S ubytováním jsme byli moc spokojeni. Každý den jsme využívali zahradu a ocenili jsme vlastní vstup na pláž. I když jsme 4 rodiny, pohodlně jsme se vešli a ubytování bylo velmi prostorné.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Davide und seine Frau sind sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist schlicht, modern und sauber, man kommt gut zufuss an den Strand oder die Stadt. Die Ausstattung ist eher minimalistisch, aber es gibt alles, was man braucht.

L'alloggio era davvero bello, sia all'esterno per la sua collocazione nella parte più antica di Trevignano Romano, sia all'interno con un arredamento molto accogliente e rispettoso del tipo di ambiente. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort promessi e l'Host Ambra è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Lo raccomando senz'altro

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

Great place a few steps away from the beach. Very well stocked and the private rooftop patio was definitely our highlight. Augustino was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

Wir waren fast eine ganze Woche in Danielas Wohnung und haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, alles da, sogar Olivenöl stand für uns bereit. Die Fotos weren der Wohnung nicht gerecht, sie ist besser. Das Bad ist ganz neu reoviert und alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Größe war für uns perfekt - wir waren zu zweit. Das allerbeste ist die riesige Süd/West Terrasse mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht incl. Sunset! Daniela war imer erreichbar und die Kommunikation war mit ihr war sehr einfach. Sie ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin - wir hoffen, bald wieder zu kommen und empfehlen ihre Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter!

Casa molto bella e funzionale, arredamenti e complementi d'arredo molto particolari. Terrazzo e camere con affaccio sul mare, si rimane senza parole. Un ringraziamento a Lavinia che ci ha seguito per l'intero soggiorno anche se non c'è stato nessun problema, tutto perfetto. Vacanza indelebile.

Just as described. The home was comfortable and charming. Nicola was great in communicating. she was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and let us drop our luggage off so we could explore the city. If you need a place to stay before or after a cruise I highly recommend staying here.

Ottimo soggiorno Bellissima località, molto privata e tranquilla specialmente a giugno. Ideale per famiglie. Un appartamento molto comodo e piacevole, con una vista spettacolare. Un Grazie a Mauro, sempre molto gentile e disponibile.

Laura si è dimostrata un host molto attento e gentile. Disponibile per ogni richiesta di chiarimento e eventuale necessità di intervento. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con le chiavi del cancello esterno prontamente risolto. Ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie all'ingresso in casa ed alle attività nei dintorni. E' stato un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante... proprio quello che cercavamo!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage bei Andrea. Das Haus ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Man hat eine schöne Veranda um zu essen und zu entspannen. Die Gastgeber Andrea und auch andere auf dem Grundstück sind sehr nett und helfen gerne. Wir haben Tomaten, Trauben etc. Aus dem eigenen Anbau bekommen und unser Sohn durfte bei der Weinlese helfen. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und man hat von dort eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Ein SandStrand ist in 3min mit dem Auto erreichbar - einziges Problem man muss aufgrund von Einbahnstraßen einen Riesen Umweg zurück fahren. Die Umgebung ist zwar schön aber man kann wenig unternehmen und muss weit zu einem größeren Laden fahren. Aber alles in allem ein toller Urlaub!

You will be hard pressed to find a better host! Alessandro has been a perfect host for us, always very willing to inform and give tips and recommendations. He responds immediately, so you can be sure to not be stranded waiting for assistance or answers. We stayed for one week at their family place in Monte Argentario, with the most beautiful view from the balcony. The place is a bit worn down, but we felt at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We give Alessandro our highest recommendations, and would not hesitate to choose him again.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. The house is a work of art and we made the best memories with relaxation and fun. Thank you so much to Lorenzo and Michela!!! Absolutely fantastic!

Beautiful accommodation with the possibility of using a large swimming pool, children's wading pool, playground and other services. Everything corresponded to the description. The accommodation was spacious and well designed. All clean. The possibility of sitting on a private terrace (where others cannot see) right next to the pool was priceless. The whole complex was very peaceful and well maintained. We take the possibility of accommodation with a dog as a big benefit and, moreover, free of charge. The host was very kind, communicated and responded immediately to all questions. He sent tips on interesting locations and restaurants. We regularly visited Feniglia beach (10 minutes by car), which was simply luxurious (few people, gradual access for children, areas for dogs and without dogs). The whole area Monte Argentario, including the cities, seemed calm to us without massive tourism, rather local residents. We will be back soon. Thanks Matteo and Maria

Host was responsive to my situation and was kind enough to allow early check in. Cozy apartment with the amenities for long or short stays. Communication was solid and helpful. Mostly fast food in the immediate area but a short walk to the city center and more elaborate dining. If you are using this as a base for a cruise it’s a very simple and easy walk to the port transportation.

Giuseppe‘s Airbnb was one of the best that I’ve been to on a 9 month trip in Europe. The attention to detail and how well organized and how generous he is with what he offers far outweighs the price that we paid. The location is central, but also a bit tucked away, which is perfect. It is very, close to the airport, which is convenient, but he has provided such great soundproofing that we couldn’t even hear the planes. There was laundry detergent for the washing machine, shampoo and body wash, oil, s&p, sugar, tea and coffee. All of the things that you could possibly need in the kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable! We thought perhaps the sofa bed would not be comfortable because typically they are not, but it was very comfortable and we fought over which bed we would sleep in! Giuseppe was available for all of my questions, had great information for the area, provided a really reasonably priced and great customer service taxi company and was a pleasant man to communicate with.

Settimana di soggiorno fantastica. Appartamento come da descrizione e con tutti i confort. Posizione ottima per accesso a tutti i servizi ( spiaggia e ristoranti); utilizzo auto non necessario grazie alle gallerie pedonali che ti permettono di arrivare ovunque. Plus avere posto auto incluso nel soggiorno. Stefano una garanzia e super disponibile. Ci torneremo

This Airbnb was the perfect way to end our two weeks in Italy! We got to relax on the beach and then had no stress of a long drive to the airport. The house was clean and cozy! Gaia was an amazing host! I definitely recommend staying here!!

Really enjoyed staying here. The housing itself is amazing. Spacious and comfortable beds. Only issue was the WiFi was not great. Parking could be an issue when busy. Would stay here again! She was extremely responsive and made check in easy. Some advice for the area - Be wary of using navigating when driving through Porto Santo Stefano. It is terrible and will get you stuck. We got stuck in an alleyway where a local had to come out and help us.

We stayed for the time we booked and liked it so much we asked to stay for an extra few days! Well-appointed house in beautiful, relaxing surroundings. Lovely outside pagada to enjoy! Everything we could have needed was in the house! Plenty of local shops and facilities, with a train station to Rome about a 10-minute walk away. Mauro and Vladimira were perfect hosts. I always felt they were available to help, whilst always respecting our privacy. Vladimira kindly inquired about allergies, etc., and upon discovering that my wife prefers a low-gluten, low-dairy diet, very kindly bought gluten-free pasta and breakfast goods for us to enjoy, as well as dairy-free milk, so we could have a cup of tea upon arrival. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this Airbnb for a visit to the Rome area. There's a lot to see in the area, and Anzio/Nettuno are lovely, while Rome is easily accessible. The perfect blend! Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

Wir waren bewusst auf der Suche nach einem ruhigen Zuhause für einige Tage Ausspannen - und wurden bei Teresa fündig! Das sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtete Häuschen ist sehr ruhig gelegen und verfügt über eine wunderbare Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer Richtung Festland. Schattenspender sind zwei wunderbare Olivenbäume. Alles ist sehr funktional eingerichtet, ohne übertriebenen Luxus! Der Austausch und Umgang mit der Vermieterin ist äusserst familiär. Für Urlaub zu zweit - oder auch mal alleine - können wir das Muschelhäuschen sehr empfehlen!
