Unfortunately, we did not meet the owner in person, but the communication in advance was absolutely straightforward and reliable. Everything worked smoothly. The house is very nice, well maintained and located in a quiet, pleasant area – ideal for relaxing. There is a beautiful swimming lake nearby, which can be easily reached on foot. We felt completely comfortable and we lacked nothing. Clear recommendation!

Nice communication and perfect area.

It was all great. My trains from Eupen at 8:17 pm and 9:17 pm were both cancelled, which is why I arrived at Delphine's much later, around 11 pm. She was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is great. Delphine has collected many brochures and information from the tourist information and you get many ideas for great excursions. I enjoyed the great view from the balcony over the train station. You can enjoy the sunset and watch the trains and buses and cars. I loved staying with Delphine and would love to come back anytime. Thank you!

Wonderful stay with a nice large roof terrace with a fire bowl and sunbeds and mood lighting. Nice swimming pool with good showers. Plenty of parking space. Beds were fine too. We liked it so much that we might come back. Monschau is within walking distance, a beautiful picturesque town with good restaurants and nice terraces.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautifully furnished and you feel right at home. You have a very nice central location so everything was quickly accessible on foot. We felt very comfortable and thank you for letting us spend our time there.

The apartment is decorated well; it looks nice and is well stocked, with a comfortable couch and bed. Wifi was great. The location is great as it is one block from the center square with dozens of great restaurants and shops and right next to the cathedral and the fort funicular goes right overhead, just a couple minutes walk to the river for a nice nature trail. A couple of things to note - the apartment can get noisy, as it is in the middle of the social area for all the neighbors. Expect people to be in the front and back of the place 24/7. If you are needing peace and quiet, this may not be the place for you. Also, there's no AC or fans provided so it was very hot on the 80+ degree days. Also, it is pet friendly, but the stairs are definitely too vertical for dogs, so be prepared to carry them from level to level if you bring them along.

Nice big house, ideal for three couples and children. The infrared downstairs was a nice extra. It is especially nice to be able to sit at the table in three places (by the kitchen, in the veranda and outside on the terrace). Everything has been well provided for and thought out. Petra is super accessible and friendly.

The house is located on a branch of the main road. Easy to reach, yet shielded from the main road. The house was really too big for my mind. What a luxury. Everything we needed was there. Up to a food processor. A 5-minute walk away, you can enjoy the wonderfully relaxing tranquility of the babbling Ourthe, but also the possibility of activities close by in Barvaux and Durbuy. Recommended for people!

We loved our stay! the best kitchen we had so far!

We spent a family week with 8 adults and 5 children in Sarah's house and enjoyed the time very much. The house itself with all the facilities and also the garden were perfect for us and we all felt very comfortable. The location of the house with many interesting places in the area is very suitable for small excursions, even with smaller children, so we had a good time. The children especially loved the heated pool, so that even on a rainy day there was no boredom. We had an all-around beautiful week in Yvoir.

Great stay! Our first trip with the whole family and the first getaway of our 1 year old. Clean and large house, with nice polivalent attic space. The bedroom that was connected to another bedroom (via bathroom) was also very convenient for the baby. Top location and good tips (such as a market a few km walk) obtained from Kim. Smooth experience, repeatable!
