We were thrilled with Zittau and the surrounding area - we experienced a special highlight through the Spectaculum on the eve of Ascension and appreciated the different possibilities of hiking and culture, the apartment was well equipped and the view from the balcony was fantastic, we felt very comfortable.

Great location, quiet, peaceful and had everything we needed for preparing food. We had some friends over for dinner and were able to cook a great meal, provide room around the table using the outdoor table and chairs. The toys provided added to our comfort because one of our friends had an 18 month old child. People of all ages are supported in this apartment. Very thoughtful of our host

Very pleasant apartment, nicely decorated, easy process of getting in / key in the box with a code/. A small terrace with armchairs at the back of the building. A large yard where you can easily park your car. In the village on the hill there is a nice windmill and a restaurant next to it. Close to the beautiful village of Obercunnersdorf. We recommend it with all our heart - it is worth coming and visiting Lusatia

Spacious accommodation rustically furnished with some antique furniture. You have everything you need. Nice starting point for excursions. Shopping facilities are in walking distance. Very relaxed and pleasant landlord. I'd like to come back.

We felt very comfortable in Jutta's apartment. It met exactly our taste and we were able to relax very well. The reception was very friendly and accommodating - we were carried our heavy suitcase into the room (1st floor). We had a perfect place for the stroller in the hallway. We were even provided with a crib, changing mat and bathtub unsolicited. There were a few welcome drinks in the fridge, which was quite good as the nearest supermarket was a little further away and we were a little finished from arrival and didn't want to walk that far. It was very centrally located, 15 min. walk to the train, many public transport connections, market around the corner (Wednesday), some great cafes, bakers, bistros and restaurants as well as dm and Rossmann around the corner. You can walk to Lake Olbersdorf and the narrow gauge railway is also in walking distance. We will be back for sure and recommend the accommodation!

Everything was great, very nice location for a dog trip, actually close to a lot of green area. It's a short walk to the center, but it's a big deal. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, exactly as in the photos. The area is quiet and charming, an ideal base for hiking. The owner was very communicative and helpful. The check-in instructions were clear and transparent. I definitely recommend this place for a quiet and comfortable stay.

Very successful stay. Cozy apartment with full equipment. We didn't miss anything. The host sent comprehensive instructions before check-in so we knew how to get around the property. Access to pools and saunas in the same building is a definite plus. We'll be back:)

We had a nice time, unfortunately too short. Small things that were missing were submitted immediately. Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken, but sauna was great. We would come back. 😃

We had a great time at the place! Location – close to all attractions, yet quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped, which made us feel at home there. The contact with the host was great – always available, polite, and ready to help, which made our stay so much easier. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Accommodation as described, but a hotplate is complicated for cooking. Very warm welcome. Host to contact by phone rather than by message but otherwise very responsive.

Quite place with everything you need to have a rest with a mountains view and forest just under the hand. Highest level of support from hosts! Recommended!
