Nice 35 m2 studio, refurbished, facing south, with a beautiful 18 m2 terrace with completely unobstructed views. In the foot of the slopes, many activities on site or nearby. Quiet and family residence of 24 hectares (football field, volleyball court, basketball, pétanque, ping pong tables, picnic tables, children's play structure...). Station labeled "Plus family" (44 stations labeled out of 350). 3km from the center of Villard, ranked n°1 of the cities in France in 2024.

To recharge your batteries in Villard de Lans, a friendly and dynamic mid-mountain resort, our studio (south-facing with balcony) is ideally located at the foot of the slopes, cable cars and the start of hikes and mountain bike trails. In winter and summer, you can enjoy many sports activities or relax while enjoying the calm and landscapes of the Vercors. A breath of fresh air less than: 50 minutes from Grenoble, 1 hr 50 minutes from Lyon, 1 hr 30 minutes from Valence.

Small studio in Les Glovettes (Villard-de-Lans) with its ski cellar at the slopes. Skis on foot in winter and from beautiful hikes! The accommodation is not large (15m2) but it is super comfortable for a couple... and a child possibly (60x180 heater available) It is located next (50m!) to the convenience store and shops, on the 5th and top floor with an elevator (no neighbors above you!). *** IMPORTANT: 01/01 check-in only from 5:30 pm ***

We had a pleasant stay in this very cute apartment, well equipped with everything you need and clean. Only small downside, despite the instructions provided we had a little trouble finding the accommodation inside the building, otherwise very good!

very nice apartment , very well located at the foot of the slopes ( and this week there was no snow at the foot of the apartment so a shuttle is available every 15 minutes and takes you next door 2000 very quickly for an easy ski-in/ski-out departure!) very pleasant and super responsive hosts...frankly no complaints . we had a very nice week with snow and sun!!! the only downside ( if he does find one! ) would be that the microwave is a little too high for me!....or else it's that I'm 😂 too small which is not false either . you will find everything you need in this apartment: raclette machine, fondue , crepes , dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker , wifi, canal+, vitro plate, washing machine , dryer, basement garage, sleds etc...) grocery store , bakery, restaurant , pizzeria , ski rental, bike rental etc... clothing store.... in short , everything is there! i highly recommend this place. merciii

very well arranged and functional accommodation given the surface. very well equipped also: dishwasher full of storage... it doesn't feel tight even for 4. (2 adults and 2 children). bathroom níquel and recent... very well located at the foot of the slopes with the view of the resort. possible to see the torchlight descent and the small spectacle of the animators from the balcony but be careful the fireworks are shot on the side of the residence. we would highly recommend this apartment.

Easy to access studio, very responsive and clear host in these instructions. Very clean when we arrived and well-equipped. The resort was closed during our stay so it was a rather quiet place. Only small downside that does not depend on the host but the central heating of the building was turned off while we were only mid-April. There was a small auxiliary heater available in the studio that helped us out. The bedding of the sofa bed is a little light for our taste. Flexible arrival thanks to the lockbox. Thank you for everything.
