Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in L'Île-Saint-Denis

We very much enjoyed our stay at Didier’s home. Our favorite aspect was the location, right in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood, filled with quant little cafes, bakeries, shops, and local families too. It was so special to see how real Parisian’s live and we feel blessed to have found this place. We also appreciated Didier’s clear communication.

This is the most relaxing place to stay , as four women we really enjoyed coming back to a beautiful apartment and hot tub after a long day sighting seeing . It is spotless and has every amenity you could think of . Nice restaurants near by and easy to get to from central Paris , two short train journeys or a quick uber . Feifei is very welcoming and accommodating. There is also a friendly , funny rabbit that lives in the garden who likes to sneak into the hot tub area 😂

It was very easy to find and clean. The host was easy to work with and quick to respond.

Thierry's apartment was exactly as described. The area is beautiful, we felt very safe and comfortable. Many families, young and old, have shaped this district. The proximity to wonderful bars and restaurants is great. Especially after a long sightseeing tour, we enjoyed getting sushi or pizza to go. There are numerous shopping facilities within walking distance. Thierry personally welcomed us and was very friendly and had enough time to tell us the most important things for our Paris stay. We also liked the proximity to the train to the center of Paris, on foot in 10 minutes to the train station and only 2 stops to the center of Paris. All in all very nice, we can only recommend. We enjoyed our stay very much and our children did too.

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

The house is very welcoming and spacious, especially the office and the bedrooms. 1 table and 6 chairs in the dining room and the same in the garden, leaving the possibility of eating outside without constraint. The positive points: 2 of the rooms offer a very convenient adjoining room. All the necessary products were available (washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, tea towels, etc.) and the kitchen is well-equipped (including 3 coffee machines!). The TV benefits from the channels of a box. The presence of 2 toilets is a plus and the garden is very pleasant. Lionel was very available and responsive. Less positive points: The stairs creak but do not disturb sleep (even for light sleepers like me) and an organization is necessary for showers with only one bathroom for 6. These small details did not spoil the stay and the house was very much appreciated by everyone! I would recommned this property.

Thanks to Iteb for hosting us. The accommodation is spacious, clean, comfortable and ultra-connected. The pool and spa location is simply awesome, with a screen and projector to watch a movie with your feet in the water. And all 100% private. In short, this accommodation is a rare gem, we will return with great pleasure 😁

Had a great time at Martine's place. The accommodation is pleasant, very well furnished and perfectly in line with the description. Access to Paris is very easy thanks to the bus stop located right in front of the house, which leads directly to Chelles train station to take the RER E. Martine is a pleasant, discreet, human and attentive host. She welcomed me very warmly. I would definitely recommend their place!

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
