PERFECT! The house is spacious and warm, a stone's throw from the ocean. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. We had a great weekend! Thanks again to Élise and Miguel for the little touches on arrival at the house.

We had a pleasant stay at Brem sur Mer. The accommodation was perfect ( well equipped and nicely decorated). Bike trails accessible for family walks, along the sea or in the forest. We were also close to "Les Crins de l 'Auzance" for a horse and pony ride for the kids.

We really enjoyed the accommodation and the ideal location for discovering StGilles Croix de Vie. Sylvain is very responsive and available to all our questions and requests, thank you to him. However, the cleaning should be improved, as it remains a little succinct... but we recommend this accommodation without problems. 👍

We had a wonderful weekend in Chantal's house a stone's throw from the sea,tastefully decorated, very well equipped, nothing is missing and very spacious, teenagers loved their space in the dormitory in the basement, the exteriors are very nice. Chantal is very responsive.

Beautiful house with ground floor and two floors. Very well restored house and equipped with many quality appliances (hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.). Everything was very clean and well presented. The areas for improvement would be air conditioning for hot days (especially for the rooms) and real shutters / blinds for total darkness in the rooms on days of strong light. Parking is not easy on busy days but once the car is parked, the sea is less than 2 min walk. Shops too. The concierge is available and responsive. We'll be back without hesitation!

The house is large, warm and comfortable. Everything is within walking distance (access to the sea, playground, shopping street, restaurants). Laurence is very responsive and welcoming. A property to recommend!

We spent several days with the family in Julien and Sandra's villa. It went very well. The house is very nice, well-equipped, spacious. The terrace is perfectly furnished. The neighborhood is very quiet, the first beach 150 meters away is ideal with young children and access through the forest to the other beach is easy with in addition to games for children and the possibility of eating or refreshing on site. Leila warmly welcomed and advised us. The exchanges with Julien and Sandra were very simple and friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

The place is great for spending time with family or friends. The location is great with great sea view. Everything is done on foot, shops, restaurants, markets... thank you for your welcome.

Pleasantly surprised, in the photos it's beautiful but in reality it's beautiful. The peaceful environment, total calm, it did us a lot of good and rest. I will be sure to take my next vacation in this place. You can go with your eyes closed!! Really well hosted, if we had a question, Mrs. answer right away! She is super nice and kind. Nice and well thought out house! The pool is really the highlight. Comfortable bedding. A second fridge may be missing given the number of people this house can accommodate Solène listened to us, arrival and departure times very flexible!

The space is impeccable. Inside, there are many beds, spacious living room. The kitchen is really well equipped, full of board games. Outside, the covered pool is obviously a huge plus. There are also outdoor games for children (cabin, swing, trampoline) and for older children (ping pong table, petanque balls, foosball, darts). We went with friends and loved our stay. Alexandre is very accommodating, and Corinne, who welcomed us, is adorable It was perfect!

Very pleasant stay in Phanie's accommodation! She was flexible and available, so thank you! The accommodation is clean, well arranged so that we are not on top of each other even with 10! The heated pool with deckchairs is the icing on the cake. We enjoyed the baby items available if needed, as well as the foosball and board games. The accommodation is close to amenities so you don't miss anything, close to the beach for a walk. A place to keep!

Excellent stay with the family, at Celine's, in an exceptional apartment, with careful decoration and quality, where everything is thought out to be well. The Pool , the hot tub and the view,are really the most of this place. A big thank you to Cécile for her kindness and availability.

House was very well equipped with everything you could need. Nice location within quiet residential area with easy access to lots of facilities. We cycled to the beach, bakers and to town centre and beyond. Safe cycling routes. An amazing selection of bikes too, we took our own but didn’t need to. The pool was lovely, a real sun trap, being fenced off was a must for us, very safe, with child proof latch. The tiled floors throughout mean sound travels so not ideal if your children are light sleepers. All in all brilliant week.

Spacious villa tastefully decorated with a very well furnished terrace. The indoor pool is great. Many household appliances available. Great stay to be repeated.

Our stay at Emilie’s place was great! The house is very clean and modern with a lovely garden area which was perfect for our little one. 10 minute walk to the beach was perfect. Lovely quiet town which was walkable from the house. Great location to get to nearby towns. We couldn’t use the pool unfortunately due to it being very cold, I would be mindful booking this time of year again as the heating was not on in the pool. Would have been great to have this. Emilie was a great host, very responsive to our questions and very accommodating. We would come back again as a family for sure. Thank you for having us.
