This is a really good place to book. The description matched the accommodation. James is a responsive and proactive host. There are several transport options available in close proximity to the center of Manchester. However, it is walkable 25 - 30 minutes to the: restaurants, bars and shops.

Awesome place to stay. West Didsbury was a nice cozy town to stay in for a few days. Had a great time. Laura is an awesome host.

Great value for a private space in a very safe neighbourhood, just a short walk from Sale Centre. The kitchen was handy for simple meals, and while the en-suite was compact and didn’t have a door separating it from the sleeping area, the overall stay was comfortable and convenient.

loved staying here, we loved the art and the vibe of the flat. the location was excellent. plenty of local food and drink right on your doorstep. caroline’s husband came by and he was very nice. really enjoyed the kitchen, all appliances very clean. would highly recommend!

Kitchen very completeand really ample. Washer is a combo with dryer. Miele. Very convinient the combo. Quite comfortable flat. Very nice location in the Northern Quarter. Within very near walking distance of the Shudehill tram and bus exchange. Several convinience/offie nearby. A mini Spar just around the corner. Double glass windows. They close perfectly, with a tight seal. Listing says hosts 4 people. While true, there's only on bedroom with a king size bed. Internet speed was quite slow. Seemed DSL-like. Not fiber. A tip. There's no nearby plug by the dinning table. Recommend bringing an extension cord if you plan on working with your laptop. And if you visit from a foreign country: remember to bring at least one plug adapter!

Great stay - house had everything we needed, pictures were accurate and was cosy and comfortable. It was a great location for getting out and about in Manchester and was close to local cafes/coffee shops. Private and peaceful apartment away from the busy-ness of Market street, but close enough where walking to and from isn’t a huge hassle. Close to Victoria Station, and not a horrible commute to Picadilly, a little further away. Apartment was clean and comfortable and looked exactly as shown in photos. Host was responsive and helpful. Address at first was a bit confusing as it wasn’t showing up on Apple Maps, but typing the postal code on Google Maps worked and we were able to locate. Host’s instructions from there were exact and detailed. WiFi was also very strong and reliable which is always helpful + a big tv and comfy couch in the living room. Overall, a very good experience - would recommend

We stayed here with a nearly 1 year old and it was great! We were able to borrow most things we needed although Laura kindly offered to help us if we couldn’t source anything baby related. Really well kitted out and all completely as described. Amazing location in a lovely quiet area yet close to the buzz of West Didsbury. Laura and Jonny were so accommodating. A lovely stay.

This was my second stay with Kobi & Becky and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay with them again. Property is as described, very responsive to queries and a stress free experience.

The place is very spatious and has almost everything you need. Since this is a management company communication can be a little awkward since you get automated messages on Airbnb and have to communicate outside the platform, but overall I would really recommend this place. It's a 15/20 minute walk to the Coop Live.

The apartment is located in central Manchester , with tram, bus , train station close by. Many restaurants of all kinds near by. The flat is on first floor and the lift was not working. A lady from the shop in ground floor helped us to carry the luggage up. Dominic was very responsive through messaging, though there was an initial confusion about the instructions for getting in. He was also kind enough to let us do an early checkin. The second double bed is on the mezzanine floor above kitchen and the stairs access to that is a little unstable. One has to be careful when climbing up and down. Kitchen has adequate amenities like oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, washing machine. and very limited consumables like tea/ coffee powder and some milk.

Thanks to the landlord‘s assistance, he gave us a good impression when we first came to Manchester to settle down. He answered many of my questions and responded to my questions quickly. The room is tenths large, the room is very warm, and it is very convenient to go to the supermarket, and it is only a 30-minute walk to the city centre.

house was lovely and your in a decent area with shops nearby. Stephens a very kind host who was great with replies through the app.

Chris was a welcoming and friendly host. Her place was spotlessly clean and perfect for a two person stay. We loved the hot tub and the view of the field and hills. Great to be able to access the countryside right from the cabin. Pubs within strolling distance - a great choice for a peaceful break.

Amazing stay! Amazing hosts! Thank you Sam for being a great host. We felt very welcome and had everything we needed - even a complimentary cocktail! Very responsive and attentive to our needs. Flexible check in and check out. Overall a very peaceful location and easy access to places via taxi. Although a small Airbnb, it was cosy with enough space for my boyfriend and I. Very clean and tidy and had all the amenities we needed. Hot tub was lovely, large, and clean. The garden was pretty and well kept with lovely lights and a cosy summer house. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. No faults at all!

The flat was exactly as described and very affordable—I highly recommend it!
