Located in the center of the resort, a 5-minute walk to the slopes, and 50 meters from a free shuttle stop, you will appreciate the proximity to the lake and mountains. Bakery, restaurants, pharmacy and small shops nearby. Parking available at the foot of the apartment in summer. Quiet location, and balcony with amazing view.

In winter, the ski slope starts just behind the residence, with the lifts (Paquis and Chaudannes) a few meters away, as well as the Lavachet slope for beginners (free ski lift).

Fantastic location, with supermarket, bars and ski rental on the doorstep. Ski lift and bus stop 5 minutes walk. The cute apartment was clean and cosy with a well equipped kitchen and good WiFi - everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great view of the mountains from the balcony and a handy separate storage space for skis. Helpful and responsive host. I would definitely stay again :))

This is a lovely place to stay for a week of skiing. The kitchen is tiny, but I had everything I needed to cook several complete meals. The ticket office for the skiing area is extremely close, as well as several good restaurants, a grocery store, and a spa.

Accommodation was great. - fantastic location south facing patio was a bonus We were out of season therefore a lot of Tignes was closed but the supermarket provided what we needed to cater for ourselves and the equipment in the kitchen was great The south facing patio and view is amazing and we enjoyed sunbathing whilst looking at snowy mountains 😆 The stairs can be slippery in socks so needed to be careful Overall fab accommodation, location and well equipped x

We had a fantastic stay at Sophie and Nicolas’ wonderful studio. The place is modern, clean and well-equipped, with a fantastic terrace and wonderful view. Nicolas gave us excellent recommendations for hikes in the area, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we would highly recommend.

Very nice studio, faithful to the photos. Central and easy to access. Provide salt pepper olive oil garbage bags and all the basic cooking essentials. Very well equipped for the kitchen and great bathroom. Balcony on the slopes very well and comfortable bedding. Thank you for everything!
