This fabulous palace apartment is located in a great central location within a 15 minute walk of anywhere you want to visit in Venice. It is also steps away from the public water bus and gondola crossing the Grand Canal. The view of the Grand Canal right out the window is spectacular, and the apartment is beautifully appointed. The building also has an elevator, which is rare for Venice.The host was very responsive and was wonderful to set up a water taxi for our arrival. The apartment is very spacious and the decor makes you feel like you are a special guest of Venetian royalty. It has ample space for entertaining friends or having a nice meal under the gorgeous Murano chandelier. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Venice that wants a touch of luxury in a perfect location.

This place is crazy beautiful! We had a great time. The unite is amazing and the sauna on a patio is top bonus. Beautiful sea views. Everything was perfect. Very peaceful community, great beach club with pools too.

The apartment is really in an optimal location! Very short walk to the beach and many restaurants or food options (doner kebab, ice cream, gelato, etc.) in the immediate vicinity. The huge terrace is also great for children in the evening! I can only say the best about Marisa! She was always super friendly and incredibly reliable! Both the check-in on arrival and the checkout were extremely flexible! Thanks for the great accommodation, happy to come back!

This was a superb Airbnb. The location was tucked away from the busier tourist areas but offered access to nearby restaurants and an outstanding view overlooking a canal. The apartment was pristine with everything you’d need for a several day stay or longer. I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb!

The place was spotless and comfortable. The area is great as it is peaceful yet near to many amenities and markets. The beach is near! I would definitely go back.

We had a fabulous few days in Treviso and Alberta's apartment was perfect for being so close to everything and we loved every aspect about it. We wanted to visit Padua & Venice. Great place to stay to visit both cities! Appartement felt like home, very safe, everything we needed was there. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, good shower,… would book again! 😊

It was an excellent stay, with an excellent and very helpful host. We enjoyed Novigrad the most of the Istrian Coastal towns (just our opinion), it felt clean, safe, charming, and the restaurants were walkable and we had great food and drinks.

We were guests for a week at Lucia's, along with our 2-year-old daughter and the dog and we had a really great time. Very kind and helpful owner, thoughtful because we had everything we needed for the small and flexible with check-in. Apartment in a building with elevator, recently renovated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay (equipped kitchen, air conditioning, microwave, laundry, fridge, TV, phone, towels and linens ). Very clean and in a great location: 5 minutes on foot from both the sea and downtown.

Mikro was really a good host! The apartment looked like the pictures and was in a nice neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and things to see.

The place was perfect! Very well located, in an ideal spot, and spotlessly clean. It’s a unique triplex spread over three floors, which makes it both spacious and charming. Access is super easy through a private ground-floor entrance. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Great stay with a wonderful host! Lara was very welcoming and provided lots of practical tips that saved us a lot of time and effort during our trip. The location is super convenient — only 10 minutes to Venice’s Piazzale Roma with frequent connections every 10 minutes. The apartment has historic feelings and has been kept up to modern amenities. The view from the window is just unbelievable which elevates the apartment. Location is in the quieter part Venice which enables you to sleep well. I would highly recommend Pierantonio apartment.
