Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in L'Île-Saint-Denis

Wir haben uns von Anfang an gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Trotz der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft auf demselben Grundstück wie das Haus der Eigentümer liegt, konnte man jederzeit für sich sein. Paris war perfekt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Das Auto konnten wir die ganze Woche direkt auf dem Grundstück sicher parken. Auch eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt konnte problemlos mit dem Fuss erreicht werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Unser Aufenthalt was super im Airbnb von Benjamin. Es ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und man bekam nichts vom Grossstadttrubel mit. Das Airbnb war etwas weiter vom Zentrum entfernt, aber man konnte alles sehr gut mit der Metro oder dem Bus erreichen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und vor allem super sauber. Alles was man sich wünschen würde für einen Aufenthalt + Extrem nette Gastgeber welche bei Fragen direkt und hilfreich geantwortet haben. Kann ich nur empfehlen 😃

Celeste was an amazing host and went above and beyond in welcoming us to Paris. we benefited from a flexible check in and her many recs. Her place is tastefully decorated and well located -- not too close to the tourist throngs but easily accessible to all the major spots in Montmartre. All in all, would definitely recommend!

Petit studio très fonctionnel, des hôtes sympathiques et disponibles si besoin. Quartier paisible et proche de tout. 3mn à pied de la gare (direct St Lazare en 10' e) et du centre de Colombes avec tous ses commerces (cinéma, banque, pharmacie, restaurants, boulangerie, etc...), un marché 3 x/semaine (mardi, jeudi et dimanche).

J'ai séjourné dans l'appartement proposé par Elodie durant ma participation au vivatech! accès simple via la ligne de métro et bus ! Restaurants et commerces à proximité jusqu'à 23h! l'appart avec sa petite terrasse était juste magnifique ... et élodie en mode proactive ! à recommander fortement !

Aude est une hôte très réactive et à l’écoute. Merci à elle. Le logement était parfait pour mon usage, à savoir une nuit d’hébergement dans le cadre professionnel. Proche d’une ligne de métro, situé dans une cour calme, le logement m’a parfaitement convenu. Je le recommande sans problème.

Absolument incroyable !!! L’appartement est parfaitement situé au calme et très proche du stade France pour s’y rendre à pieds. L’appartement est très bien équipé, décoré avec soin et propre. Shakeel nous a accueilli très chaleureusement en nous laissant des petites attentions. Je suis ravie de mon séjour, merci beaucoup 🤩

Paulo m'a transmis un livret extrêmement complet sur le logement plusieurs semaines avant le séjour. Il a pris soin d'écrire également plusieurs jours avant le séjour. Il est très disponible et réactif

Casa ben arredata, edificio moderno, dotato di tutti i confort possibili e molto vicino alla metro 13 e 14 che ti permettono di arrivare a parigi in pochissimo tempo, altamente consigliato

Super logement, très propre, hôte très disponible par message, je recommande fortement. Horaire très intéressante qui nous permet de bien profiter de l appartement et notamment du jaccuzi mis à notre disposition 😁

We had a lovely stay here- the rooms were beautiful and suitable for the 8 of us. The terrace and balcony looked like the pictures and were great places to enjoy views and chill. The facilities were good and there were clear instructions for access to property. Regarding the location there were lovely views from the terrace and balcony however would say we were limited for the nicer restaurants and shops. Otherwise we had a great stay and the host was very friendly and accommodating. It was worth the price.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

El departamento puede parecer pequeño pero realmente nos encantó este lugar. Tiene todo para una estadía comoda, el anfitrión penso en detalles para el huesped y eso hace que el lugar se destaque sobre el resto. Tiene un pequeño jardin con plantas y aroma a flores. Todo estaba muy limpio, lo que siempre es importante, y eso nos hizo sentir muy a gusto desde el primer momento. Además, tengo que destacar la amabilidad de Kris, siempre estuvo muy atento y disponible. La ubicación también estuvo genial, cerca de todo lo que quería ver, con buenos restaurantes y muy buen acceso al transporte. Sin duda, volvería a quedarme aquí y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que visite París. ¡Gracias por todo!

Très bon logement, avec une localisation vraiment très bien que ce soit pour une accessibilité en voiture ou transport en commun. Hôtes très réactifs, disponibles et arrangeant ! C’est très appréciable. Un peu chaud la nuit (mais nous étions présent sur des journées à plus de 33 degrés et des nuits chaudes également) heureusement un ventilateur était à disposition dans le logement ce qui nous a bien servi !

Logement facile d'accès et surtout coller à la gare donc très pratique pour se déplacer dans les alentours de Paris. Je recommande.
