Beach house holiday rentals in Licata

We (my family and friends' family) had a fantastic month at Gianleo's place. It's just by the beach (and there is a beautiful walk down if you take the right path, as I assume some of the previous guests, according to the reviews, didn't take). It's just a 15-20 min to the city center walking by the beach or along the road. It's a calm area with lovely neighbors. Full equipped kitchen, big bathrooms and nothing to complain at. Gianleo was very friendly, answered quickly and helped us out when needed. We're also very thankful for the problem-solving when we accidentally broke a table. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a holiday home in Sciacca!

Claudio og hans nydelige hund Mario tok oss vel imot. Neste morgen mottok vi økologiske selvdyrkede tomater og sitroner. Alltid vennlig og hjelpsom. Både Claudio og lille Mario har en varm, humoristisk og rolig fremtoning. Hagen hans er nydelig og velstelt og vårt område lå passe skjermet. Ikke langt fra huset er det en strand der en kan leie solsenger og en strandrestaurant som serverer mat og drikke. Det var akkurat passe mange mennesker der og de fleste var italienere. Anbefales!😎

L'appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, è nuovo, pulitissimo, climatizzato e molto piacevole. Si trova ad un attimo da una bella spiaggia di sabbia. Walter è stato estremamente gentile e reattivo, ci ha dato consigli utili sulla zona e ci ha aiutato per ogni nostra necessità. Consiglio vivamente!

Das Appartment von Gloria liegt ideal an einer kleinen völlig ruhigen Straße zum Meer. Nach 2 Min. Fußweg befindet ihr euch in einer traumhaften Meeresbucht mit feinstem Sandstrand und Blick auf Weinberge. Uns fehlte es wirklich an nichts. Außer der außergewöhnlichen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir fanden alles zum Grillen und Kochen sowie eine herrliche Terrasse mit Meerblick. Antonio gab uns sehr viele nützliche Hinweise zum Einkaufen in der Umgebung. Tausend Dank für den wundervolken Aufenthalt!!

A causa di un ritardo del volo, con Walter non è stato possibile incontrarci, ma ha dato indicazioni precise, tempestive e puntuali oltre ad ottimi consigli! è stato ti grandissimo aiuto!! Ottimo host!!

Logement charmant, sur 3 niveaux, avec un patio calme à l'arrière de la maison et un dernier étage réservé à une suite parentale avec balcon et vue sublime sur le port. Tout est très propre et très bien équipé. Alfonso est un hôte charmant qui nous a mis à disposition un guide complet de tous les lieux à visiter ou pour se restaurer. Une mine d'or pour découvrir les trésors de la région ! Sciacca est une jolie ville et malgré les travaux engagés de longue date dans le port et jamais terminés, nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour. Et si vous disposez d'une voiture et êtes fan de vestiges archéologiques ... vous serez comblés !

Giovanni e Alessia sono due host perfetti. cordiali e discreti. la casa era come da descrizione, comodissima alla spiaggia a poche centinaia di metri di distanza, ampia e ristrutturata da poco, con due ampi terrazzi.assolutamente consigliata, fornita dell'essenziale e con aria condizionata in tutte le stanze!

Wir waren mit unserem 6-Monate alten Sohn dort. Die Wohnung war sauber und der Garten gepflegt und super schön. Wir haben fast die komplette Zeit draußen verbracht. Drinnen ist das Ferienhaus eher funktionell, aber alles ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Einzig das Geschirr war wohl in der Spülmaschine vorher nicht 100% sauber geworden. Wir wurden von Domenico sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten bereits deutlich früher als beschrieben einchecken. Er hat uns ausführlich Tipps für Unternehmungen, den lokalen Restaurants und Spezialitäten gegeben. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, während des Aufenthalts war er immer gut erreichbar und hat uns Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Man ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten an einem wirklich schönen Strand. Als wir über Ostern da waren, war hier auch noch nicht viel los. Der Ort ist nett, aber recht verschlafen. Es gibt einen super Bäcker und eine ausgezeichnete Pizzeria. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Świetna lokalizacja , Dom duży czysty zaraz przy plazy z pięknym widokiem na morze . Zadbany basen :) Dobre restauracje do okola. Polecamy z całego serducha :)

Great view and perfect place to stay for adventures on the island. It’s cosy and has all the facilities you need. Recommendation!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement tout neuf et très bien équipé. Chiara est une super hôte, elle nous a accueilli chaleureusement et avec quelques surprises dans le frigo ! Elle nous a donné de bons conseils pour visiter et goûter la gastronomie de la région. Tout était parfait, réservez sans hésitation !

The place was perfect for the 6 of us (myself, my wife and 2 grown up children with partners). The description says 2 doubles and 1 twin, but Marco set the twin up as a double which felt like a double. The only slight comments are that: - there were only 5 sun beds by the pool - there was a shortage of glasses - the description says towels for bathroom and pool towels - there was 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small towel each which meant we could either have a large towel for use in the shower or by the pool.

Gorgeous villa, decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. Looked exactly as it did in the photos. The location was also perfect, far enough away from the main area that it feels secluded and peaceful but 20 mins walk away from the main beach with shops, bars, restaurants etc. the main square and the marina were beautiful spots. Would highly recommend the location. The main positive feature though, has to be the service and support from staff. Particular shout out to Giuseppe, who was always on hand and available to help with anything throughout our entire stay. One evening our water stopped working and he arrived within minutes and fixed it. Very friendly, professional and helpful man. Cannot recommend this villa enough and we would love to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful spacious home. The views from the roof were spectacular. There was plenty of room for people to work at different tables. We enjoyed the foosball table and generally enjoyed ourselves enormously while there, we alI had a chance to get a dip in the pool and sit by that beautiful garden. You should be very proud of your establishment, and the comfortable surroundings that it provides for everybody in such a congenial setting. A 5 star experience from start to finish

Debora è stata davvero gentilissima in tutto e per tutto, sin dall’inizio con tanta pazienza ad aspettarci nella casa dandoci poi delle istruzioni molte chiare oltre che essersi presa un attimo per scambiare due chiacchiere (molto amichevole devo dire). L’appartamento è bellissimo e completo, dal vivo rende ancora meglio che in foto, sono pienamente soddisfatto.. sicuramente torneremo in un futuro:)

We loved this lovely Villa in absolutely stunning surroundings, the views were jut great and the area so peaceful. The Villa was perfect for what we wanted with 9 of us staying there. Massimo was great, always really quick to respond on when making recommendations for restaurants prior to us going. We wanted a cook to come in one evening to make a meal for us which he arranged and this was fantastic. Could not recommend this Villa more highly. Thank you.

schitterend huis, goed ingericht, zalige douche, mooie tuin met veranda, heerlijke locatie, (wel harde bedden maar dat ervaren wij in heel Italië) leuke plaats, heerlijk strand, leuke horeca. Om terug te komen!

The beach was beautiful…crystal clear water and a shallow shoreline. We really felt like we were in paradise. The house is located up on the hill (clay) very quiet and peaceful. There is one bar at the beach for drinks/coffee/chips/ice cream….happy hour in the late pm. The house was cozy, a little smaller than what we expected. It’s like living on a sailboat that was tastefully decorated. The owners were very friendly and kind, they live in the attached house. One important note that is not clear in the description is that kitchen and loft bedroom are up on the first floor. The doors that you see on the ground floor next to the outdoor patio is the kitchen of the owners. Keep in mind that there are stairs up to the kitchen/seating area/bathroom and additional stairs up to the loft bedroom. The a/c and fan helped keep the loft cool. If you dine outdoors you have to go up/down the exterior stairs. The kitchen had all the essentials also a table and foldable chairs. The beach 😍

Beautiful home in a peaceful location. The veranda is the best part of this home, we sat outside and enjoyed breakfast at the outdoor table in the sun, perfect. Location is 20 min walk to the beach (downhill on the way there so quite uphill on the way back!) not loads in the immediate area but there is a Eurospar (shop) with all groceries. Otherwise perfectly fine with a car as within 10/15 min drive you can find a lot. Giorgio was a lovely host, even though he couldn’t meet us he was responsive and helpful. Lovely relaxing stay.

Ottima esperienza. Casa bella, pulita, curata e fornita di tutto. Posizione magnifica a 200 metri reali dalla bellissima spiaggia di Poliscia raggiungibile per una strada tranquilla ma ripida. Bello il panorama dal giardino che domina la costa. È necessario avere l’auto per raggiungere il paese ed i negozi. Estelle è molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo spostato l’orario di arrivo per un imprevisto ed è stata pronta a trovare soluzione. Spero di tornare.

Wir waren zu dritt mit unserem Sohn zu Gast in dem schönen kleinen Häuschen. Uns hat genau das erwartet, dass wir auf den Bildern im Inserat gebucht hatten. So eine tolle Lage mit dem Ausblick zum Meer. Die Strände sind mit dem Auto in 7 min zu erreichen sowie Bars, Bäcker, Supermärkte innerhalb 5 min. Es fehlt einem dort an nichts! Die Familie hat ein großes Herz und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank an euch! Un abbraccio fortissimo Romina, Giuseppe e Santino <3

Séjourner dans l’appartement est un vrai plaisir . La terrasse est superbe et l’appartement très bien aménagée il y a juste la rue à traverser pour être sur une superbe plage libre et propre . Nous reviendrons !

Très bien situé dans un quartier calme, à 5 min à pieds d’une plage de sable fin et sans monde (même en juillet!). Visites culture à 1h en voiture (Piazza Armerina, Agrigento, …). Hôtes charmants, très accueillants et très attentionnés (avons eu un souci médical, grâce à l’aide de Francesco les visites médicales se sont très bien déroulées). Logement plutôt pour 4 personnes max. La terrasse + jardin sont très agréables.

Et rigtig dejligt ophold i Giovannis lille lejlighed med den fantastiske altan og udsigt . Her har jeg nydt mange timer i solen med, at kigge på havet og opleve det daglige liv på fiskeri havnen . Giovanni er en meget imødekommende og gæstfri vært. Han var til stede ved indcheckningen og var behjælpelig under opholdet med tips til seværdigheder og gode restauranter . Derudover hjalp han med bestilling af taxa og fulgte op på, om jeg var kommet godt afsted . Kan kun varmt anbefale Giovanni som vært og hans lejlighed med den flotteste udsigt fra altanen . Mange tak for et dejligt ophold ❤️
