Holiday rentals with a patio in L'Étang-la-Ville

The apartment is lovely, well located in the 9th. We really enjoyed our visit and wish we had more time to spend there.

The location of the room is very good, close to the subway line, next to a large shopping center, you can see the iron tower in the room, the facilities in the room should be complete, thank you for having such a good room to let me have an unforgettable four nights in Paris, the landlord is warm and hospitable, next time I come to Paris I will choose this room again!I love Paris!!

I was most impressed by all aspects of my stay at this wonderful split level studio. The place is warm and homely and comfortable. Great location for a variety of different restaurants. Easy access to two different Metro lines and Gare du Nord is also easily accessible by foot. It is a central location with many small local shops, antique stores, bakeries and restaurants around. Friendly and efficient welcome. Bright apartment despite the grayness of December. Very clean, real well-equipped kitchen. Good bedding. Excellent bathroom. Access to the store nearby, same for the metro with several connection possibilities. We'll be happy to go back!

A really great spot to conveniently walk to all the big sites! It was fun to be a short distance from the Seine and so many iconic spots. Our place felt comfortable and safe and we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful and supported us while we were in town. We highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment, very enjoyable, after a day of hiking and walking it is very nice to rest on the balcony surrounded by nature in the gated complex. It is close to subway line 13, in 15 minutes you are in the city center. There is a supermarket less than 50 meters away. Clarisse is a very attentive and friendly host. Highly recommended.

Cozy, safe, very close to Sevran-Livry RER line. Our home was spotless, charming and just right for me and my adult son and daughter.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

We were not in Osmoy for a vacation; so no visits. Departure in the morning, return in the evening. We still enjoyed her nice house with its well-appointed garden and also Maryam's responsiveness to our requests. If the opportunity arises, we will not hesitate to solicit it. Rosène

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

I had a great experience staying at Sanaa's place in Créteil! The apartment is extremely clean, very well maintained and equipped with everything you could wish for, really thought out to the smallest detail. Sanaa pays great attention to cleanliness and comfort, which you notice immediately upon entering. I was particularly impressed by her incredible attention: During our stay it was very warm outside, and Sanaa got us a fan without hesitation and brought it to us personally - that was really very accommodating and shows how much she cares about the well-being of her guests. I can fully recommend this accommodation, five stars are absolutely deserved! This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
