We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended if you are looking for a quiet and authentic place to stay. The property is 500 meters from the nearest supermarket and Vrachos Beach. The beach right in front of the property is almost a "private beach", simply fantastic. Only the visitors and residents of the few surrounding houses reach the beach section, in our time we were always all alone. Fantastic! And the view from the two balconies is beautiful! The hosts, Elli's parents, are very friendly and helpful, mostly on site and excellent hosts. When we arrived, the coffee maker was broken, the next day we had a new one. Laundry can be washed on site and dried in the garden. For us, the stay was perfect. The Acheron, Preveza and the Ambracian Gulf, as well as many very interesting excavations and ancient sites are quickly and easily accessible. Thank you for the time.

had a nice stay with a stunning view, the house feels rustic, we didnt have hot water but this shouldnt be an issue in the summer months. tlThe people in the village are very friendly too. Really enjoyed our stay here.

The house is very nice and enough spacious for 6 people and 4 children (2 babies and 2 kids who are 3 and 5 years old). The beach below the house is very close and it is nice, with cristal clear water. The owners are discreet, we practically didn't see them for 10 days. There are a few things that could be better, though: undermatresses are made of polyester which makes bedsheets slippery; None of the taps in the showers is not working, which makes washing babies when changing diapers a bit complicated; The door handles are difficult to open and should be changed; The air-conditionin in the living room was broken (the water drops all the time) and the owner said the electrician would come tomorrow, but it didn't happen, so we didn't use it. Overall, a nice experience, with few things I would change.

Nice house with lots of opportunities to sit outside. Parking in the parking in the parking lot was a challenge we didn’t do. We just parked on the street.

The house, garden and beach are simply fantastic. In the very clean house there is everything you need (dishwasher, washing machine, stable Wi-Fi, smart TV). Georgios and his mother also provided olive oil, toilet paper, garbage bags, towels and linens to change, large beach towels, mosquito spray and many more supplies and amenities. The garden is large and well maintained. There are several seats and a hammock. Access to the beach is directly from the garden. There is also everything for the beach days - umbrellas, sun loungers, an outdoor shower. There are very few people on the beach, there were no sea urchins and you can go into the water. Communication with Georgios was straightforward. He had great suggestions for us and always responded quickly and kindly. As a welcome, his also very warm mother even brought us a homemade sweet. We had wonderful days!

For those who want a few days on the heights between Preveza and Igoumenitsa, this is the right place. Small, well-equipped and comfortable recent house with terrace and balcony in one of the bedrooms. Most of the usual cooking products are present (oil, salt, pepper, etc.) and even butter and jam in small plates as in the hotel. Welcoming host, ready to solve any problems. Nature, hills and greenery all around, it's very pretty. Supermarkets a little further away in Kanallaki (7 min by car). Rest guaranteed!

We had the holiday of all holidays here!!! Gorgeous sea views, suntraps on the terraces at different times of the day. We also appreciated the space; two floors, well equipped kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Friendly local neighbours. Mini market sold most things. Olga was a wonderful host. We would 100% stay again!
