In this spacious and quiet place, you will forget all your worries. The cottage is located in a small quiet village near the German border. The house has 4 rooms and another 2 guests can sleep in the attic, where there are two single beds. A large room with a classic pool table, a small bar, a fireplace and armchairs, serves as a room for entertainment or celebration. The kitchen is in a separate room. Gasberg Mühle is located in Ostroh Poustka. The house features forest and water spring views and is about 800m from Seeberg Castle. The house has 4 bedrooms, equipped kitchen with a gas stovetop and 3 bathrooms. Towels and bed linens are provided. We have OFF Grid 10 kW Solar System and we use fuel generator to heat up boilers in the bathrooms when there is no much sun. The tourist tax 50 cents/adult person/night is to be paid upon arrival in cash please. BARREL SAUNA IS FOR THE EXTRA FEE.

Log cabin - At our place! The cabin is located near Františkovy Lázně. It is suitable for 4-6 adults and 2 children under 10 years of age due to the bunk bed, which is 160 cm long. We also have 1 wooden crib, a changing table, a dining chair and a potty, or a small toilet seat. In our living room you can relax by the fireplace in the cold winter months. In the bathroom there is a bathtub for 2 people or a shower. The cabin is fully equipped for children who will certainly not be bored here.

You are a 5-minute walk from the outdoor pool as well as the mini golf course and a small soccer field. The supermarket is 15 minutes walking distance, by car in about 5 minutes. A pizzeria is also within walking distance. Due to the immediate location on the Czech border, a trip to Karlsbad (40 minutes) or a visit to other small towns is also possible. The Luisenburg Festival and the surrounding hiking trails and lakes, which invite you to hike and swim, are also well known.

Our 68 square meter apartment is located in the porcelain city of Arzberg in the basement of a two-family house with barrier-free private access. Quiet location and approx. 10 minutes' walk to the city center of Arzberg with its historic monuments. Our area also offers numerous excursion opportunities. The beautiful Fichtel Mountains can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The Czech Republic border is only a few kilometers away.
