I had a very good 9-day stay at this accommodation. Very responsive, welcoming and flexible host as needed. Accommodation faithful to the description and clean on my arrival, with the great advantage of cleaning included in the price. The location at the hypercenter of Angers allows you to be very close to a stop of any tram line and activities, but can be noisy at night. However, the accommodation is well insulated and I had no difficulty sleeping there. Overall, very good value for money, I recommend this accommodation!

A very nice studio furnished with taste and everything you need. The two terraces and garden are a real plus! Very quiet and pleasant place, I recommend it!

Nice spacious house with dog secure garden on edge of the village. Quiet location. Walkable to Boulangerie in the village and Port Albert bar restaurant by the river. 20 mins drive to Anger. Area has lots of cycle tracks if you bring bikes. A car is a necessity for getting about for all other activities. Restaurants are typically open for lunch but check for evening service. Enjoyed our stay - we came to attend a family wedding which was close to Feneu.

What about this unexpected flea jump at Catherine and Francis's place! A real pleasure, a nice meeting, they did everything to help us out and welcome us warmly. The cottage is well arranged and decorated, you immediately felt very good. We will go back without hesitation. Thank you again!

Great stay in a bucolic place, a charming accommodation, surrounded by meadows, animals... a really welcoming, peaceful and refreshing place. We had a wonderful time there. Our almost 2-year-old daughter flourished there, the environment, nature and her animals, the toys at her disposal. And then the small dishes of local products cooked by Catherine! Succulents! A great hostess, available, responsive and attentive. We would love to come back, and enjoy it even more!!

Very good stay in this accommodation on the water, quiet and with a nice view. Quite spacious, the table on the terrace allows for pleasant romantic evenings. Easy access, you should not have seasickness on the dock. Small water problem in the shower upon arrival but which was quickly resolved with the responsive host. It's a shame that we get to the place through the shower and toilet but then we get used to it. The shower deserves a refresh. Otherwise, this atypical stay was really enjoyable.

A true haven of peace! The house is simply beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and every detail exudes the host's generosity and attention. Had a very nice stay with a group of seven in Emma's and Jacqueline's place. The host replied very quickly to messages and specifically asked us which beds to make beforehand, so that was all taken care of beforehand. A minor issue with the drainage was fixed at the same day. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the moulin - it's a special place. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, so peaceful, and the pictures don't do it justice. Veronique was a friendly and attentive host whilst also giving us complete privacy. There is also plenty to do in the area. Would very happily visit again.

very good value accommodation. very clean and responsive host. small downside on the listing, the arrival time is scheduled from 4 p.m. however we could not have it before 5 p.m. However, I asked Maëva to be able to leave the next day at 11 a.m. instead of the 10 a.m. announced and she agreed... so for me, a conciliatory host. we recommend this practical accommodation (5 bedrooms and very well equipped with sanitary facilities) and well located.
