We had a great time with the family. Beautiful home. The house is faithful to the description and photos; well-equipped. Beautiful spaces for the whole family. However, when we arrived, the house was not clean. The dishwasher with a lot of dirty dishes. We were unable to use the outdoor shower and toilet because they were not cleaned... Given the rental price, it is necessary to pay attention to these details. I would recommend this rental. Karl

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Hulotte. The place is perfect for both families and groups of friends, with many activities on site. We celebrated the end of our partials in a relaxed atmosphere, with the possibility of listening to music freely. The heated hot tub was much appreciated. However, there is a small downside regarding the pool, which we also thought heated according to the information provided by the host, but which was unfortunately not.

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

Lovely stay in Ile de Re. Beautiful property located in a peaceful area only 5 minutes from a the town square with bakery and local market. Isabelle was very helpful.

We had a great weekend for an EVJF. Everything was perfect! Aurelie is a quality host! Very attentive, responsive and welcoming! The house and I will even say the complex is a gem!! She was unanimous! Thank you so much Aurélie for offering this little gem! We'll be back for sure!!!!

We loved our stay and had a great multigenerational holiday with our children and grandchildren. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed the pool, the space, and being just a few mins cycle from the boulangerie and the covered market with fabulous fruit and veg. We hired bikes which were delivered to us and enjoyed cycling to La Flotte, St Martin & Ars en Ré. Take away pizzas from the far end of the village also recommended. Everything was made easy for us by Lionel and Emilie, thank you!

Great stay in this beautiful house! Well located, everything is in compliance, nothing to report! Only downside: the top bunk beds creak a lot when you move at night.

We had a great time at this place! The place is very cozy, tastefully decorated, and you feel right at home. Everything is designed so that we can be completely autonomous: easy arrival, complete amenities... Perfect for relaxing in peace. I highly recommend it!

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

We had a pleasant stay at Magalie and Jean's house. The house is beautiful and well furnished, the beds are good quality. Walking distance to the center. It was a real plus to be greeted in person, to receive advice for excursions and even the dog was given a little attention on our arrival. We highly recommend this accommodation, the private garden with plancha is perfect for feeling like you're on vacation.

The little house on the Coast is a small haven of peace . Amazing view, very cozy house, very clean and very well decorated. Ideal house to disconnect. Ideally located for bike rides or walking. As a bonus, amazing sunsets.

old house recently renovated from top to bottom with taste. very clean and very well equipped. ideal location 10 minutes from the center of La Rochelle and the Île de Ré bridge. very quiet neighborhood, pizzeria 200 m away and bakery 3 min by car. Very accessible, responsive, available host with whom communication is very easy. we recommend unreservedly

Very nice quiet location in the village of Loix. Beautiful house with all comforts, decorated with great taste. The property is a 5-minute walk from a bike rental shop, so it's perfect for touring the island. I recommend it!

we had a very good stay with Framboise. the house is cosy and practical. it is just about 8 minutes by bike to Le Chateaux d'Oleron. bakery and supermarket are not far away. communication with Framboise was easy and quick.

We had a great week for two in this very quiet (located in a pedestrian cul-de-sac) and well-equipped accommodation. The house is ideally located a few minutes' walk from shops (bakery, cheese shop, fishmonger, tobacco...) and the beach. Thanks to Yohann for hosting us. We'll be happy to go back!
