The place was as described, the communication with the host was accommodating and seamless, the location was great (15 minutes to the ski resort), and there is a sugar factory with great desserts.

Beautiful accommodation with wonderful views of the hills. There are plenty of hiking trails in the area. Fast, friendly communication with the hosts. We didn't miss anything, we'll be happy to come back! ☺️

A charming and modernly equipped cottage near cross-country skiing trails. The house has a modern fireplace system that will flood the entire house in a short time, and we could enjoy the view of the flame with a bottle of wine. We also appreciated the washer equipped with a dryer, as we were coming back from the winter drips, the dishwasher, the fridge freezer, and the microwave were a must. In short, we enjoyed the comfort and charm of the mountains in a cozy environment and were fortunate enough to get snow☺️.

The cottage is really clean and well taken care of. All the appliances are in perfect condition and the kitchen has everything one needs. The cottage is very spacious and warm. The surrounding is very quiet and close to nature - one can really rest. It was a pleasure to stay there.

Really Nice garden and a fantastically remote location! You’re literally on the PL border. The host Ales allowed us to charge our car at the house, which was extremely helpful. The region has lots of nice surprises!

Accommodation with absolutely above-standard kitchen equipment, facilities for children and a large garden, which hides a lot of beautiful places to play and relax. The local cat was a nice addition, especially for the kids :). We enjoyed the stay very much, the location for walks and trips around the area was great and the communication with the hosts was absolutely smooth. We can highly recommend it and we will be happy to return here sometime in the future!

A very modern accommodation in which the owners (outside the rental) also live. The term: "Spotless" is understated in this case, as every clean room of this house could be a poster child. You could eat off the floor in every room... really in every room. Regarding the equipment, everything was available, especially toys. Communication with Lucie was easy and fast. We had a wonderful week and enjoyed the time very much.

We had a wonderful stay at Simona’s place. We traveled as two families (7 people total), and from the moment we arrived, Simona went above and beyond to ensure we knew how everything worked—sauna, coffee machine, washing machine, and more. Her instructions were clear and easy to follow, and her kindness and proactive approach really stood out. She was always available if we had any questions, and she even left us some delicious cookies as a welcome treat. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, and the house matches the photos perfectly. We felt well taken care of and highly recommend Simona’s place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a fantastic host.

It was a super nice stay, we felt very comfortable. The pool, the jacuzzi, the stylish garden, the possibilities of sitting together at the table indoors and outdoors and being able to enjoy the time together, remains unforgettable. A big thank you for so much style, attention to detail and cozy atmosphere.

Definitely dream home! We were 9 people for an extended weekend in this accommodation and are completely thrilled! The furnishings are first-class, stylish and high-quality. The view is breathtaking and invites you to relax on the terrace. The wellness offers are particularly noteworthy: the sauna is modern and spacious, the hot tub an absolute highlight - especially in the evening under the starry sky. The bathing pond was also a real experience and provided a lot of relaxation. The accommodation offers enough space for everyone without feeling cramped. We felt completely comfortable from the beginning and will definitely come back! A big thank you to the hosts – it couldn't be better!

A beautiful place to stay in the middle of nature, forests, and hills. In the evening, we watched the stars, amazing silence and peace - total romance. We made the most of the crystal clear pool. The house is spacious, we didn't miss anything. It was very nice inside on hot summer days. The owners were happy to provide us with all the information and were very kind. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful neighborhood. Ladislav responded quickly and factually to all questions. He also allowed us to leave the house 2 hours later, which gave us the extra bike tour on the day of checkout. I recommend this place for people with children for hiking and biking. We'd love to come again.

The stay was really very pleasant and we were extremely satisfied. I don't have anything to complain about. The accommodation provided everything we needed, the garden was superbly equipped from the grill to the ping pong table, and the location is ideal, as it is right at the entrance to the Bohemian Paradise (the castle is Valdštejn Castle), but it is equally close to the city for example to buy.

The place was perfectly fine, communication with the owners. We stayed with three children, including a baby, the owner prepared a crib, etc. There were lots of toys and a place to play. There is a bathtub and shower. Great starting point for trips around the Jizera Mountains. Definitely recommend.

Perfect for a good time in a larger group! We were with six families at Jakub's and enjoyed the time very much. Helpful, direct and friendly communication. Beautiful surroundings. Sure, the house is not a new building, but everything is available: bathroom/WC in each room, fully equipped kitchen incl. Dispenser, pool, hot tub, volleyball court, grill & fireplace directly at the house, short walk to Černá studnice.

Great environment for adventurous people! Suitable for whoever wants to be close to nature but at the same time brewery. Would deffo visit again.

Clean and modern accommodation in a quiet environment. An ideal starting point (and exit) for trips. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable big bed, possibility of darkening the whole room with blinds, so one can sit back and wake up in the morning light - what more could you want on your vacation?

Beautiful and spacious house with idyllic views of the valley. The accommodation makes an even better impression in real life than in the photos. We were received very nicely in person. Hygiene was spotless. However, we were surprised by the surveillance cameras on and in the house. We have absolutely no problem with this, but the ad explicitly stated that there were no cameras. Nevertheless, maximum rating for a super relaxed weekend.

This place is a real gem. We had the most relaxed time there. Perfect place to calm down and enjoy the beauty of nature. 🙏

A very beautiful, high-standard villa perfect for a relaxing getaway, peacefully tucked away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and surrounded by nature. It's an ideal base for scenic drives to local attractions and hiking spots, offering both tranquility and adventure. The check-in process is very smooth, and Jindy is always quick to help if you need anything.

We really enjoyed Apartment Donská, very nice accommodation with a garden, possibility of sitting and grilling. The host was very welcoming and on the phone to help with anything, it was not a problem a few days before getting a person to stay for more for a fee, she made sure we loved the apartment and even offered us a later check out. I highly recommend the apartment and would love to come back again☺️
