Emplacement idéal (au centre de l'île) pour découvrir la Guadeloupe. Proche commerces et centres commerciaux. A 10 mn de l'aéroport, du port de croisières de Pointe-à-Pitre et de la ZI de Jarry. A 15 mn des premières plages.. Le logement dispose d'une citerne d'eau potable en cas de coupures d'eau dues aux aléas climatiques ou aux travaux de réfection du réseau.

50m² apartment in Les Abymes very well located in Guadeloupe. The beaches are a 10-minute drive. Not suitable for people with disabilities as there are stairs to access. Accommodation located at the bottom of the villa with the entrance on the back of the house guaranteeing autonomy and independence.
