooker and left it discolored. The glass house was cozy, and offered a really nice view of the sea and sunrise. My family members however complained regarding the water pressure in their bathrooms. Hope this can be fixed as well. Other than that, we loved the karaoke and the pool! We are also able to use the grill for barbecue and the ref and freezer were functional, which was fortunate since my family brought a lot of food. We really enjoyed the place. When I was reading the reviews, I was a little bit worried about the mosquitoes. But nothing to worry about, not a lot of mosquitos. I think because the care takers were amazing - they were very clean, they took care of the place really well, they were also very friendly and helpful. I really like that the place is well maintain. took care of us really well, by husband wants to stay longer. It is such a beautiful place, we will not forget the care takers.

Had a great stay here. The location was very accessible for us during the CCM 2025. However, a power interruption occurred the night before the CCM due heavy rainfall. Lastly, we’d like to apologize for leaving the key inside the room upon check out. Huhu

Hanna's place was as described in excellent shape and very clean. Aircons were both quiet. LTC Smart TV with Netflix and Bluetooth. This unit has a great sunrise view and is on a high floor! Internet\WiFi was stable and fast. Some live plants purified the inside air. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Hanna and the staff were helpful and quickly resolved any issues we had. They were very kind and attentive without being intrusive. Hanna covered our (two-person) resort access fees. Many other listings for Tambuli don't do this, so read up before you make your pick. Finding a place that feels like a true retreat is rare, and this one exceeded all expectations—highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and stress-free getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in La Mactan, Cebu. The place was clean, well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and had a stunning view. The pool was a highlight, and the location is perfect—within walking distance to shops and restaurants. They also offered custom tour packages at much better rates than other providers, which made our island hopping experience even more enjoyable. We also rented a scooter through them, which was both affordable and reliable. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth from start to finish. While the bed was a bit firm and slightly short for tall Europeans, it didn’t impact our overall experience. It truly felt like a vacation, and we’d happily stay here again!

From the moment our family were greeted with warm hospitality and a beautifully maintained space. The location was peaceful and walkable. The accomodation itself was spacious and squeaky clean. It was equipped with everything we needed. Thomas was very helpful and responsive. He was very considerate of our plight (with our change of plans due to typhoon Kristin). The accommodation was as seen in the photos and was good to stay in. The accommodation's facilities are great and very suitable for a quiet rest. However, since it is far from the city, you need to prepare groceries in advance. There's nothing around the accommodation, and it's not easy to catch a taxi or Grab at a late hour. During the week, you can go to SM Mall by Mybus.

This AirBnB condo is FANTASTIC because of the stunning views of the Hilutungan Channel with nearby Olango island visible from its balcony. I was so mesmerized with Olango island that I convinced a Filipino friend of mine to come on over from Cebu city to join me for a day on Olango - it was great. The problem with other AirBnBs condos that are available here in Mactan Newton is that if they have a balcony with a seaview - 9 times out of 10 they are Magellan Sea facing and consequently the view can be depressing to see 6 big ships that are marooned (stuck) as a result of the December 2021 super typhoon Odette. Whereas, the balcony view in this condo does not have any ugly broken down ships in its view. Furthermore, this condo has a great view of the airport, Cebu city and its skyscrapers, and the mountains behind. In closing, Mrs. H. has furnished this condo in such a way that it is a wonderful joy to stay here, as she thought of all of the little things to make your stay pleasant.
