Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

The apartment is located on the first floor of our house in a rural setting overlooking the countryside. To ensure peace and quiet, the 1st floor is uninhabited throughout the summer. It is located in a recently renovated garden with various palm trees, olive trees, etc. About 300 m² of the total 2700 m² are at your disposal. Sandy beach 3 km away. Parking for max. 1 car on site. Welcome to our cottage Le Pressoir located in the municipality of Surtainville, close to all shops (1 min walk: bakery, grocery store, tobacco, hairdresser, 10 min walk: L'Amarre restaurant/bar, children's games). This cottage is ideally located to enjoy the beach 14 minutes' walk away, hiking trails (GR223), water activities, the Channel Islands (from Carteret or Dielette) as well as other must-see sites on the Cotentin peninsula.

The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in the center of the commune of Les Pieux, 3 kilometers from the rental.
