Velkommen til dette charmerende hus i Solrød lige ved siden af en fantastisk sandstrand og skov. Her kan I nyde naturens ro, havets brusen og fuglenes sang, alt sammen uden trafikstøj. Huset ligger i gåafstand fra Solrød centeret, som byder på restauranter, butikker og alt hvad I skulle have brug for til en afslappende ferie. København er magisk om vinteren! Udforsk byens charme og vend tilbage til vores hyggefyldte hus. Slap af ved den knitrende brændeovn og nyd vinterens fredfyldte varme.

Lejligheden ligger placeret i en 3-længet gård, den helt nyrenoveret og ligger midt i den skønneste natur lige op ad skoven og søer med masser af dyreliv. Lejligheden har alt du har brug for og perfekt til ferie og som base til dine oplevelser. Der mange oplevelser i nærheden og ligger bare 35 min. fra Kbh. og 20 min. til Roskilde og Holbæk. Der er en lille have, hvor der kan grilles og spilles spil. Vi glæder os til at byde jer velkommen!

Annekset indeholder: 1 lille soveværelse med 1 dobbeltseng og 1 enkeltseng. 1 stue med 1 stor sofa, hvor man kan sove 1-2 personer. 1 lille tekøkken med køleskab, 2 kogeplader og mikroovn. 1 meget lille toilet, hvor der er bruser. Annekset skal sættes i stand, så det fremstår ikke super, men det fungere, og vi synes, det er hyggeligt at være derude. Vores have er “vild med vilje”, men vi har ikke helt fået den “tæmmet” endnu. (så det virker lidt rodet) Vi bor i huset ved siden af.

The small apartment is a closed off section of a large house, with its own small kitchen, bathroom, dining and garden area. Solrød Strand is known for its proximity to the beach, natural forrest and within a short driving distance to Copenhagen and Køge - making it a good location to stay at when visiting Sjælland.

2 bedrooms and a living room on 1th floor in villa

In a townhouse is 2 bedrooms and a living room on 1th floor with acces to shared bathroom. It is possible to make tea/coffe and you can use the fridge, but there is no kitchen. The house is situated close to the beach, center and the forrest. Køge is an old borrough with a markedplace, museums, marina, restaurants etc. Its an ancient, cosy town to visit.
