Holiday rentals with a pool in Lian

we love the seamless Check in at P's place! their staff were waiting for us when we arrived (we requested for an early check in, which they granted) and gave us a tour of the place. everything was set up, they have a mini sari sari store at the property, we can doorbell if we want to buy or if we need anything from the staff! kitchen is fully equipped and they have a BBQ grill! the only think that bothered my friends who slept at room 3 is the noise from the washing machine, they woke up early because of this. but other than that, we had a wonderful stay! we played BINGGO while the kids are swimming and the teenagers are singing at the tv room! we highly recommend this place

Very nice and comfortable! The caretaker Jun was so attentive and responsive. i love that the place was so clean, surroundings was peaceful, pool is nice and warm. The host Pau and Joy were so thoughtful to have a buko pie in the ref as welcome snack to guests. Love it.5 stars all around!

We were delighted to find that Randi’s place fit our family size perfectly—three comfortable bedrooms with one bathroom each (no more lining up for your turn), plus an extra bathroom at the ground floor. Casa Sueño was close enough that driving was not too big an effort, but far enough for the much needed disconnection. (And if in case work needed you to reconnect, it wasn’t too hard.) We wished for fresh seafood before coming to Casa Sueño. Kuya Ranan and Ate Mercy called their friends who just brought in fresh fish and clams, and even helped us by doing the grilling themselves. They were courteous, responsive, and very accommodating. Randi’s home was very clean, uncluttered and well-maintained. We will happily stay again if given another chance!

Thea is geniunely the best Host we had so far on AirBnb and that is after 20 bookings. we had a particular situation and her proactiveness and help was simply wayyyyy above and beyond our expectations. The place was really nice, clean and comfortable. The weather was also nice and cool, and there was light rain almost the whole time. Despite the rain, we still enjoyed the place and even the pool The rooms in the main house were very spacious, view was good, and there is ample space. There is also a pool room (additonal cost) that was very big that the kids enjoyed and stayed the whole time. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing quick vacation. It’s a highly recommended place, one that we’ll definitely go back again

A beautiful and well appointed home, in peaceful surroundings. Highlights were the large and well equipped kitchen, the huge tub and the excellent view. Coordination with the host was easy. We all had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this place.

This location is very serene. We had our family reunion and everyone had a great time. Very spacious! Heated pool was a win for our kids. Host was quick respond to our inquiries. The lived in staffs were helpful and responsive. We hope to be back again

The apartment felt like a home away from home. The place has a beautiful and calming energy. The view of Tagatay is uninterrupted. It’s located a short walk from malls and supermarkets and everything you need. We would have stayed longer as we loved exploring Tagatay. Our host was very helpful and communication was prompt. Would recommend this as a great place to stay. And thank you to our host.

The place was great and it did gave us the privacy and peace we needed. I am actually impressed on how clean the place is when we arrived. Its proximity to the attractions/destinations is also commendable. Most of all, the owner provided very clear instructions that we just had short exchange of chats twice and one of those was me asking for a change in schedule lol 😆. We enjoyed hospitality and the free fresh bread, pandesal, and jam. It was a small place for a family of three but the condo was clean and charming. Very close to many restaurants and Ayala mall. The fresh bread, pandesal, and jam was delicious and nice to have every day for breakfast with the coffee. Thanks again!
