Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lichtenberg

I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs and probably never had such a gracious host. Berndt was easy to reach, flexible & friendly. The apartment is superbly located, with restaurants & grocery stores nearby. Access to all major public transit is just a short distance away. The roof top deck is delightful. It was a great place from which to explore Berlin!

We loved staying at Blaine’s place. It was gorgeous and had a real German vibe to it. The area was amazing, loads of great restaurants and shops, and we loved being able to walk/ scoot into the touristy areas of Berlin. Would definitely come back ✨ Danke Blaine!

I had a great stay in Andrea's place, it's right next to the tram so easy access to city center. I also partied at night and I didnt struggle to get back home, the place is surrounded by transports

As a super host myself, I have high expectations for an Airbnb. This apartment exceeded all. It’s very spacious, and the kitchen is outfitted with everything you need and more to self cater. The apartment is very quiet and off the street. As other reviewers have mentioned the outside door into the courtyard is heavy but easy once you are accustomed. I would definitely stay again and will recommend to my coworkers also visiting Berlin office.

Loved staying at Heike's apartment - it's very nice, clean, and close to a very accessible train station, grocery store, and restaurants. Communication with Heike was fast and clear and the check-in and check-out process was simple and painless. This apartment was perfect for my trip as I was working remotely during the day and going out nights and weekends. Just FYI, it's in a more quiet place in Berlin so if you're looking for more of a nightlife scene, would suggest staying closer to the center of the city. Overall, it was fantastic staying there and the pricing was fair for the value. Thanks so much, Heike!

We enjoyed our stay in Berlin at David's place a lot. The neighborhood is lively, yet the sleeping room at the back of the house is quiet. The apartment was basic in a good way — everything we needed was there. David was very accommodating en helpful. Thank you for letting us stay at your place. :)

Seemingly close to all amenities and train station, Very quiet area, we were 7 people the apartment was spacious enough with a nice nice living room. Looking forward to coming back.

We spent a week here as a group of 6 friends and had a fabulous time. The house was generous in size, well laid out and beautifully decorated and furnished. We made full use of the fantastic kitchen which had everything even a demanding cook might desire, and shared great meals in the gorgeous dining room (which can comfortably seat 10 or 12). Having two supermarkets (Aldi and another one) within 5 minutes walk was a real plus.) The three bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. (The 'toddler bed' is in fact a full size single bed.) Re location: it mostly took us close to an hour to travel by public transport to destinations in the centre, something to be mindful of. We'd warmly recommend this place for larger groups.

We always enjoy staying here. The beds are comfortable and there is space to chill. There is enough kitchen equipment to cook a meal. There is a lovely outdoor space with a table and chairs if the weather is good enough to eat outside.

The property owner is very warm and pleasant, was available for any questions and very serviceable!

We spent 6 wonderful days in Cathleen's vacation home. It is wonderfully quiet in a beautiful residential area a few minutes' walk from the beach. The garden is an idyll, and Robby or Schaf, the lawnmower, ensures a very nice lawn. We made daily use of the terrace either at the table or on the comfortable lounge. Everything works perfectly and we can highly recommend the vacation home. Our four-legged friend also liked it here very much.

I booked Susnne and René's apartment for work for an employee. My colleague felt very comfortable from the beginning. Everything was nice and clean and tidy and also the check-in worked perfectly. The kitchen is very well equipped and my colleague was able to feed himself well. I would be happy to book again when we are around.

Hans and his partner were exceptional hosts, offering a serene and beautifully maintained space that provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and creativity. Their patience with my late check-in was greatly appreciated, making my arrival seamless. The peaceful surroundings and thoughtful touches throughout the home created an environment that was both welcoming and inspiring. I was able to write quite a lot. Thanks to the calm and comfort of their lovely spot. I highly recommend their place to anyone seeking a restorative and productive getaway.

Fantastic apartment in a great spot

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as stated and shown in the photos. All the amenities we needed and more were provided. The place was super clean, comfortable, beautiful, and close to most, if not all, key locations. Frank was great and very helpful. We especially loved the orange juice! Totally recommend!!

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We loved staying at Dan and Robert‘s apartment. It was meticulously clean and visually stimulating. We enjoyed watching the action on the street from the fourth floor. Surprisingly, the apartment is very quiet for an urban location. All the furnishings were comfortable and absolutely everything worked. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and laid out. The hosts were always extremely responsive and welcoming. Robert gave us excellent gallery recommendations and we so appreciated his expertise. We absolutely loved our one month stay in this splendid department. There is great transit, wonderful restaurants, groceries, excellent coffee, shops within easy walking distance. Prenzlauerberg is a magical place with lots of street trees, interesting shopping, excellent dining, and a very nice vibe. We would highly recommend this apartment to anybody on a visit to Berlin. It’s exceptional. Don’t hesitate to book this unique and visually attractive apartment.
