Studio of about 40 m2 located in an old farmhouse and quiet in the municipality of Champigny (in the center of the Sens Provins and Fontainebleau triangle) This one is ideal for 4 people who want to visit the Yonne or are just passing through. it has a sleeping area with a double bed but also a real sofa bed! its equipped kitchen will allow you to cook there independently. All that's left is to enjoy the vineyards, the cathedrals but also the banks of the Yonne.

The estate offers a private beach, six tennis courts, table tennis, a basketball hoop, a children's playground, petanque courts, a health course and walks or bike rides around the lakes or the Yonne, not to mention the joys of swimming and fishing!
