Die Unterkunft von Michael war super. Meine Monteure waren voll begeistert. Es entsprach alles wie beschrieben. Sehr große Unterkunft mit super ruhiger Lage. Immer wieder gerne.

* Location: peaceful surrondings, private garden, huge park nearby, clean air * House: clean, well equipped, we felt right at home, quality & comfortable furnitures. The private garage was a big plus as well * Host: kind, helpful, quick to respond to messages * Overall: the best place I have stayed in Vienna so far. Highly recommended to all!

Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Sie ist ruhig und der Blick in Garten und Wald überwältigend. Aber auch ein Ausflug nach Wien ist mir Bus oder 15 Minuten fahrt zu einem P+R (S Bahn Anbindung) gut zu machen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus sind zuvorkommend aber auch diskret.

Een comfortabel huis, van alle gemakken voorzien op loopafstand van het centrum en van de Donau. Barbara was prettig in het contact.

Das Haus von Murat war für uns perfekt! Wir durften sogar ein paar Stunden eher einchecken als es die Vorgabe war! Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich, es hat an nichts gefehlt! Alles in allem war es ein traumhafter Urlaub in diesem hübschen Haus! Ganz ganz lieben Dank an Murat!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Vienne dans cette maison très agréable. Le living est spacieux et accueillant, la terrasse ensoleillée sans vis-à-vis est parfaite pour se détendre, et la proximité immédiate des bois permet de magnifiques balades – idéal quand on voyage avec un chien ! La maison était très propre, bien équipée, et le stationnement est facile. La literie est confortable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus reposant. L’hôte a été très réactif, toujours disponible par message, et attentif au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Petit plus : on a trouvé du miel bio délicieux juste à côté, et la villa Otto Wagner avec ses superbes vitraux n’est qu’à 5 minutes en voiture. Comptez environ 40 minutes pour rejoindre le centre de Vienne. Un endroit que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Unser Aufenthalt bei Rebecca war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist modern und komplett eingerichtet, sauber und schön gelegen. Man ist in kürzester Zeit in Wien, fußläufig im Wiener Wald oder kann den ganzen Tag in Wohnung und Dutchtub die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls super. Rebeccas Tipps für die Umgebung haben uns an schöne Orte geführt, die wir sonst wahrscheinlich nicht gefunden hätten. Alles in allem das Rundum-Wohlfühl-Paket :)

Klaudia is an incredibly friendly and amiable host. The house is located at the outskirts of the city in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You will have to walk 10-15 mins to get to nearby public transportation, restaurants, or supermarkets. Uber is a cheap alternative though. We enjoyed the house and the beautiful decorations a lot. There are three toilets in total so no worries about fighting for the bathrooms. Sound proof is honestly not great but understandable. The only two issues we had might be that the hot water from first floors shower is hard to adjust and maintain and that wifi is very slow but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed everything. There is even an nespresso machine! Would recommend for a getaway!

Wir hatten vier wunderschöne Tage in der Wohnung von Gioia. Uns hat nichts in der Wohnung gefehlt, sehr schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Das Highlight ist die tolle Dachterasse.❤️ Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar und auch die Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür ist perfekt, so dass man gut in die Innenstadt kommt. Für uns war es so perfekt. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Liebe Grüße Nadine

Beautiful apartment in a great location. We had a great time with our two adult children. The apartment is in a fantastic neighborhood with lots to see while also being close to landmarks for sightseeing. The space itself is so charming. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace after a day out exploring. Thank you! Would definitely stay here again.

Bettina is such a wonderful landlord, and her house is very clean, wonderful and everything just like the website writes. There are also some supermarkets in walking distance and a very nice bakery. Bettina and her daughter Lena are very helpful and kindly to offer any help. There are some supermarkets in walking distance and a nice bakery just on the corner. The tram is very close to the house and go to city center easily, just in 20 minutes! Not mentioned her delicious cake. Next time to Vienna, we’ll definitely to stay there again.

We had a great time. Mariella's place was good value for money and a great spot from where to explore Vienna. It had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend!

Wir haben uns in der kleinen Gartenwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, der Bus fuhr direkt um die Ecke, somit konnten wir alle Plätze schnell erreichen. Zur Stadtmitte ca 35 Minuten erreichen. Alles in allem top. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir wieder in Wien sind.

Die sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist generell alles vorhanden, was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage ist optimal, direkt an der alten Donau mit Bademöglichkeit, und ein paar netten Beisln am Fluss. Die Strandbäder sind auch nicht weit weg. Ein Supermarkt ist genau auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die Anbindung mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist optimal (U1 / Straßenbahn) Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin ist unkompliziert, schnell und sehr freundlich!

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in het appartement van Eveline in Wenen! Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons enorm welkom. Bij aankomst stond er al van alles voor ons klaar: vers fruit, tomaatjes, brood om toast te maken, een schaal met lekkers en drankjes in de koelkast, en heerlijke Nespresso-koffie. Wat een verwennerij! Het appartement was brandschoon, het bed lag heerlijk en de douche was fijn. ’s Ochtends kon ik genieten van een kopje thee in de tuin, heerlijk in het zonnetje. De rustige ligging en de warme ontvangst maakten het helemaal af. Dit verblijf is echt een aanrader voor iedereen die Wenen wil ontdekken én tot rust wil komen. Eveline, nogmaals dank voor alles—wij komen graag terug!

We will stay again for next visit and will recommend the place to our friends. Parked our car underground and took a public transportation system for 4days and it was a great choice. Thanks to Olga’s advice. Fresh air coming in with a sunrise and the sound of rain drops were extraordinary bonuses we received.

J’ai visité Vienne avec ma conjointe et mes deux fils de 18 et 20 ans. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le logement de Dominik. L’appartement ressemble aux photos. Il est spacieux, propre et bien aménagé. Il est situé au 4e étage. Il y a un ascenseur pour s’y rendre. Les trois chambres sont grandes et possèdent des lits confortables. Il y a des rideaux dans chaque chambre. La terrasse sur le toit offre une belle vue du quartier, mais il y fait très chaud en été (pas de parasol). La climatisation fonctionne très bien. Il est très facile de se rendre au centre de la ville avec le transport en commun. Nous avons souvent utilisé le tramway#43 jusqu’au terminus « Schottentor » (10-15 minutes). De là, il est très facile d’avoir accès aux principales attractions de la ville. Il y a une petite épicerie à côté de la station service près de l’immeuble. Les restaurants du quartier ne sont pas très invitants. Dominik a répondu à nos questions dans un délai raisonnable.

We are a family of 4 and was amazed by the spaciousness of the apartment as well as the convenience to supermarkets and fresh bakeries and bus stops. Tatiana was responsive in all communication chats and we have a perfect stay in her place! Strongly recommend to others👍🏻.

El departamento estaba exactamente a lo publicado. Fueron muy buenos anfitriones, con instrucciones claras. Todo estaba impecable, sábanas, tohallas, cocina y baño. La cama muy cómoda. Excelentes almohadas! Estaba a 20 minutos caminando del centro zona segura e iluminada. Lo recomiendo

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Elisabeth. Gerade im Sommer ist diese Gegend Wiens mit Nähe zu diversesten Bademöglichkeiten sehr zu empfehlen!! In der Unterkunft war alles da, was wir brauchten. Der Garten und die Hollywoodschaukel sind sehr schön! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Sehr helle, geräumige und ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit einer tollen Dachterrasse. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und hat sogar eine Klimaanlage (das ist im Sommer nicht ganz unwichtig, da die Wohnung ab Mittag gut Sonne abbekommt ;-)). Es gibt 2 Supermärkte in kurzer Laufweite, ebenso sind verschiedene Öffis (z. B. U4/6, Bus 12 A, Tram 18) in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und man ist superschnell bei den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein Parkhaus ist in ca. 10 Laufminuten verfügbar und wenn man sich die entsprechende Park-App für den Aufenthalt holt, kann man für unter € 8 / Tag sein Auto abstellen. Es gibt kaum Cafés (z.B. zum Frühstücken) oder Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber aufgrund der kurzen Wege mit den Öffentlichen war das für uns kein großes Ding. Ich kann die Wohnung für einen Wien-Trip auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert.

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!
