Holiday rentals with a patio in Letcher County

Josh was super quick with his responses. The place was exactly as described and as pictured. It was private and quiet. Will definitely stay there again!

We loved our visit. We arrived after dark so the apartment was a little hard to find because we did not realize the listing was over a bar/restaurant. But once we found the door, getting in the rest of the way was a breeze. The apartment was very nice and well-furnished. The bar was having live music that we could hear it in the apartment, but the bar closed at a decent time so it wasn’t that big of a deal to us. Overall, we enjoyed staying here and loved the area.

Had a great overnight stay. Quiet and peaceful and the king bed slept like a dream.

Whenever we visit family, we book these accommodations. The 2 bedrooms w/ bath in between and access to kitchen fit our needs perfectly. Host is very helpful, and home is surrounded by flowers, the sound of nearby creek, and nature. Just the respite we need!

If you decide to explore Breaks Interstate Park and the Crooked Road, consider staying at this newly renovated apartment in Virginia. The ground-level accommodations (very comfortable) feature a spacious bedroom with two queen-size beds, a kitchenette with seating area, and a bathroom with shower and washer-dryer. The location, which overlooks a river and rolling hills, is only 8 miles from Virginia’s “Grand Canyon.” The Crooked Road leads visitors to attractions including the Ralph Stanley Museum, the Carter Family Fold, and the Birthplace of Country Music Museum. Our host was welcoming and eager to meet our needs. The town of Haysi, Virginia, offers a small grocery store, restaurants, shops, and a gas station. We would certainly consider staying there again.

This place was so amazing! We were here visiting family, and the location was perfect for us. We were within walking distance to several restaurants, an incredible walking trail, and there was even an arcade nearby! The apartment was decorated so beautifully. There were so many elements showcasing the area’s history. We truly enjoyed looking at everything! The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was amazing. I would definitely stay here again!:)

10/10! Highly recommend to other guests. The space was spotless and well taken care of. Beds and furniture were very comfy. Well stocked with what you would need for your trip. Located in a beautiful, quiet and peaceful area. Sherry was one of the best hosts we have had yet and we have stayed in many air bnbs! Her hospitality is a 100/10. She is very accommodating, we even had car issues and she was quick to assists us in any way she could to help us out. I would absolutely book again when coming back to the area.

The house was spotless, tidy, and welcoming. The kitchen was well organized and stocked with coffee supplies. The front porch and back deck both have very comfortable seating. The area was quiet and peaceful. Bonita turned on the porch lights to welcome me and she was thoughtful enough to leave muffins and bananas in the kitchen before my arrival. She was very responsive to questions. I have allergies to pets, dust, and sensitivities to strong smells and I had ZERO allergy issues at this house. I will definitely be staying here again in the future with my entire family. It was a lovely stay.

This was the nicest place we have ever rented. The house was beautiful and we loved having both a swimming pool and a pond for fishing. The theater room was great as well, and Travis had lots of extra touches as a host. He was a fabulous communicator and is feel right at home. I would HIGHLY recommend and we hope to go back!

Very thoughtful host - provided sodas and snacks as well as typical hygiene products anyone would need for a night's stay. Clear messaging throughout the cabin telling us where extra towels / blankets were located, etc. Very comfortable. And my dog loved it, too!
