Quiet hours are requested from 22: 00-06: 00. The apartment is non-smoking. There is a private parking place in the garden. Possibility of parking in the garage directly next to the apartment for a fee. Downtown approx. 8 minutes on foot. Stores Lidl and Pena about 5 minutes walk. Bikers welcome. The attic apartment studio in the New Pearl complex is located in the attic of one of the reconstructed buildings and industrial monuments - the Salomon & Sons thread factory. On the ground floor we run the Perla café with great coffee, beer, wine, home cooking, an extensive library and a fireplace. Guests can sit under the pergola in the garden and children climbing board, crayons, papers, chalks for drawing.
