We visit Paris often , and this apartment is one of the best ones!

The apartment is located just outside the center of Paris but can be easily reached by metro 3. The metro stop is 13 minutes from the property and there are several good restaurants and bakeries on the way. The apartment itself is a private accommodation. It’s a cozy place with its own unique charm. Therefore very clean and with everything you need. The water, electricity etc also worked without any problems. I can definitely recommend the apartment!

Léo was a great host. He was very friendly with quick responses and clear check in instructions. The check in time was flexible and you can pick up the keys at any time during the day from a shop a little walk away from the apartment, which wasn't too difficult. The apartment itself was beautiful and very well equipped with everything you could need. I will definitely be returning here whenever I am next in Paris!

Laurent's apartment is extremely close to a variety of cafes and restaurants which all were extremely hospitable and spoke in both English and French! It was very easy to commute from the apartment to downtown Paris in about 30min so for us the location was perfect. The apartment itself was easy to find and Laurent was available via the app to help us navigate to the front door. It was well kept and offered the amenities as described in the listing.

Flore’s place was ideal. Charming, well appointed and a great location for getting around Paris. I highly recommend Flore’s home and would definitely stay here again. It reaffirmed my faith in Airbnb!

We spent 5 nights in michels home. It is very comfortable, spacious and well furnished. It is sparkling clean & has everything a guest could need. The metro is a ten minute walk and there are plenty of stores and restaurants in the neighborhood. The area is completely safe & we walked home at 2am. It is value for money and you can happily chose his home for your Paris trip.

The apartment was small but perfect for two people, just the right size for a comfortable stay without feeling cramped. It probably wouldn’t work for more than two guests, but since the listing is made for two, it was exactly what we expected. Pierre was an absolutely fantastic host. We asked him where to buy ice, and he thoughtfully let us know he’d already left ice trays in the freezer so we could make our own, super convenient! He also gave us some great local restaurant recommendations, which really helped us enjoy the area. The location was super handy too, really close to a McDonald’s, which came in clutch for late-night snacks after long days out. Also, the fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks, including some cold Lipton tea, which was amazing to come home to on hot days. Pierre was always quick to respond, usually within minutes, definitely within an hour, and made us feel really welcome throughout our stay. We really appreciated how thoughtful and responsive he was.

Pauline’s place was wonderful! We had to book last minute due to another host cancellation. Many nicer places were booked and Pauline’s place stood out as one of the nicer flats that was still available in the 17th arrondissement. She was kind enough to allow the last minute booking for a significant period of time and was extremely flexible and patient with some uncertainty in our plans— we were trying to find accommodations for my elderly parents. We ended up staying at Pauline’s Airbnb while my parents stayed elsewhere, but they would have been very comfortable at this location as well. Very clean upon arrival, coffee available, kitchen well stocked for cooking, & wifi sufficient for remote work/calls. Had eSIMs as back-up for hot spotting if we both needed to be on simultaneous calls—no issues. Plenty of walkable restaurant options, boulangerie, grocery stores, pharmacy, metro/RER, tourist sites nearby. Felt very safe in the neighborhood even with the PSG win. Would stay again!

Thanks to Irene for making our 40th birthday stay so welcome. The flat is in a wonderful area. Beautiful parks, great bakeries and bars. We walked a lot into the city centre (can range between 1 hour - 1.5 hour) because we had the great weather. We watched the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night. It was beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here! Thanks again for a wonderful stay. Top tip - the bin area is behind the one way mirror in the lobby area.

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

We had a great stay and highly recommend this place. It was also great to have a washing machine and a cabinet full of amenities.

For Paris, it’s a great place to stay! Not right in the center, but also just a 10-15 minutes ride from the heart of Paris and the main attractions and away from traffic! Loved the peaceful surroundings , and the place was so spacious and graceful. I would definitely recommend it! All went smoothly! Thanks Antoine and Irena

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Very responsive hosts who took very good care of us.

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

The location of Mawei's apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city! It was super convenient to get around and explore. The apartment was easy to self check-in and very clean. It was in a very quiet neighborhood while being only 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great bakeries and restaurants were within a couple minutes walk. We'd definitely stay here again!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
