The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with a very cozy decor and respectful of the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

A fantastic place to relax. We were looking for tranquility and relaxation and got our money's worth. A beautiful house with sea views and sea access. We got quick help when we needed a screw that we had lost on a device from us.

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

Federica’s place was amazing. Directly across from the beach, shops and restaurants are literally a three minute walk away. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, had all modern amenities and everything was effortless. We checked in on an extremely hot day and were pleasantly surprised to find the place pre-cooled at 26 degrees. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and clean. Overall, one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at globally, and we will definitely be back. For guests visiting from overseas, I would suggest Ostia as an alternative to staying in Rome. Finally a big thanks to Federica and her father for making our stay perfect.

Beautiful accommodation, responsive host, very attentive and helpful, responds very quickly if needed. Quiet, peaceful environment, far from Porto Santo Stefano but compensated by a paradisiacal view. The very big assets are the solarium, the spectacular view from the terrace, the private beach 1km away. Despite our 2 hours late to arrival, we were very well received by Marco and his wife. They also agreed to come early when we left for organizational matters. We recommend 100% and will be back.

We loved Silvia’s place. We had the greatest experience with all the little attentions, great views, sandy beach and walkable to train station. We would definitely return there.

Host was uniquely communicative, flexible, responsive and kind. The space was stunning with a beautiful view and dreamy patios. We booked this place last minute and only could stay for 1 night due to other plans but we wished we could have stayed longer. 100% recommend this host and this space. Incredible!

We had such an amazing stay here! The views from the balcony overlooking the ocean were absolutely breathtaking. We didn’t want to leave! The home was also decorated so cute and was very clean. Can’t wait to come back!

First of all, I thank the owner for her kindness and availability, since it immediately worked for our every need (the broken remote control was replaced with a new one after a few hours). The portion of the villa is very well kept and furnished even with some valuable furniture but what is striking is the large garden (which I estimate in at least 600-700 square meters) that I imagined smaller and the access to Giannella beach directly from the garden! In practically 30 seconds you can go from the bedroom to the sea water walking quietly! The beach (largely public) is very quiet and reserved (for Italian canons) and the sea is pleasant, especially for children (I still wait for shallow water 100 meters from the beach). The area is also quiet and ideal for a relaxing vacation (except at times for the interperities of night motorists in transit who are unfortunately immediately perceived by the bedrooms, which are towards Giannella's Provincial Road). Ultimately, absolutely recommended host and villa!

Very nice apartment - as described everything available and fully functional, impeccably cleaned. There were four of us with 2 children. The highlight is the terrace with a great view of the bay, town and harbor. From early afternoon, the terrace is also in the shade - you can spend hours here reading or watching the harbor. Next to the house, a stairway leads down to the old harbor with many bars and restaurants. Parking spaces were always available on the street above. With a short drive, many great beaches and COOP can be reached in the next larger town. Great communication with the host - thank you very much. It was a great holiday and we liked it very much...
